Okay so I want to start out by saying my A/C feels awesome! And the system is so quiet. Its also way bigger than the last unit. The guys at Jamies Air in Brandon Florida were outstanding to say the least. They were in and out of here in about 6 hours, they were quiet, clean and efficient. Im really impressed. I totally recommend these guys to anyone in the area for A/C needs. The best thing about them, its a true Small business, Jamie himself comes out to give you the estimate.

Our A/C went out back in Jan. 2020. I called and actually got Jamie the owner and he offered to come out that day but I had plans so he came out the very next morning. He arrived when he said he would and was professional and very upfront with what was going on. He didnt try to sell me anything additional and I feel like the quote he gave us was on target with the other 4 quotes that I had gotten. When his crew showed up to do the work they were right on time. Put down drop clothes in our home and did a whole new system. The took out existing DEAD units and hauled them away. The did some additional work on a family room adding vents and new duct work and our home is PERFECT now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND LARRY, NICK, PARIS AND MIKE. I called Jamies when I thought my compressor died. They were out within a few hours, diagnosed the issue as just a bad capacitor, replaced the capacitor, and had the unit running again same day. They were polite and honest and will be my go to for AC issues in the future.

From start to finish these guys were awesome. I was able to get a Saturday morning appointment, Dave was the tech that came by to attempt to fix my unit. After doing everything he could he told me that I had to replace it. We started looking at options and discussing payment. Jamies was the lowest price in the area. I ended up financing with a company they use, It took me 15 mins to get approved. I called Jamie back and scheduled an appointment to have the AC replaced. I called Jamies AC in hopes of having someone come by the house to assess the fact that my hallways are freezing and bedrooms are warmer. When I called during business hours, no one answered, so I had to leave a message. When I received a phone call back, the gentleman was a little cocky and rude. When asked if they honor a military discount, he chuckled and flatly said no (my husband is deployed). Didnt care for the attitude, but I understand some business dont honor military discounts. Because I was recommended to use this company, I decided to have a tech come out to my house. I scheduled it for a Friday at 2 pm. I drove back home from being out of town purposely so I can meet the tech. To my dismay, he never showed. I did receive a phone call two hours later, and was told he was running late. I told him not to worry about it, and I was not interested in rescheduling. Between the we dont need your business attitude, and the no-show technician with little remorse, I definitely WOULD NOT recommend this company.

Great service, very fast, very friendly and reasonably priced. AC was not working so we called them at 11 AM on a hot Monday in August. They were at the house in less than an hour and the AC was up and running in about 30 minutes. It needed one part that they carried on the truck. We would definitely use them again.

Very responsive, easy to work with. They gave us a very fair quote then were prompt and did exactly what they were contracted to do. Great choice!

Dave the estimator was kind and respectful. The young man installing....not so much. His attitude is arrogant and condescending. The owner stopped by, didnt bother to acknowledge me and as soon as he left, this employee trash talked him. I had to request floor tarp to protect my new floors, muddy outside and they dont seem to care how much mud they track in. Kid grabbed my blanket off my couch assuming it was the dirty towel Id been using to wipe up the leaks and mud they tracked across my floor.I gave them a towel cover to put their tools on, so as not to stratch my new floors, ignored me and is dropping tools on my floors. Ill take photos when they leave. Im a property caretaker and have dealt with countless companies over the years, not my first rodeo, but it will bet last with this one!! To the owner: Im NOT confusing your company with the Tampa AC company. Customer service skills seriously needs improvement. I always tip service men..... not this time.

I called in the morning and the owner, Jamie answered the phone. I told him my air conditioning was not cooling for the past few days, he came out to my house within 30 minutes and checked out my unit and showed me and explained the issues my A/C was having. It was a real old unit and I new it was on its last leg. So he called it in to his guys to pick me up the Air condition unit, that I agreed to have it put in. Within a very short time his installers were at my house and within a few hours they were finished and cold air was coming in strong throughout my house. The installers were very polite and kind and they left everything clean and picked up. Larry, came in and explained a few things to me and answered all my questions. I, give them a 5 star because of the reasons above and much more. We will use them as our HVAC company for all our cleanings and everything to do with HVAC system. Jamies air replaced our AC unit last year, which was original with the house built in 1994. We had several quotes from different companies, and Jamies was absolutely the best price. The people that came out were nice, and our AC has been running great over the last year.

King of the up-sale. Avoid unless you want to be sold equipment you do not need. At least I only wasted 90 dollars. AC Tech wanted to charge me 3000 to replace my entire outside unit. He failed to to a complete leak test on the whole AC system. If that was accomplished he would have concluded the outside unit was fine. The problem he failed to diagnose was leak in the Freon line.Get a 2nd / 3rd or 4th opinion before using this company. SO Glad I got a 2nd opinion!

Great little family owned company. they always do a great job at scheduling me in. they arent a 24/7 business, which makes sense since theyre smaller. but anytime ive needed to make a saturday appointment, or during the week, theyve been very accommodating at working with my schedule.Great prices and very friendly techs.

Would have rated lower if possible. While I was checking filter, tech was supposed to be getting his tools to check air handler. When I stepped outside, he said he was finished and had put 3 pounds of Freon in my system. I asked how he knew he put 3 pounds into system and his response was “He had been doing this a long time and could just tell!” When I called owner to complain, his response was “tech was probably in a hurry!

Our business needed AC system and ducts checked for mold and damage. We had originally scheduled a complete removal and cleaning of the evaporator coil but when they arrived it was not needed and they completed the work for significantly less than our original expectation. My bosss brother in law is an AC guy and we use Jamie instead what more can I say.

We just called them to speak to them about an issue our air conditioner is having which they installed. Whilst on the phone with the man who owns this company he told us he didnt have time for us and referred to my mother as she was speaking as lady and was nothing but rude. As she was asking him questions about where the safety switch was on the unit he told her oh god lady I dont have time for this as if we were bothering him. we will be reporting this company to BBB in consideration of the amount of money we spent on the unit itself through this mans business and the treatment we just received when calling in for help.
