It was fun and exciting

This place use to be my go to. I came here for years. However, I started to notice this place changing shortly but slowly. For example, even though I had an appointment I still had to wait quite awhile to get my nails done. They took walk ins before me on two occasions even though I had an appointment. I was rushed to pick a color and my nails were rushed. The last two times I went I was not completely happy with how my nails came out. Even after this I still was willing to give them a chance and figured I’d have someone else do my nails. This third time was it for me even though I had an appointment I was told to sit down outside so after 15 minutes I asked the lady in the front how long I had to wait. I told her I had an appointment and she gave me a nasty look and was rude. I just walked out and as I was walking out some one came to tell me they were ready for me but at that point I was done with this place. Just want to warn other people. This place isn’t what it use to be.

They charged me ten dollars to take my nails off, the nail lady took my nails off with another nail my nails could’ve popped off, three of my nails popped off with an a week of getting them done

The inside was clean, organized, perfectly fine. There wasnt crazy music, as Ive seen described in other reviews. A few things I wasnt thrilled about: WHO WAS IN THE BACK ROOM SMOKING THE WHOLE TIME I WAS THERE?!?!? What the hell? Yeah, nothing says relaxing spa like second hand smoke. Ugh!!!!Also, I get it, you work on feet all day, but would some eye contact and/or basic level friendliness be out of order?The pedicure was fine, but, damn, it was 13 minutes long, start to finish. $25 plus tip for 13 minutes and second hand smoke.

I’ve been going to this place for 10 yrs and had an appointment at 9:15 they all were talking their language because I choose a different t person never got my nails done because they started acting funny like I needed to edit another hour I will never go back

The worst experience Ive ever had at a nails salon. Ive never seen a business care so little about the client. Wouldnt go back if it were the last place on earth to give me service.

Unbelievable nail salon!! If I could give a 1000 stars I would! Toni the owner is outstanding. Unlike all other nail salons, what you want is what goes here at no extra charge!For example, if you get a refill, but want your cuticles done, at any other nail salon, you would have to pay for this extra service. Not at Zen Nails. They only charge you for the refill, but do your cuticles as well to YOUR liking! They are completely service oriented, and everything in this place is about YOU. What YOU want, how YOU feel, the way YOU want it done. They are not done until you are completely satisfied. If you are unhappy here, all you have to do is TALK! They will get it right immediately to your liking! If you keep it to yourself, most likely you will have a bad experience, not only here, but anywhere you might go. These people do not read crystal balls, they do nails to perfection!!! Just became their customer about a month ago, and most likely theyll have me as a customer until they close their shop!

Love this place!!! Went yesterday for the first time everyone was so friendly place was very clean and they had great music told them I would be back again soon and i mean it I had a great experience with Avon she was so sweet made me even more beautiful for my wedding day. Avon did my mani pedi and eyebrows everything looked great. Happy customer here. Highly Recommend!!!!!!!!!

Although the massage was amazing and the toe polish was adequate, they dropped the customer experience ball. The night club music was pulsating so loud. The lighting is overkill and intense pointed right at your face. Cannot relax because one employee was screaming from the front to the employee in the back of the salon. To top it all off, while she was waiting for my toes to dry to put the topcoat on, I asked her to just clip my fingernails quick. My intention would be to give her an additional tip. When I went to pay she told me five dollars extra for clipping my fingernails which took her at no more than 90 seconds.

Great Salon! Ive been going for about 5 years now - They even did my nails for my wedding and my husbands pedicure for our big day. The staff is very friendly and professional, plus they go out their way to make you feel comfortable. I love the decor, its not cheesy, it looks modern and clean.

My top 3 favorite salons. I love the music they play and they sometimes offer water and fruit. It can get very busy there on weekends.

Usually a good experience, but today was very poor. When it is very busy, the experience is not relaxing and comfortable. They are all in a rush to get people in and out. I needed to get my nails done in the pedi chair... fingernails turned out messy as a result. Im more tense now than I was when I went in. Best to go when it is not busy.

Doesnt matter who you get they are all perfectionist! I moved out of the area and tried several other places before deciding its worth the trip to have my nails done the right way. They do such a great job, noone compares! I am very picky and I have never found a flaw when I go to them. The equipment is clean, the employees are friendly. Customer for life.

Rushed, terrible job. I went to get a mani pedi before going on a cruise it was not a good experience. I had gel on my nails when I went in they started my pedi and did not wrap my nails to remove the gel. Pedicure was rushed not relaxing. When we got to the chair for nails she decided to grind off the gel, chipped two of my natural nails so we had to file them short and left residual gel behind. Putting on the new gel it looked good but seemed like something was not right because it slightly burned when my nails were in the UV light. The nest day two of the nails started to peal up and came off like polish not gel. I am boarding the ship with two dud nails and will have to take the rest off! I will never go back!

I love it very clean and always friendly. My nails are always looking good. If you dont like it they will do it over.

My biggest complaint is that I am so sick of smelling subways strong odors in the place. I come out smelling like a sub sandwich.The music is for rocking and rolling- not for relaxing. It is NOT spa-like. And too noisy.They are like any other place: get em in and get em out. I do like the plastic they put on the pedicure tubs though.

I usually have a good experience but not today. New staff needs to be trained properly on the need to have cuticles removed. I’m disappointed.

New to the area, I needed to find a new nail salon-I found Zen on the first try. The staff are courteous and friendly; Yvonne, the mani/pedicurist who cared for me, offered a beverage during my pedicure (and I observed another staff member similarly offer a beverage to a woman, there for only a manicure that day). My nails were done exactly the way I like, and inspected closely for perfection by Yvonne. My experience was exactly what I was looking for!

So I asked for a pedicure and refill and the girl Jenny starts my pedicure. she spent the whole time talking to the tech next to her not attending to me the client. Then I had a chipped nail on my big toe she began painting over it until I said either cut it or place glue to keep it together. now its time to get my nails refilled at which time there is an obvious discussion about who would do it. so the guy Tony tells me to sit at his chair... but wait a client walks in who he knows by name a proceeds to tell me to get up and go to another chair. enough is enough obviously my black money means nothing in this Asian serving only White Salon. I have been to several nail salons where this is a normal practice or even behavior. It is unacceptable to say the least. I will never go there again. this lady had no appt dispute him saying she did to justify her bad behavior. if she had a standing appt then dont take other clients... its ridiculous.

I have to say, this place came highly recommended so I decided to go before my wedding. BIG mistake. I got a french pedicure and gel french manicure. Not only was the maincure very painful (she cut my cuticles in 3-4 places) but she did such a bad job she redid it twice and it looked SO bad I had someone new start over after the first woman wouldnt allow me to talk to a manager. She had to scrape all the gel off (once again ouch) and it only stayed on about a week. My nails are very weak now and I will never ever go back.

It was my first time there. The gentleman I had was not gentle at all. He cut almost every finger on both hands. Probably because he was hurrying. He then cleaned my nails with alcohol and I almost cried my fingers stung so bad. Ill never go back there.

Last night was my first time here. I chose. This place because it was near another store I had to go to and I had promised my daughter we would go out for mani- pedis. HOLY COW!!! These guys are great. They pampered the snot out of my 8 year old daughter, offered us a soda or bottled water, (no charge) and were very nice and professional. I will be going back here very soon!!!!

Really good but acrylics were too thick

My daughter left with 3 bloody nails and the price for gel was very high. I was given a French manicure in a pedicure chair. Very messy. Will not go there again.

The lady I had was too busy gossiping with another worker so I was cut and my manicure didn’t even last a day WORSE place ever and would never recommend it or return
