I only reserved the 5th star because of parking lolBut the service was 5/5. My nails are beautiful and the technician did an amazing job. Today was my first visit and I do plan to use this salon again in the near future!

I think this salon in general is good, BUT every time I made an appointment, the weird boy at the front desk would call me the same day of my appointment and ask me to come earlier or come later. This is extremely unprofessional and throws a wrench in my day. I work full time, and I should not have to adjust my schedule for a salon appointment that I had made more than a week prior.Fast forward to today I was trying to bring my aunt here and was making an appointment for two people. They had no appointments for 2 whole weeks. I asked them how it was possible for them to not have any availability, and the kid called me rude. Maybe I was irritated because every time I made an appointment, I would have to adjust MY schedule for THEM to take me, but they couldn’t fit two people for dip manicures at the same time? Ridiculous.Don’t come to this salon unless you want to be majorly inconvenienced by the weird boy at the front desk. The service providers are good and professional. The salon is clean, but it’s not worth having to reschedule everything in your day to come here.

I really wanted to like this salon as I was new to the area and looking for a new nail salon. I got a manicure and pedicure on 6/28 and I think they did great and were very detailed with painting them and cleaning them up. Although, when getting my pedicure, my technician cut the skin next to my toenail with one of her tools. It didn’t hurt, but it did bleed and she never apologized for it. I dismissed it, but 3 days later the skin around my toenail became red and inflamed. Now there is pus coming out and it is infected. I understand mistakes happen, but now I have to be on antibiotics and cannot even walk on that foot.

So happy I found this place. It was absolutely perfect. Vivian was helpful and meticulous, which I appreciate when it comes to my nails! The salon was clean and everyone was spaced out to adhere to social distancing. I already booked my appointment for next time because they are really popular and can be booked out for a few days. Very satisfied.

Trendy Nails is CLEAN, professional nail salon. I have never had a bad experience here. All appointments have to be booked on Vagaro, if you show up on time you shouldn’t have any issues. I do book tech # 5 two weeks ahead of time because they are always booked. Tech 5 takes her time and her work is clean. I’m really picky about nails salons and so happy I found them. They do not accept walk ins and they stick to their scheduled appointments.

Employees are always nice, theyre very precise and pay attention to details.

Literally the best salon in Quincy. Vivian and her team are amazing - and just super sweet. Salon is clean, fresh tools, covered pedi basins. Every person here does a great job- so if you get some new, you don’t really have to worry about it. I’ve been going here for the last 2 years- mani and pedi come out perfect every time . Few places that know how to do dip manis well. Won’t be going anywhere else !

This place is so clean and professional. First salon I’ve seen yet do the dip application in a SANITARY method. Vivian took her time with my nails and did a great job. I definitely recommend booking wayyy in advance but it’s worth it!

I would recommend this place. I have been to many nail salons and this one is amazing. I have my nails done by a couple different people their all great.

Efficient but not all techs are qualified to do all types of nails. I made an appointment for gel but wanted dip powder when I got there and noone was available that could do dip. I ended up not having anything done but they are really good when they can actually do the work. Affordable too.

A very quiet relaxing environment with nice music. My nail tech Tammy did an excellent job on my gel mani and pedi.

Great nail techs here. They are methodical in the way they do your nails and they take their time. They honor for the most part their appointment times. They require reservations as Ive seen many people get turned away for walk in serviceIts a small place but attention to detail is shown.

I had a wonderful experience today. My gel manicure and pedicure were done meticulously. The salon was pristine and all the instruments used were sterilized!Vivian and staff were friendly and professional. I strongly recommend this salon and welcome this new business to Braintree.

Vivian has been my go to nail girl for years now! She recently started trendy nails and that’s exactly what it is. Vivian’s skills are incomparable in this area. Her work is so precise, you won’t find another nail service as perfect as hers. From ombré, to coffin style Vivian is on trend. One other point I absolutely love about Trendy Nails is how sanitary everything is. All the tools where brand new and the pedicure stations have liners. Vivian is very knowledgeable and great with ingrowns. There is a parking lot right across the street where Southside tavern is. I would recommend this nail salon to anyone, and anyone who wants trendy nails.
