Shout out to Anna!!! Thank you so much for taking extra time to work on my pedicure, my foot feels SO much better! I can actually put my sneakers on without having discomfort. Bless your hands! Definitely would recommend this place. Spacious, elegant, clean, and very friendly staff.

The service here was excellent!I did the works Mani&Pedi also had some waxing done. I recommend this nail salon and spa.

I am not going back here. The actual pedicure I got was nice, but I do not like the service. I called and made an appt days before and then still ended waiting 45 mins to sit down for a pedicure. The only reason I didnt leave and go to one of the other millions of nail places in Braintree is because I had a gift card. The actual pedicure was okay and came out nice, but then when I go to pay and leave I hand them my card and then the woman helping me walks away and starts helping someone else first. As I was waiting I saw some other regular customers come in and they greeted them personably. I may be a quiet person but I am not invisible. You need to take care of new customers as well as your old ones.

Mani Pedi : My 5 friends and I were visiting Boston from out of town for the weekend. We had attempted to go to another salon prior to finding this place down the street but they were too busy. Soooo glad that my friend spotted L Image along the way. The staff was able to quickly and professionally accommodate all 6 of us as well as their scheduled appointments with only 3 people working that night. Did I mention that it was a Saturday? Huge thank you to the Salon for helping 6 young woman from Philly on a weekend :).

I use to go here all the time for my Brazilian wax. They had a great girl named Hanna that always did a good job. Once she left I went to another lady but the last time I went was a nightmare. The lady waxed my skin off!!!! Literally she did not know what she was doing. Now i have bistered skin. You couldnt pay me to return to this place..
