My 1st time there and did an awesome job... will definitely come back again

I’ve been coming here for a while since I moved to Somerville, the ladies are very friendly (towards me in my own experience) the boss lady did my nails and I love when she does my nails, she’s fast & neat ! And she’s worth it

Is small nail salon but is great thecdo a great job and is clean place.

They didn’t let me get the kind of nail shape I wanted and said it was because I was “too young” and wouldn’t look good on me. I wanted an almond shaped nail. Not too mature at all, and the nails were very low quality. I only went here because I was in a rush to get my nails done.

I never see the nail salon ‘s tools not sanitizer . The stuff are not friendly too . Unlike, not recommend.

I love coming here they take good care of my ingrown nails every where else ignores them but here they make sure it doesnt hurt anymore

Had my nail on the ring finger of my left hand break the night before my wedding. They fixed it beautifully! They saved the rings photo! Highly recommend this place!

Sunny is the best! Great attention to detail. He leaves my nails perfect and uniform.

The customer service was very poor. 2 people worked on me with no notification that there would be a switch. When I was done with my awful toe and nail job I was told to put on my own slippers. 1st time i ever experienced that. This us exactly what I get for not booking with my regular tech Toree (at another salon) early. HORRIBLE experience that is too much to write. What I can say is it wasnt worth the price.

Stopped by on a whim because it was my birthday. This place is horrible. The simple pedicure I got was a joke. The chair was broken. It was horrendous!!!! I couldnt stay to have my nails dry. This place should be closed or cleaned and completely disinfected. The tools used arent even autoclaved. No beverages offered. Nothing.

My daughters grandmother made a appointment here and she only can walk so fast. The wait was long so when they came back for the appointment the ladies said she was too late and gave them attitude to schedule another time and have them wait again. This time she finally made it to her appointment where they rushed putting false lashes on and did a sloppy job in which my child ended up with a eye infection.Where Im just being informed of this now...this place is lucky I didnt find out sooner!!!! Careless about customer service cause all they want is your money.

I’ve been there a few times. And every time I go, the woman who sits on the left hand side (believe she is the owner) is very nasty. I’ve tried to deal with her attitude thinking hey, maybe she’s just having a bad day? It’s every time. I will not be returning again. Just lost a very dedicated customer who spends a very good amount of money in there.

Terrible pricing and terrible customer service. Never coming back again. Would not recommend anyone to go there.

Awesome first visit here! My friend recommended this place to me. It’s super convenient, right next to the threading spa in the Braintree mall. The nail salon itself is a bit small, but it wasn’t super busy when I went (Saturday afternoon around 4ish), so it was fine. I went with two other people. We didn’t have an appointment but we were seated almost immediately & were in & out of the salon in about an hour!I hadn’t had a manicure in awhile so my nails looked horrible. Dina really took her time with my gel manicure and did such a good job. She was extremely thorough with cutting all my cuticles & she took the time to shape my nails exactly how I wanted them. Although she didn’t speak English well, she did her best to be friendly & make conversation with me, which I appreciated. I also appreciated that she asked me several times throughout the manicure if I liked the shape, color, etc.Will definitely be going back to her!

Super tiny space. No place to sit. If it gets busy theres a long wait. Manicure and pedicure arent that great. Nail tech cut toe and caused bleeding. Its causing a lot of pain.

Had me waiting for 45 mins just for a regular paint came off pretty quickly

Gave me exactly what I wanted, unfortunately the advertisement was not specific enough and I paid more than expected. I will go back, however because the product is lasting!

BAD STAFF! BAD SERVICES!My feet actually feels scrapped, whereas pedicure should be a relaxing experience.

I went here for a pedicure and had a horrible experience. When you first walk in the lady at the front is very rude and unwelcoming. The chair they had me sit in was broken and the tub was covered in plastic, likely so that they wouldnt need to be disinfect it. The tools that were used had not been sanitized and gave me a toe infection. She also cut the nails in a way that causes in-grown toe nails which is something that someone who works at a nail salon should know. I watched the nail techs be impatient which costumers and incredibly rude. The nail tech also caused my polish to smudge and wouldnt fix it. They still charged full price.

Very unprofessional and rude staff. I never got a gel done so quickly because the lady literally rushed because they were closing (why they accepted doing in the 1st place?) and worst super overpriced

Went there with a friend to get a nail fixed. The owner who was fixing the nail was EXTREMELY rude and seemed to be offended by my friend checking her work every now and then. The owner went on to say how many years she’s done this job and how she kicks people out (for merely checking her work apparently). Would never step foot into this place again. Very unprofessional.

Worst nail salon I ever visited. First and last time!!! Extremely poor customer service and poor, horrific job. They talk badly about customers in there native language...save your money and go elsewhere.

Went in to get my eyebrows done, the manager was in a rush. I told her I wanted them skinner but refused to do it because she said “it wouldn’t look right”I’m not paying you for opinion...She was overall just very rude and unprofessional !!!

It was the worst experience in my life, very bad customer service, very bad job, the lady she was doing my nails her name lili shes nice lady but she dont know how to do gel manicure the way how she apply the manicure is unprofessional, so i ask her if she can do one more quote of manicure the manager came over and she start yelling at me like i did something wrong, and the best part is she said we know what we doing, but i really think, they should in be in the business because they dont know anything they dont know how to respect the customer, they dont know how to treat the customer, they dont know how to to nails at all, i been doing my nail every week at place call princess spa in weymouth for almost 3 years, the reason i went to this place because is close to my work, and i wish the have rating below 1 star i will rate the place below 1 star .

I used to come here all the time. I recently got a pedicure, and both my large toes ended up with infections. Don’t go.

Cut me and didnt even paint my nails fully but proceed to finish. Didnt listen to me either.
