Jack And Jill is legit the best experience I ever had going to the dentist, They So nice and helpful. They took X-rays and found issues with my sons tooth, She legit accommodate my son needs and did the work right away without a problem. My son did not feel a thing nor did he notice he took out a tooth. The places is Legit Disney World in the office . Thank you 😊

Doctors and medical staff are great and friendly. They offer professional advice and care for my kids dental health. What really upsets us is the front desk staffs lack of friendliness. I dont need a smile when talking with her but the tone could be a lot better toward the parents.

Jack and Jill is one the most personal,considerate, conservative Dentist and office I have been to. The office is well organized, clean and they go the extra mile to give you the best care at the best prices. Your comfort before, during, and after the procedure is their goal. The Drs spend time explaining all the processes and answer any questions, changing a potentially stressful situation into a pleasurable one. I recommend this office to anyone

My child broke a tooth from a gum ball at the Mall. Dr. Tau removed the tooth in such a graceful way there was no screaming and minimal tears. The staff was pleasent and respectful. I am telling friends and family.

Booked my 2yrs old first appointment.showed up 10 mins before our 2pm appointment, checked in sat there waiting another patient walks in, checked his kids in and Jess says to him you are quite early. We are now at 2:15pm still waiting, so then they took one of the patient that was early. At this point one has said anything to us, they call the other child. 2:30pm I go to the desk and told Jess we are leaving because it is 30mins past our appointment time and we showed up early. She said sorry do you want to reschedule. I said no( she didnt even try to offer an explanation or anything) and I will not go back there. I was very disappointed after being referred to them by his pediatrician and these lovely reviews.

My daughter is 100% TERRIFIED of the dentist. It was a NIGHTMARE whenever I had to take her. I finally got referred here because she wouldnt let her regular dentist do the work. They were so awesome, she finally let them do the work she needed done! I love Jack and Jill. More important, my daughter does!

The staff is the best! So welcoming and nice to the kids, they, make going to the dentist fun!

I love this dentist office so much! This was only our second time visiting them but i love it. My oldest is 13 and is petrified of the dentist due to a past office we went to and hurt her badly. I gave this office a try and im so happy i did! My oldest allowed them to clean her teeth and do small work on a few teeth with no issues. I also have a 2 yr old son who recently was diagnosed with autism and doesnt like anyone in or near his mouth. They where able to clean and exam his teeth with no issues. They staff are truely amazing and super friendly. Its very clean and not a stressful environment. I will be telling all my friends and family about this office

Our daughter had anxiety of going to the dentist and her regular dentist wasnt able to get her calm to do even a cleaning we were referred to Dr Balou and have had positive effects. Highly recommended
