Tori, the assistant was absolutely wonderful and personable and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Schafft was also super relaxed and kind. Made my first visit in a long time a positive one!

I switched my family’s dentist, after almost 7 years, and I must say, Dr. Dental exceeded my expectations! The Dentist was one of the most gentlest Dentists I ever experienced in my life! My 1st visit today, I had a thorough cleaning, full x-rays & 2 fillings today. The dentist was very helpful in showing the decayed areas on the x-rays, before starting the work. She & her asst were also patient, friendly & professional. Love this place & highly recommend to all!

It’s the best place for keeping up with all your dental needs. Dr. Pallavi Dahake has been primarily managing the whole facility and is the best dentist we have experienced ever. She really takes care of her patients and refers to the right doctors as needed. She also has a good personality and an amicable nature that makes you feel at your best comfort by having her as your dentist. She is intellectual and posses the right experience.The front desk people are also very professional and really take care of the customers which is what is needed in this customer driven world.

Everybody in the office was friendly and sympathetic to my concerns with getting new crowns. Carolyn at the front desk was very helpful, all great advice on how to prepare for my procedure. Dr. Mallick was professional and personable. I trusted her and she did a fantastic job. So happy with my smile. Nice staff, my new dentist.

This office is fine for a basic cleaning, but anything beyond that I would go somewhere else. When they told me I needed my wisdom teeth removed they did not discuss anything with me about the procedure or my options, just gave me a printout of the cost (so I will have this procedure elsewhere). They are also difficult to deal with administratively. I have had an appointment rescheduled last minute by then. I also have been unable to get them to send my dental X-rays to my new dentist.

First of all, the entire staff of Dr. Dental Braintree is awesome!! Tess is amazing!! So sweet, funny and very helpful with everything. Dr. Patel is an artist. I love to smile now because I feel so much more confident. He is very caring and explains everything he is going to do before hand. Im so incredibly happy with my brand new smile. Christina is great! Called Dr. Dental @ noon on a Monday & booked an appt. for 430 same day! Paperwork for new patient was quick & straightforward. Staff was kind, informative & reassuring. Needed further work done (just a few fillings) and got an appt. next day at 1130 am. Insurance covered my visit but was given fair price estimates for periodontal work in the future if I choose to pursue.

The office is dirty. This place went down hill. Blood stains on the floor. Not safe at all. I can only imagine what else isn’t being cleaned. They are deceptive with treatment and pricing. Go somewhere where you feel safe and not lied to. We will never return.

This place was amazing! I had a cleaning and X-rays with Shanique and she worked on an area of the mouth that had been bothering me and left with clean, healthy teeth! This is a great new office, the staff is very friendly and puts you at ease, the new manager Tess goes above and beyond to all who visit. The doctor is very patient and informative, really cares for his patients for sure. I went here for the first time after looking for a close dentist, saw these guys, went in for my first cleaning great job, then was told a care plan of some fillings and today went for two more and an extraction wow the whole process was painless, they waited till I was 100% numb then started the thing I love about them was they work as a team of two tecs and the dentist, definitely will be back thanks again, just hoped Id found then earlier..

My visit to Dr Dental at the Braintree office this morning was with Dr Schafft and dental assistant, Kersten. I needed an extraction of a broken tooth that did not have much of the tooth left above the gum. I can truthfully say I did not even feel the tooth come out. Both of these providers were excellent! Their skills were remarkable. And in addition, they both have likable personalities.I would highly recommend this location to anyone needing compassionate dental care.

I had a cleaning this afternoon and it was a great experience. Up front, Caroline was great at keeping track and rearranging my appointment. She handled my insurance with ease and managed to stay kind, polite, and efficient while three people each asked her a question at the same time. Everyone walked away happy. Marissa was the hygienist and X-ray technician who was cheerful and also again efficient. Dr. George was patient with my over-sensitivity and squirming and nice to talk to. I could not tell you the name of any other dentist or their office that I have been to in my life. I had no hesitation to schedule my next appointment even though I am moving to Waltham and know that I will have to drive much further to get to it.

Great attitude from all of the staff. Dr Gentile is great and Shanique, Kayla and Carolyn are always very warm and friendly. This office always gives the finest customer service possible, highly recommend.

I prefer to be completely anonymous on 8/02/2018 I watched a staff member of this practice with black hair up in a bun and fair skin with a visible tattoo with scrubs on enter the vehicle and use street drugs in front of the establishment at the time I was going to stop and shop while i was in my car with my Granddaughter the nearby car also witnessed this I refuse to come back to this practice and I will be typing up a letter to the property manager the time of this indecent was in the afternoon I will let my family know not to return.

I enjoyed my experience, Dr.Malik was polite and did great work on my teeth. The past two times I have been to this practice there’s been only one assistant working. Each time there has been a waiting room full of people but yet Kyana manages to get us in without hesitation. As if she has a full team helping her out very fast a sweet hard worker. I had an overall great experience!

The office was filthy. Exposed wires on the equipment dried blood on the floor counters will not wipe down dust on everything. Very nice staff but I opted out of the appointment after seeing how dirty the examination rooms were. Also they told me I would need 18 x-rays as a new customer pad which is unheard of . and unhealthy. I will not be going back there and I would not recommend this place to a friend

GREAT STAFF VERY PROFESSIONAL!!Changed to this dentist after a bad experience at another local family dentist. Dr Gentile and the staff at this location are the best! When I first came to this location I needed several teeth pulled as well as multiple cavities filled. Dr Gentile not only did a great job with the removals. But showed great care and concern that I was fully numbed and calm (not nervous) before starting. Carolyn the operations manager greets you at the desk, runs the phones and makes appointments. She is courteous, professional and always on top of everything. The dental assistants Shanique, Kayla and Janki are also excellent. They made me feel very comfortable on my first visit for the cleaning and x-rays and every visit thereafter.

Doctor is very informative and thorough. We get discount as new patients and who dont have dental insurance. Overall, I would recommend.

It would be easier for me to write of a negative experience. This office is Perfect! Each of my visits have left me nothing short of positive.

If i could give zero stars i would! Absolutely no bedside manner. Had a simple extraction which turned into an infected dry socket because she didnt think antibiotics were necessary at the time, then tried to blame me. Continues to refuse me pain meds even tho i havent slept in a week. Im on week 2 of excruciating mouth pain. DO NOT GO TO THIS LADY

Came to the braintree office for the first time for a cleaning. It was amazing. The doctor took real good car of me but most importantly. I really enjoyed the hygienist who worked on me kianna.

I found the dentist and the assistant at the Braintree site to be very pleasant .

This was the most bizarre dental experience I’ve ever had. The “dentist” approached the chair and stood behind me to introduce herself. I said I can’t see you. She proceeded to clean my teeth with what I’m pretty sure was the drill. It was aweful. After about 3 minutes she said she was done and that the assistant was going to polish and floss my teeth. Weeell the assistant then pulled out an electric tooth brush like the one I have at home and “polished my teeth. An Absolute terrifying experience

My experience at Dr. Dental Braintree has been extraordinary! Before going to Dr. Dental in Braintree I went to a private dentist in Holbrook. When they took the X-rays they told me that I needed 3 root canals, 3 crowns and some fillings. As you can imagine the charge for all of this procedures was more than I could afford, so I decided to go to Dr.Dental Braintree to get a second opinion.When I went there, Dr. Dahake was really professional and she is literally the sweetest dentist out there! She took some X-rays and told me that indeed I had three huge cavities that needed to be cared of ASAP. She told me that one needed a root canal for sure. However, she said that there was a small possibility that the other ones did not needed a root canal just fillings. She did not made any promises, but told me she was going to do her best to save my other teeth. Keep in mind that the other doctor in Holbrook assured me that there was nothing she could do to save my teeth. Thats the moment when I knew Dr. Dahake was really professional, honest and that she really cared about her patients.I did indeed get only one crown and fillings in the other teeth. Its been around 6 months that I had this procedure done and I have not had any problems so far. There is still some cavities that I need to take care of, but so far my experience have been great.I guess I have been to Dr. Dental Braintree for at least 10 times in the past year and all I can say is that all the members of the staff are friendly and professional. I read some reviews saying that there were blood stains in the floor which I have never noticed. Every time I go there, the place is really clean.If you are anxious and hate going to the dentist I feel that you should give this place a try. Dr. Dahake and all the members of the team are amazing!!! I would definitely give this place more than 5 stars.

Even the place is small everyone is super friendly and you do have to wait that long to get through, your in and out quick depending on what you are in for.

Very nice location, clean, staff is very corteous. Called late on a weekeday for my son’s appt. and was able to get him in next morning, first thing, which was a pleasant surprise. Got everything he needed done in an hour, which was also expected. All in all, very pleased with experience and now waiting to bring kids in for cleanings! Having left previous dental office in the same town due to poor treatment, after being a loyal client for 9 years, I think we have found another permanent place!

The staff here is excellent. For someone who gets anxious about getting dental work done, Shanique has been amazing. She is so nice and makes sure youre calm and prepared before any work is done. Shes always checking in to make sure everything is ok. Dr. Gentile is also great about always checking to make sure that there is no discomfort when hes working. Janki the assistant is also very good. Carolyn is great about keeping you updated on appointments and keeping you company if you have to wait a couple minutes in the lobby. Excellent staff all around!

I was in fact extremely satisfied with my experience at Dr. Dental in Braintree. I have had some very bad experiences in the past and have been the recipient of some poor service at dental offices, but starting with the minute I walked in I was greeted by Tess at the front desk in a very courteous and timely manner, she put me at ease and answered my many questions I had. It is quite a drive for me also since the office is a good 45 minutes from where I live but the service is well worth the drive, when I was being prepped for my procedures, I was very nervous for what was about to come but the assistant, Marcela, explained things and help to calm me down so that I was not nervous any longer she did a fantastic job, very impressed with her above and beyond approach with me and I assume all clients. I want to also mention Dr. Patel, I have never had such a patient Doctor who explains things so thouroughly, and has compassion for the patient who is nervous and not comfortable sitting in that chair. He put me at ease, explained everything he was doing, and did so in a calm, professional manner. I stopped into this office sometime last week to be checked. I felt that Dr. Dahke was very pushy when trying to get me to come back for treatment. The assistant Kianna was great and exact when explaining to me the importance of flossing and rinsing after my meal. I manage a new Endo office in the near by town and we love to check the offices out before referring. Kianna would be a great fit, As well as Liz in the front who was also great. Explaining to me the importance of getting treatment done sooner rather than later but she didn’t push me like the Dr.

I was extremely nervous to get dental work done, I was nervous even just for the exam, but between the girls working at the desk, the dental assistants and the dentist himself they made me feel so comfortable! I went back two days in a row for cavity fillings. And with the help of sedation I went back the week after for two teeth extractions, and plan going back again next week for more extractions. They are so friendly and helpful and laid back. I used to go to a different dentist every time I needed a cleaning because I didnt like the one before, but I will never EVER go anywhere else, now that Ive found the best dentist. They helped me build my confidence, and I can smile with pride now because my smile is perfect compared to how bad it was before I came here. Thank you everybody at Dr dental Braintree!!! 💞
