Wade did a great job on tinting my window. He went out of his way to do the job properly even though it took him longer than expected due to some residual tint that was left which he didnt quote me for. Didnt even ask for more money and that made me tip him extra at the end. Good guy!

This company rates 5 starts on everything from the first contact to the finished job. Paul Mello contacted me through my Google search on home advisor. He was very personable and professional. When he came to the house, he gave lots of good advise on what would work best in my home, and saved me money by suggesting a different window film than was currently on my windows. On installation day, he came with his installer, Wade, and went over what was to be done. Wade did an excellent job. I had heard through other Google reviews that some contractors left space between the film and the window edge, which was very visible. I have none of that. The windows look perfect! I highly recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace delaminated window film.

Fantastic service with a great price. Tint looks great and I was in & out the same day in about 2 1/2 hours. Would recommend to anyone for more than just auto tinting services.

UPDATE: I SENT THE OWNER THE EMAIL FROM MERCEDES STATING THAT THE DAMAGE COULD NOT BE REPAIRED AND WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. IN THE REPLY TO MY GOOGLE REVIEW THE OWNER STATES THAT HE WAS WILLING TO REPLACE THE PARTS...WELL, WHATS THE HOLD UP?The owner Paul performed work on my vehicle. He performed additional work (tinted front window) without approval. During that installation he scratched the interior trim of my vehicles center console. He left the inside filthy and failed to mention the damages. I immediately asked him to call me the next business day and he did. He said he would take care of my vehicle repairs verbally and in text messages (which I have saved). He then called the Mercedes dealership where I purchased my vehicle to ask his friend that works there for a discount on parts. He told Mercedes he damaged my vehicle and would like a business discount. He then found out that the damages were near $1000 and started saying he didnt cause the damages (after he already acknowledged via phone and text that he would take care of it). He then acted as if I was bullying him into fixing the vehicle. I asked him for his insurance information and he stated he does not have insurance or the money to fix my vehicle. After being in business for 18 years I find that hard to believe. He never offered a refund nor did he follow up as promised to fix the vehicle. He offered me a free meal from a gift card someone gave him and to try to buff it out himself. The dealership stated that my vehicle was damaged beyond repair and the parts had to be replaced with new. The vehicle was six days old at the time. This was the fourth and FINAL vehicle I will ever take to Tint Shark. THIS BUSINESS IS ALSO NOT BBB ACREDITED AS OF 10/20/2015.
