Ray not only never showed for our scheduled appointment, I missed worked to be home and wait for him. He never called me. I called him three times and he kept promising he would make his time and the whole while, he hired another company to do the installation. The job was done great, three days later. I just wish I had hired the handyman and NOT Raydon windows.

Highly recommended by my dad. So its got to be good. They come to you or you can go to them. And they have almost every thingamabob and windows. The price is one of the best. Good honest working people.

They cut glass to fit, stock lots of window parts and have lots of used frames, etc out back. Friendly and knowledgeable service. Helpful, will share what they know. If they dont have a solution in stock they can help think of one.

Due to the pandemia, we wanted to build our home gym for us and when we came to the store, they knew what we wanted to achieve. Talked to Ray( owner) he is an incredible human being and very focus on customer service. Their crew that sent us to the job were very professional. Soooo glad this place exists. Extremely knowledgeable and customer oriented. Took one look at the bent screen I needed to replace, and told me why it had bent, and what to do to safegaurd the new one. That is the kind of service that has kept them in business!

Have a hand made kitchen table over 40 years old. To preserve the wooden table we had a glass made. It broke, and within one visit making a template and three days later we have our new piece of glass protecting the wood once again. Thanks to Raydon.

Not even 1 star. They forced me to give a one. They take your money and then tell you for months it is on order, then when you call 7 days a week, they sent you a used window. I dont know how they stayed in business all these years. Not to mention. Sheri the office girl, she has empathy, but she is no help.

Very professional!!! I have solar windows that the glass is not made in the size I needed any more. Raydon Windows found a solution, installed the glass, and the color matches perfectly!!! I did not expect such a perfect match. I called other glass places, but was not comfortable hiring them because they did not seem sure of what kind of glass was needed. Not Lew from Raydon!! He knew exactly what I needed! The glass came in weeks before expected, and they came out to replace the broken glass right away!! Very friendly too!! And the cost was basically the same as the guys that didnt know what they were doing!! When I replace my windows, no doubt, I am calling Raydon!!!!!!

This is Deb and Paul Macchi. Raydon Windows came out to do an estimate on replacing a very large semi-circular window placed high on a second floor. All I can say is that Mr. Ray Manning is an extremely honest, genuine and helpful person, as was the man with him, Chris. After spending much time here, they told me they could not take the job because of multiple reasons...all good. They gave me many suggestions on how to proceed. Try to find someone that honest out there.....at least for me, it is quite a rarity. I would highly recommend them...nothing beats honesty and integrity.

We have been waiting months and still havent got windows. They didnt measure correctly so 1st set was wrong and wasnt even the windows we wanted. IDK what happened to second set their misteak they said. Meanwhile still waiting. UPDATE: A month later we are still waiting on our windows. I feel like we have been cheated and dont think he even ordered the ones we wanted. He installed the one he wanted us to have, we had all ready turned it down because it didnt open even a 1/3 of the way. Meanwhile here we wait.

I contacted Raydon received an estimate of $110.00 to replace glass. The service man came change the window and charge $174.96when asked why so much he said that was for the service call. We were never told there was an additional charge for the service call. I had been trying to replace it but due to a family emergency I called Raydon I had purchased supplies and the service man used my supplies. I would not recommend.

I love the fact that they are open on Saturday for your convince prices are the best in the county ran by family and always with a friendly attitude when I visit. Would not go any place else for my glass needs.
