L ! Exterminator was not thorough. Practically had to beg him to spray in the areas where we saw the roaches. Whatever he sprayed did not work at all! I finally decided to buy proffesional spray and got much better results. I just dont trust them. Called them twice and they didnt call back. When they called us to come spray again I let the lady in the office know about how we were dissapointed with the lousy service and she offered no apology. Just hung up! I must add that the man had the nerve to tell me to stomp on the roaches when I see them!!!! They suck! Dont bother messing with them.
