Ive been using this company for about three years now and we have been very pleased with their service. Im pretty sure I know what happened in the other review, someone had inadvertently introduced German roaches into a commercial business and the boric powder (left in place for a long weekend) was the best way to get rid of them quickly; we also opted for this treatment after we had attempted to get rid of them ourselves for a few months and it worked great.
