Always have a pleasant experience when I go to this location. The people are nice and the owner goes out of his way to give you the best customer service.

Lovely store. Lovely people. However we are in the middle of a pandemic and they allowed somebody in the store without a mask and then served them. I will be going to another UPS store that does not allow this kind of flagrant and dangerous behavior.

Scott the owner is extraordinary, always going above and beyond while telling customers it is his job. Somehow his job encompasses much more than everywhere else! He is kind, and also ensures his entire staff is courteous and FAST. Cant say enough about this location.

A few of the employees are exceptionally rude, get a code from.amazon. says they will pack and ship it, show up the the box that it came in and she says you sending it that way! Hello do your job. And now they havent even sent it and now I have to wait even longer for my refund!

Complete rip offs, they overcharge, and force up sell. The one in Sarasota is cheaper for the same exact package. Do not use them.

Wont ship a product that was wrongly delivered by UPS to the correct address.Not really a UPS drop off location.Just a family owned business that ships what they want.Ups should take there name away from this place its hurting there business.Wont do business with UPS anymore because of this location.FedEx shipped my package for me.

I wouldn’t even give this store a 1 star. Manager (Josh) is great but the other employees are rude, ignore you (can’t hear well with a face mask on) then tell you that you are “copping an attitude”.

The guy is awesome very helpful., the woman not very helpful..@ all ..no communication with customers she just ignores them. .I stood there for a few minutes before he came from the back and explained theyre computers were down to one..hes helpful. her, not so much..

I had to pick up a package here but found out it was routed to another location 5 miles away. I had to track it down with no help from the clerk.... I asked her if she could call and inquire about it for me she said no it would be better if I did it myself. She also gave me wrong information but I didn’t listen to her because it just didn’t seem right. But as I was dialing numbers to get help finally got through and explained my horrible experience with the store clerk... she apologized for the wrong information and help me locate my package.

There are not many people in the world who are willing to help the way the employees at this store do. I highly recommend using this UPS Store location for all of your shipping and business needs. I had an insurance claim that was twice denied by UPS, but the owner Mike continued to fight on my behalf. He went up against the company he works for in order to protect his customers and that commitment helped in securing the insurance claim. This store is the best, dont settle for anything less!!!!

The girl in there stayed late to help me get packages returned as well as getting on the fone with the companies to get the return info.She stayed after the store closed to help me.Above and beyond service!!!
