I had an urgent need to ship a piece of furniture from my home in Sarasota to Chicago. Andy and his team showed up the next day, boxed it up and shipped the following day. Plus they built a box structure so the trucking company would not be able to place another item on top. Very clever! They called several times to give me an update. Great customer service.

First time shipping a large sold painting from my studio and I could not have been more pleased by my experience with Andy and Wendy! Of all the places I requested quotes from, they were the only ones to call me and discuss the shipment personally. Although a little more expensive than other offers, the customer service blew me away and I couldnt be more happy by the full service I received from at home pick-up, to packaging, to delivery. My collector was pleased to receive the piece. Highly recommend!

I had a very valuable and sentimental antique desk, glass top, and chair moved across state lines with this company. They did an amazing job that was worth every penny. The pickup crew wore gloves and masks to minimize exposure to my older parents. I was able to easily arrange contactless pickup so my parents didnt have to sign anything. The item arrived right on schedule and spectacularly packaged, with the more delicate portions heavily padded, everything carefully covered in bubble wrap, and not a scratch on anything. I would use again in a heartbeat for any of my most precious items. Also, because this is a smaller company, it was so nice to call their main line and be connected to a human being (almost always the person on the other line was Wendy who remembered me!) and not an automated machine. Start to finish was flawless! Thank you Navis!

They agreed to take my inventory, to let a liquidator pick it up, wouldnt even wait a week. Instead they gave it away to someone down the street, coated me thousands of dollars and still charged me for storage. 100% unethical, will report to BBB, and I have witnesses from the corporate liquidator that said Navis was completely in breech. RUN far away from this company and never use!!!

They did a tremendous job packing with buble wrap, and found the lowest bidder on trucking. Boston Pack and Ship had a top notch crew, who were kind, pleasant, and professional. I felt as though they worked on a movie set, they placed my furniture where I had it pictured in my mind. I trust and have faith in these people, and would recommend them to anyone, and everyone. The expereience alone, will leave you feeling over the moon!

I used Navis for packing and shipping an antique Chinese Secretary desk that had been in the family for 3 generations. It was packed with great care in southern Florida, it was shipped promptly to me in DC, and I reassembled it without any problems. And I even found the secret compartment with the long-lost treasure map!
