There was so much dryer lint in our dyer vent that we were definitely at risk of a fire! Thank you for responding so quickly! I only called at about 12Noon but you were there at 4pm! BEWARE!!! After cleaning AC ducts runs one duct run stoped working, also ripped off isolation from a suction line. I spoked to several AC companies and was told that these duct cleaning companies who just vaccum ducts like chimney cleaners can make holes in ducts run. I live in Florida and AC system is essential.I scheduled real AC company to replace all ducts after this cleaning company. Tim from Cleansweep Duct Cleaning came on the day of replacing all ducts to see what happened .He said I am not responsible for this and It is your choice to change the ducts. I asked Tim what their company Business license and he did not tell me.I called several days to the company and texted them.They never returned my call. Finally when a woman answered my call she also said that their company not responsible for their work. I asked her about the business license and she hang up on me. Beware.THIS COMPANY WORKS WITHOUT A LICENSE.----------------Wow...How fast you responded to my negative review. I tried to call you for several days, I texted you. Actually I have pictures of ripped off of suction line.I have picture of the text messages asking to call me.Tim from your company just stood on the ladder when asessed the master bedroom duct run.He even did not go to the attic. I started to change ducts runs after your poor work. Regarding a license: yes, you need to have it to do business at people`s houses. You do not know how to work with clients. Not answering or hanging up while customer talks to you this your business approach.

Ive never written a review before but my experience was so positive that I felt compelled. This company was able to insert me into their crowded schedule within 24 hrs of contact and brought extra workers to cut the time they were at my home. They did an excellent job and were friendly, clean and professional. 4 hours after they left the owner called me and told me I had made a mistake and given them too much cash. I had no idea. He had the $40 returned to my home the next day. Wow!

This guy was really upfront with costs preferring flat rates to hidden fees. I was a little nervous because my bf was away at work and I was going to be alone with him the whole time but he was super friendly and nice. Definitely a perfectionist which was great! He noted that I had a few vents with screws missing and went to his can and found some that fit for me, at no additional cost. My bf has horrible asthma so I was nervous about the cleaning kicking up more dust but he vacuumed the entire house and had a tarp for the big stuff and my bf said he could breathe better that day than any other day spent in that house. Which was really good to hear! Would definitely recommend!
