They treated my daughter and I great! They actually gave her a full pedicure. Unlike other salons that put her feet in the water and paint her toes and then I still get charged for a full pedicure she didnt receive. The salon is clean, and the staff is very friendly. This will be our go to nail salon. Highly recommend

Took an hour and a half for a fill, cut up my fingers with the drill, no conversation was had the whole time, had me switch between two nail techs during the time I was there, and once she was done she applied the clear coat but then proceeded to drag a scratchy rag across my nails and took all the shiny clear coat off. My nails looked awful. Will not be going back.

I’ve been here a few times in the past and had a good experience. But this last experience will keep me away. I got a dip done and the guy was obviously still learning how do it which is fine. I just needed my nails done for a weekend event so perfection wasn’t high on my list. But a guy who I assume is the owner kept coming over to me a saying “I’m so much better than him.” Also getting way to close in my personal space. It is disappointing to see how you discourage your employees from learning and getting better. Please be kinder and maybe they will be able to do a better job next time.

I’m here every 2 to 3 weeks & am always happy with the customer service and my nails. Making an appointment is definitely recommended, though👍🏼.

By far the most thorough and exceptional pedicure I have ever received. The polish is perfect, my technician spent the time one a wonderful leg and foot massage, and such a great value! The staff was warm and welcoming. This was my first time going but I will definitely be back.

My daughter and I went yesterday for pedicures and it was our first time at Bella. They were so accommodating with scheduling and got us in right on time when we got there. They were all so friendly, always asking if we were doing ok. The shop was very clean. I could tell that they take pride in their business and their work.

Leo provided a professional and relaxing Mani & Pedi. He completed my service with great care and attention to detail. I highly recommend him. The salon was clean and took extra precautions to ensure good sanitation practices were utilized. I was comfortable throughout my visit and appreciated the chance to get away and focus on me.

Just started going to this place. They are AWESOME. I have only been there twice and they greet me by name when I arrive. They do such great nails. They take their time. They don’t just try and get you in and out. They do quality work and it shows! I am now a loyal customer. If you read this, you should check it out!

This is the only place in Bozeman that Ill go, the entire staff is so friendly and accomodating. Van is absolutely amazing, I always bool with her. She is very skilled and so so nice. Sometimes I just tell her a basic idea of what I want and let her do what she thinks looks best. She always outdoes my expectations. I highly recommend Bell Nail Studio!

Ive been to this salon three different times, so this review is based on all three visits. In my opinion its overpriced for the quality. I paid $45 for a pedicure today, normal polish (not gel). Ive had gel polish pedicures as well. The paint job was ok, not great or stellar work. Not much exfoliating, very little massage, and he cut my cuticle so close this last time it bled. Not a big deal, but he didnt even acknowledge his mistake or apologize. Also, once the paint was on I was sent out the door-- not to a drying station. What the...? Every time Ive gone, Ive felt rushed; they tend to overbook their technicians until Im sure the techs feel rushed to do a job because theyve got one or two (or more) waiting. Ill be shopping around for a better venue after this last visit. I try to give a shop the benefit of the doubt, but after three visits with the same iffy service I see a pattern of behavior, not a one-off bad day.

The place is very nice and clean. The owner has done a really good job. The staff is all put together and everyone in the place was very please with their outcome. I was very happy. I got the sculpted gel full set and they did such an awesome job without taking forever. I used to go to some other places and they did a decent job but people here are way beyond their level. I will definitely be back here. I cant wait!

My nails look great and $40 for a mani with gel seemed very fair. Atmosphere is nice, clean, and professional. Liked the staff too: they were very accommodating for my walk-in. However, they were pretty rough on my cuticles so if you have sensitive cuticles maybe not the right place for you.

I made an appointment for a pedicure. They didn’t start on me for 20 minutes after my appointment time. Then they didn’t scrub my feet at all. The guy was very rude and not friendly at all. I now have an infection in my toe. Would definitely not recommend this place

I love the way they did my French nails. I got black, sparkly tips with a little design on it and they turned out absolutely flawless. As I type this I cant stop looking at my nails! Great service, great nails.

I had a wonderful experience. I came in for a manicure. It was fast and executed perfectly. I received exactly what I asked for without being pushed to do something I didnt request. Great prices and very personable. I highly recommend them.

Literally walked in expecting a warm greeting. And got nothing but stares .Then when asked if they could do a pedicure and a fill, the lady didnt say words but just shook her head........It was upsetting to say the least . Then the customer told us they were booked for the weekend. It was just poor customer service and no respect for a potential customer .

Totally worth the drive all the way from CO. Of course I did not just drive here to have my nails done, I came to visit my sister actually and she took me here for my first time. It really is a decent nail salon. The staff here is very nice and professional. They have good quality products for you to choose from. I had a full set for $35 which is not bad at all, but the result is really great. My tech did an outstanding job, she really knew what she was doing ! The place is clean and organized. Price for other services is also very reasonable. Highly recommended !!!

Affordable and friendly staff! My go to place for a gel manicure and regular pedicure. I always bring a photo of a nail design for staff to replicate and they always do it perfectly!

I brought my mom to get our nails done before my wedding this weekend! First time here. Came on a recommendation from a friend. We got here right at 10am for our appointment. Had to wait a bit, but not much. Definitely come early because it got super busy around 11. But everyone was very nice and professional. A regular came in and interrupted my manicurist, saying she didnt want to wait and rudely gestured to me, Do you have to finish that? I was worried Wan would rush to finish, but she did a good job and politely asked the woman to wait.

Nice and clean. Very efficient. Excellent pedicure. Very comfortable chairs. If I lived closer I would make this place my regular nail spot.

Great job! Cheaper than other places in town, and the nail tech who worked with me was very gentle with my nails. No excessive drilling or digging on my nail plate for acrylic fill-ins, he was great! And helped me carry all my gear (purse, coffee, wallet) over to the drying table so I wouldnt mess anything up. He fixed all the problems I had from the last nail place I went to in Boze, and Im competely happy with his work even two weeks later.I will definitely be back again!

Miranda gave me an awesome mani pedi that lasted 6 weeks and was well worth the $84 inc tip. However the next time Miranda wasnt available and I got a young girl. She struggled to give me what I asked for and when I left I ended up with little impressions on my toes bcuz they werent fully dry. Very cold out. Also my mani looked fine when I left but didnt last. It started chipping early. We all have to learn but an apprentice shouldnt expect to be paid the same rate as an experienced pro. The bill was the same. 😞

I had a horrible experience, never in my 7 years of getting my nails done iv bin treated in such a horrible manner! Asian lady rushed threw my nails. Even hurt one of my nails because pushing too hard with her own nail into my cuticle. Half assed my nails 2 of them were crooked! Was so concerned about other costumers some other girl finished painting them. Never going back!

I called to schedule shellac manicure and eyebrow wax and when I was ready to pay, the lady overcharged me by $10 for the shellac! I called and tried to tell her that they overcharged, and she was rude, pretended that she told me $35 for shellac all along (when she told me $25) and finally hung up on me! Will not ever go there again and certainly do not recommend this place!

Huge selection of nail polish colors, skillful and friendly staff, welcoming atmosphere, and a very kind owner. The mani/pedi I got from here was almost too good, I wish I could come here all the time instead of my regular nail salon.

Loved my nails, the staff was very accommodating and fixed my polish which I smudged in my impatience to leave, not letting it dry all the way.

Nice staff and clean salon. Having recently moved here I have been looking for a great nail salon. I had a pedicure and manicure and was disappointed in that it was rushed, so it was not relaxing at all...this was my 2nd time here and both times I received the same service from whom I believe was the owner/mgr. I also paid more for a spa pedi, which I would not recommend. This 2nd salon I have tried, 1st one was in Belgrade and that was worse. Having received high quality service its hard to come here, pay more and get mediocrity.
