I worked remotely in Bozeman for a bit in February and was THRILLED to find a Lagree studio! The unlimited monthly pass was a great economical option to take multiple classes during my stay. I adored the two instructors I had - Clare and Senya - who both provided amazing, motivating workouts. I would be “a regular” if I lived in town and hope to be back!
Helse is the place to go if you want a great workout and great instructors! We were visiting for a couple of weeks and ended up going several times. I highly recommend!
I started attending HELSE lagree classes 2 months ago and I am feeling so much stronger already. All the instructors are attentive and motivating at HELSE. I am blown away by how effective lagree is and it’s so fun!
First place to charge me for the missed class.20$. 45$ total for the class I didn’t attended. Be aware. P.S. none of the classes were full. Late cancellation also 25$.
I have never been a huge fitness freak, however this past week I attended HELSE Lagree for the first time and had such an AMAZING experience! To be honest, I was a little intimidated at first - It had been awhile since I have even stepped foot in a gym, but Danielle couldnt of been more helpful and patient with me. From the moment I walked in the door she put me at ease, and made sure to help explain each part of the machine - The Megaformer to me before the class workout. The work-out itself was something I have never experienced before. It was just as mental as it was physical and being able to just be present in the moment and to have the mentality to challenge your own limits was something I didnt realize I needed in my life before attending HELSE. This is something I now look forward to doing on a regular basis and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking to change or ignite a new fitness lifestyle. #ILOVELAGREE
HELSE is an amazing community and provides an incredible workout in only 40 minutes! It’s like nothing you’ve ever tried, so do it!!!!
If I could give them 10 stars, I would! The workout is challenging, safe and rapidly changing my body. Pair that with awesome owners/instruction and a welcoming atmosphere and it’s a huge win. So lucky to have HELSE in Bozeman!
Helse Lagree is an incredible, full body, low impact workout. Its no joke! Get through about 6 sessions, its still challenging but it gets to be way more fun too. After 2-3 sessions a week for 3 months, Im probably the strongest Ive ever been in my life. The instructors are awesome and the vibe is super welcoming. Im kinda addicted :)
Helse provides the most uniquely challenging workout I’ve ever done! Every workout is different, and you get so much from every single workout! All of my friends who have taken this with me have agreed that it is the most challenging workout they’ve ever done. Danielle is so knowledgeable and willing to help, and is amazing at helping every individual overcome their obstacles. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
Danielle is awesome and knows what she is doing. I need to do core work for a lower back injury and this is the best thing I have found. Only worries are becoming addicted! Also great for ski conditioning! Thanks Danielle!

I love these workouts. They are hard, only 45min., and changing the way I look and feel. The instructors are super supportive, very knowledgeable, and they make the workouts worthwhile. No 2 sessions are the same. Im hooked.

Lagree is a life / body-changing workout and Helse is the only place in Montana to offer it! Ive been a Lagree convert for the last seven years and have taken from instructors all over the country - Helses owner, Danielle, is a phenomenal instructor and does a great job adjusting for everyones fitness levels, goals, and limitations. As others have said, give it a try for 3-5 sessions and you wont want to live without it! This is a class for everyone - competitive athletes to those who just need a no-impact way to stay in shape - and is absolutely worth adding to your training regimen.
