Oh boy... this program is freaking amazing. I am only a couple of weeks in but have already lost weight and can feel myself getting stronger. The coaches are super supportive especially for a weight lifting newb like me! 10/10 highly recommend especially for people just starting a fitness journey.

I am in the 21 free day program and have enjoyed it. If you are just starting out in your fitness/ healthy journey I recommend the program. There are many materials they expose you to to set you up for success. Plenty of at home workouts and different videos to assist in learning proper lifts and techniques. Also a great food guide to get you started. The accountability aspect of the program is great too. Checking in and being aware of eating healthy and being active during the day then sharing with the group and with your trainer keeps you on track. If you have been in fitness and eating clean for a while and want to step it up I would venture into the programs you pay for because they take it a step further to get you where you want to be. I have been working with Big Sky Barbell for about 3 months so far and have been loving it! It is totally different than any program I have tried so far. I have always been pretty active and going to the gym, but I just wasnt getting the results that I wanted. I would go back and fourth on having a strict diet that of course was not maintainable and this program helped me realize, I can still eat good food and see results. Being consistent and realizing that one bad does doesnt ruin weeks of progress. The accountability that this program offers has helped me so much with being consistent and sticking with it. Honestly I think I would have fallen back into my bad habits by now if it wasnt for this program

Big Sky Barbell is like no other gym that I have been to. Not only are all their coaches great and nice, but their workouts are specific and helpful. You are able to do different circuits, strengthening, cardio, and ab workouts that teach you correct form for each exercise while focusing on the movements and not just going through the movement. The team at BSB is great to work with as well. Not only are they there to teach you about working out, but they are there to help you with your nutrition as well and really digging deep for your purpose and goals.

They give you approved food lists, walk you through your customized nutritional plan, answer questions, provide workout options that can be used at home or at the gym of your choosing and offer amazing accountability tools for you to help keep you on track. I wanted to write this review because I want others to know how much BSB changed my life in so many ways. I first came to BSB in hopes of weight loss, which I did achieve, but also gained so much more. I gained a fitness family and support group like no other. I was lost and not sure where to start, I had a lot of weight to lose, so I decided to reach out to BSB after I heard good things from a friend. Right off the bat, Katie and Logan were so warm and welcoming, it was very relaxed and I felt like I could talk to them with ease and no judgement. I did the challenge to start, the nutrition plan was easy to follow and made sense. As I made the changes to my diet through Logans instruction, I began to feel so much better and began to have the confidence that I could actually achieve my goals, so I committed to the full program. The one-on-one meetings, and the accountability are key to this program. Through this, I realized its more than about just losing weight, you begin to make a mental shift. You start to change the way you view your life and the habits that have kept you from being the best you. I could not have made this mental transformation if it wasnt for Logan and Katie. They kept me motivated and inspired. This is a very special program where the people are committed and want you to achieve your goals as much as you do. You can really feel the love. The workouts are great and it is exciting to see yourself grow with strength each week. Because of BSB, working out is now my favorite part of my day. I was with BSB for 5 months before my husband got a job, forcing us to move to Texas. However, I continued on with BSB, where I am still able to connect with Logan for one-on-ones, and still have that same accountability and support .That right there just speaks volumes for this program, it proves that with BSB you can be successful, even if you are 1,400 miles a way. I am down over 30 pounds and still continuing to achieve my goals. I cant say enough good things about Big Sky Barbell, it gave me a new lease on life and I couldnt be more thankful.

This gym is amazing. I signed up for the 12 week program and only got a few weeks in the gym before the gym ended up closing due to covid 19 for what seemed like forever. The owners invested in an at home live workout program to keep their clients on track. I have never been good at doing the work if it felt like I didn’t have to do it was nice that they would check in and make sure I was still working out and they were always there for motivation. Thanks to the accountability they provide and the nutrition plan I have lost 22 pounds even through this pandemic. Now we are back at the gym and I’m feeling stronger every day. Still have 10 pounds to go and excited to hit my next goal. Also it’s worth mentioning that I have never stuck to a program for this long and I believe this program will help me not only lose the weight but live a healthier life even after the program is over. Join this program, you won’t regret it!

Logan and Katie have been great motivators. My fiancé and I started this program together, and it has been amazing for us to keep each other accountable, and even get some weekly work our dates in. We are remote and not physically able to come into the gym, but the daily check in and positive vibes keep us going and push ourselves daily in our own home gym. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs help with nutrition and fitness guidance, or even to anyone who just needs some simple reminders and a team to motivate you.

I am in the 6 week program right now during covid-19 and even with my first 2 weeks I started healthy habits that while I could use this pandemic to emotionally and stress eat, but I have a list of food categories on my fridge that I can make good choices. I started the 6 week challenge to regain confidence in my body, feel better and more healthy, and prove to myself I could do it. I lost 23 pounds and almost 7% body fat. I didnt even know I had that much weight to lose, my goal was 10-15 pounds. Anyone thinking about this program should try it for the nutrition help if nothing else. The food advice changed the way I look at eating and helped me cut back on sugar and remove the need for caffeine in my diet. I wish I had access to the gym but it worked out even without that.

Trainers are with you on every workout. They teach and they push you harder than you will push yourself. But understand when they smile and say we are going to have fun today it means something different than what you think.Each session is in a group and everyone else is super helpful. Its easy to fit into the group.It costs more than a membership at a regular gym. But in 6 weeks I lost 20lbs, more than worth it to break through like that.

After years of lifting on my own and making no progress a friend and I decided to find a trainer. Logan was recommended to us by another friend, so we decided to give him a try. This was one of the best decisions Ive ever made. After a year I have seen great progress, unlike I imagined possible. I drive 40+ miles to train twice a week and it has been worth the drive!! He is motivating yet not intimidating. Logan pushes you to perform unlike you ever thought physically possible, and that only inspires you to work harder.

This is a true gym. If you are serious about your workout, your health, and want to succeed, this is the place for you.I have joined the 6 week challenge. This is not easy, it takes effort, and dedication. However, you are supported every step of the way. I receive emails and text messages of encouragement. The trainers watch my form and dont allow me to do anything to cause injury. I am sore but not hurt. I also received a personal meal plan. The food is real, available at any grocery store, and there is so much of it, I can hardly eat it all. I am never hungry and do not experience cravings or withdrawals.Are you serious about your health? Do you want to learn how to lift weights properly and safely? I was struggling for a long time getting back into the gym. I signed up for the 6 week challenge not really knowing how I would do.I have signed up for other classes and petered out shortly after. I wanted something to push me and this program did that. I had to go three times a week. Since I have been going to BSB I have really enjoyed being back. I LOVE the workouts and the coaches have been awesome. I have some injuries and the are very patient and always giving me alternative workouts to do. Everyone is very encouraging. Not just in the workouts but also with what I have been learning from the program like diet and personal growth. Helping me realize how you can push just a little further. I have not seen a ton of change in my weight, but I have in my body. The muscle tone and strength I have now is definitely a motivator. I can see how the $49 a week would deter some. However it was totally worth it for me.

The trainers are knowledgeable and attentive, and Ive found the other people in the class to be fun and supportive as well (especially the 530AM class). The cost is pretty steep, though, at $49/wk, so not sure how long I will be able to keep at it.

Ive been with the gym for almost a year now and have truly loved every minute of it...yes even when i was too sore to move. What i love most is the commitment of the staff and trainers to our success. It is the best atmosphere for the confident and the shy, for the young and old (thats me), the athlete and the non-athlete. Wow. This gym is truly awesome. I started with their six week body transformation challenge, and seriously couldn’t believe the results I had. Not only do they give you a fun, comfortable, and welcoming atmosphere, but they also make each workout different. All of the trainers are wonderful and help you to achieve your goals and continue pushing you forward and onto further goals. Logan, Shannon, Audrey, & Justin are very good trainers and motivators. I have seen them coach very experienced athletes and also have the ability to take new people and get them to the next level.I would recommend their challenge program. Unlike many other weight loss programs, the workouts are designed in a way that make you enjoy working out. They are based on resistance (weight) training and not making you throw up. You will walk out of the gym feel pumped, sweaty and accomplished but not dreading to come back.Unlike other gyms, they coach nutrition and lifestyle to facilitate a long lasting lifestyle change.

Six weeks ago I was struggling to get started losing weight. A good friend showed me a post from Big Sky Barbell about a six-week weight loss challenge and suggested that I find out more. I signed up online and went to meet Logan, Katie, and the crew at BSB. I am so happy I chose to come in that day. They made the process easy and are some of the most supportive people I have ever met. My results were amazing too, in six weeks I lost 39 lbs and feel better than I have in years!!! The program provided me with the structure I needed to really jump start my health and fitness. BSB was good to work with. I appreciated the trainers, unlike other gyms Ive been in they did a great job of keeping an eye on form and helping adjust form so that I wasnt risking injury. They also did a great job of both modifying lifts for my fitness level but also pushing me further than I would push myself.

Did the 6 week challenge to avoid the New Years Resolution commit then quit after a week. After 6 weeks I am down 26.6 lbs and didnt have to chop a limb off to accomplish it. Shanon is the most influential trainer Ive had. He models and provides everything you need to be successful. Knowledge -- degree in exercise science and continuing on to grad school (rare for personal trainers). Passion -- theres not much he loves more than power lifting. And Dedication--he wont miss a workout, not his own and not one of yours. If you want to grow in physical and mental strength, Shanon is the trainer I highly recommend.

Must admit I was a bit skeptical when I looked into this gym and their six-week weight loss challenge. What I found though was a well thought out program designed around a lifestyle and eating habits that are sustainable. These guys helped me crush my 25 pound weight loss goal without ever feeling tired or weary. I ate well, exercised under terrific supervision, found a fun and safe community, enjoyed myself, gained a lot if strength and dropped 31 pounds. No kidding.

Update 3 months into my membership...Everything is still going. Im strong enough now thanks to the workouts each week that I worry less about my weight and less about eating healthy all the time and Im actually able to enjoy going out to eat. Im still losing weight but its slow because my eating isnt always on track. I cant see myself quitting anytime soon because Im so much happier. My only issue is it is a bit on the spendy side for a gym, I justify that because they hold me accountable and Im actually using my membership instead of paying and not going as Ive done at other gyms in the past.Long before I went to Big Sky Barbell I knew everything I needed to do to get myself in shape. Unfortunately, knowing and doing are two different things. Big Sky Barbell has given me workouts I actually enjoy, instead of dreading and suffering through them, along with the accountability I need. I am so glad I decided to take a chance on the 6 week challenge. 8 weeks later Im stronger and better and I cant imagine going back to feeling weak. I started training with Logan over two years ago, and can honestly say I have enjoyed getting my butt kicked every day! Logan is very knowledgeable about weight training, training methods, nutrition and mindset. He knows how to motivate you so that you walk out of the gym each day knowing you left everything you had behind. On top of the continued confidence, aesthetic, and strength progress...I have made some amazing connections with like minded fitness oriented individuals that will last a lifetime. Though Ive only trained here for about half a year, my training has already been taken to a whole new level. Logan is extremely knowledgeable with training and nutrition, and knows how to motivate you intrinsically to work hard and achieve your goals. By far one of the best gyms I have ever been to. I decided to join the 6 week challenge because I love seeing those body transformations on Facebook that they post. I wanted to be one of those people. My goal was to gain 15 pounds. At first I thought that was a little much but after a couple weeks on the personal diet and exercise, I started seeing results. They just kept going and going. My final weight was 22 pounds gained. 15 pounds of that was muscle. I am extremely happy with my results and so is my girlfriend. I can’t thank them enough for my new love of fitness.

4 weeks into the 6 week challenge and I feel great!!! I am sleeping excellent as well and have so much more sustainable energy through out the entire day. Before starting this, I had very little understanding of weight training and was a bit intimidated walking into a GYM. I am learning more about each exercise and proper form every class. The program totally works and the trainers are knowledgable, friendly and all around great humans they make sure that you are doing the exercises correctly and with the proper weight. The class setting makes it all fun and keeps you accountable. 1 hour 3 times a week is all it takes to totally change your body and mind. I am stoked I joined BSB and will continue on this program. Big Sky Barbell does away with the Gym norms by simplifying the gym experience. (This place does not even have a treadmill) This is done through their three pillars: 1. Resistance training, you will go to the gym and lift weights, do body workouts, and cardio. All of this is done with a professional and energetic trainer to help you along the way. 2. Nutrition, you are provided a simple to follow and inexpensive nutrition plan that anyone can figure out without any difficulty. 3. Accountability, along with regular exercise and a good diet it is essential that we keep ourselves accountable. Big SKy Barbell allows for easy tracking of goals and will have a trainer meet with you to see how you are progressing to those goals.This is not your normal gym where you show up when you want if you want for as long or as short as you want. This is a gym that takes an interest in the individual and will put you on the path to good physical health. From personal experience with this gym, I have managed to drop 23 lbs and 5% body fat in 6 weeks. I have seen a significant change in my energy level and have started to notice a nice development of muscle tone.Bottom line is if you are ready for a gym that takes an active interest in your success, and you are willing to commit yourself to become something better this is the Gym for you.

Joined the online 6 week program and saw some good results. Plan included workouts and nutrition guide along with facebook group. I feel that the work outs are so great for busy moms or people in general who need to get in and out of the gym but want results! videos posted to the web page were also helpful! Big sky barbell’s whole staff has taken the time to ensure that I am lifting properly with the correct form and weights. The meal plan is easy to follow and I am going to continue using it after the challenge. I read all the reviews and knew what to expect going into the 6 week challenge. I knew about the deposit and potential sales pressure. That is all part of it. After 6 weeks I lost 23.5 lbs. and 6.9% body fat. I could not have done that without Big Sky. One has to stay very disciplined in order to meet the pre-defined goals and expectations. There is a contract up front and the terms are very clear. Had I come up short at 5.5% body fat, I would still be writing a very similar review. The coaches are sound and professional, the facility is adequate, the meal plan is straight forward and affordable, the vibe is great but it is the results that speak volumes. Take this program seriously and it works.

I, like many others, started with a six week challenge. What I love is the trainer working with me during each class, the people I workout with and most of all, I love the workouts. I fell in love with weight lifting! The nutrition plan is so strict, at first I was sure I could never manage it. I kept on, one day at a time and lost 20 lb. In six weeks! Im still here 5 months later because of the people and The Lift. It is expensive but worth the money to get results. Plus that cost is a real motivator not to skip!

I didnt really know what to expect when I joined BSB. I had never gone to a gym before, and I was looking for a place with personal training classes as I didnt really know what I was doing, and somewhere I could join without a contract in case I didnt like it. BSB fit that bill, so I signed up - and Im so glad I did! The classes are great, the nutrition coaching is really doable, and the atmosphere is inviting/supportive. What really makes it great though is the trainers - they are absolutely wonderful. I just completed the 42 day challenge at Big Sky Barbell. I rose to the challenge because I had a goal to loose weight and feel healthy. When I saw the challenge on facebook my curiosity got the better of me and I decided to check it out. The monetary parameters of the challenge where a bit daunting to me but i was determined to meet my goal and thought, this will give me the incentive to meet my goal, I can do this I can do anything for this six weeks.After I sign on the dotted line and accepted the monetary parameter, I met with Logan and he presented me with the rest of the parameters. So, yes I went into the program before knowing the whole of it. After all was presented to me, I admit I was a bit nervous about the food and exercise and how it was all going to work with having to make food separate from the rest of the family, but I was already committed, somehow I would just make it work.Then I dove in and started following the program. I ate the food on the list and exercised at home on the floor. I felt good while I was eating the food, and I didnt feel like I was starving. I felt satisfied. I followed the program consistently and watched the pounds drop off. In 3 weeks I came back for my meetup with Logan and at that point I had already lost 8 pounds and 4.4% body fat. So I felt yes I can do this. The second three weeks I stopped seeing the results in the pounded dropping but he assured me that I was still loosing fat. So when I came back for my final meetup with Logan I had reached the goal of losing over 6% of body fat. I had lost 7.5% body fat and 14 Pounds of body weight. I feel healthier. My digestion is better.Would I recommend the experience? Yes, I learned a lot about the foods to eat and recommended portions. I plan to continue eating in this way.

I really love this gym. I started with the 6 week program because I was not making progress on my own. I needed motivation but I didnt want a traditional gym. I saw the ads on FB and thought it was a gimmick, but I went to the consultation just to see. I figured I could try it for six weeks and quit if I didnt like it. I ended up loving it. The workouts are awesome and every work out is with a trainer. So you have someone motivating you, teaching you, encouraging you, and pushing you. Ive learned a lot and gained a ton of strength. I lost over 15 lbs in my first 6 weeks and continued going. The meal plan was really helpful and helped reset my relationship with food. I love that you sign up for certain classes instead of just having a free for all. It keeps me going and Ive made friends at my workout times and its great to keep seeing the same faces. Jack is the best trainer ever. I love his no nonsense attitude. He knows his stuff and doesnt take excuses. Which also means that when he compliments you, you know its sincere and that you really are doing a great job.

What a great place! For anyone just starting out, or who are old hands at exercise but looking to change it up, this place is great. I was an athlete all through high school and college, and still learned a ton from the trainers and staff. You honestly do get nutrition counseling, one on one training, accountability and a small group setting where you can push yourself, but still have a laugh with the other people there. Its friendly and approachable. A little expensive, but worth it if you are looking to get a jump start on weightloss or strength. I would absolutely recommend this place. Only reason I left was because we were moving.

I highly recommend Logan at BSB for weightlifting training. Ive been doing the online training for 3 months and am much more confident, stronger and feel much better even in this short period of time.The online training Ive been doing consists of one phone call per month with Logan. He emails lifting instructions and I video my lifts using a tablet and send to Logan via YouTube.If you are interested in reaching and far exceeding any goals you have, Logan will make sure this happens. His instructions are very personalized, and he provides a program which progressively increases the weights in a safe and supportive manner. You will feel much better about yourself and gain unlimited amounts of confidence and strength if you follow Logans guidance.

My old gym had no one to help and piecing together a workout routine on my own proved stressful and confusing. Big Sky Barbell has trainers there every session to help you perfect your form. They plan the workouts with modifications as you need which is an awesome time saver for me. I enjoyed my six week challenge- I lost weight and learned the correct way to lift.
