After years of neglect, our 95 year old cabin needed restoration. We were so lucky to find BTI; they do such a comprehensive job of log care. Their crew is knowledgeable, friendly and hard working to complete the task. All phases of the workmanship were completed to our utmost satisfaction. They also did an exceptional job of chinking on the porch. We have received many compliments on the outcome of our finished cabin. We used BTI Log Repair for Log trim on our home. Some parts were dry-rotted and needed log sections replaced, in some areas the finish was splitting and needed sanding/repair. The crew was wonderful! They were polite, professional, and quite talented. It wasn’t easy to match the color stain for the trim that is now 17 years old! They were always on time, cleaned up after themselves daily, reliable and pleasant. We will definitely use them again as we weather Montana winters! Definitely recommend them. Price was reasonable for all the work they did! It looks great now.

Words cannot convey how impressed we were with the BTI Log Home Care team. Through the entire process; from the assessment by Cal and Lee; the walnut blasting by Servon, Joe and Steve; and the chinking and re-staining by Matt, Luke, and Lofton. Everyone was exceptional. I have worked with BTI for the last couple of years and have had fabulous experiences every time. Cal and the crews are always responsive and utter professionals. Last year was the largest project when I entrusted them to walnut shell blast my cedar sided home down to raw wood. This process is painstaking and delicate, but the results were nothing short of amazing. The previous owners of the home had neglected maintenance for over 20-years.
