Super friendly, and short wait times if any at all. But was just not super impressed with the haircut. Ive heardamy good things though about them so am going to give them a second shot. Full day my hair is very difficult to cut and Im very picky. I cant say enough nice things though about the staff I interacted with!

If you follow Google maps, like me you will end up on the back side of the building, thinking it doesnt exist....its there. Im from out of town and needed a haircut bad. Excellent service.

Maybe it’s time for the father to retire? I came in for a quick trim, regarding my hair had gotten quite scrappy. I told him what I wanted (short on sides, leave length the top) but clearly should have been more detailed. He started with a 1-guard before I asked him to stop as it cut my hair to the skin... I was quite kind to the man asking him to change to a 3-guard and try to blend it. He told me he didn’t take anything off yet and suggested I shaved to high... He continued to cut my sides by wrapping the clipper around my head with little regard to what he was cutting. He then confirmed I only wanted the top to be evened out, while switching to the scissors. I thought it couldn’t get worse but he cut my already uneven hair as it sits on my head with only one hand not paying attention to length! I came with 1-2 inches on the side, 3-4 on top and left with 0-.5 inches on the side and 1-2 on top. Extremely disappointed in the lack of attention for such a great and experienced barber. These guys, may I say, are always super nice and the son is always consistent! Upset to be leaving such a demeaning review but will also be coming back when my hair grows in demanding a free trim to fix. Til then, I’ll be wearing a hat.

I moved to Bozeman over 10 years ago. and this is the only barber shop I have gone to during that time. They changed locations, but I have definitely not changed barbers. When I moved here, my son was just born, and now Mack and Max are the only barbers he remembers. I think family and family continuity are the lifeblood of old fashioned barber shops, and this is what makes me comfortable with them. You dont make appointments, you show up, and you wait your turn, and listen to the local banter. Yet, these are still professionals who know how to cut hair. You can pay the low price (currently $14) by cash or credit. And, I never remember a significant wait. There is always a short back massage to finish your cut, and you are out with a great cut and a nice, simple experience. They are not open on weekends and not usually around during lunch hours, and so plan accordingly.

Worst haircut ever. I had to immediately go to another barber shop to fix whatever mess they made. It looked as though it was done intentionally, but who knows these guys are super old, even though it was the younger one who cut my hair.

Fast and friendly. If youre looking to sit around in a beauty parlor for an hour and be fussed over then go elsewhere. If you just need a haircut and you want it done fast and no nonsense then youve come to the right place. Cheap too.

WORST HAIR CUT IVE GOTTEN. Showed the barber a picture of how I wanted my hair and he cut it nothing like how I showed him. Right side is way shorter than the left and my hair line on the back of my head is cut 2 different ways. He rounded of the right side and squared the left side. I asked for a hard part and he didn’t even shave my part so now I just have a random bald spot. When I confronted him about it he said my hair was already that way and when I showed him the picture again and asked if that’s what my hair looked like he had no response. He gave me the hair cut for free and slammed the door behind me. Great clips would have done a better job.

This was the fastest haircut Ive ever received... and the WORST! I couldnt believe the barber was done when he pulled off the apron. Literally two minutes and it was over. As soon as I got home I saw all the stray long hairs sticking out around my ears, down my neck, and across my head. The guy didnt even cut my sideburns straight! It was not worth the money at all. Go someplace else and get a real haircut.

If you like to stand in line and pay too much, go elsewhere. If you want a quick, reasonably priced, no BS haircut, go here.

Worst haircut of my life, this guy did not spend time cutting my hair and can not do modern styles. Hes a nice guy though

If I could give zero stars, I would. Literally the worst haircut I have ever gotten. The barber took about 4 minutes to cut my hair, it was like he didnt care at all. It was all uneven on the side of my head, my sideburns are completely gone, and he hacked off all my the hair on the top. When I asked him to touch up an area he laughed and said it was character. This place is a joke, dont waste your time. I immediately got in my car after paying him and went to another barber shop to see if they could salvage my head. Maybe one day I will get laid again.

Dont go if you have a certain style. He just plays with grooming machine and not serious. sucks. I grew my beard for 3 months and i showed how i wanted it to look like. All he did is take all off.
