Cabinet order. In store design consultant did an excellent job putting together our order but it all seems to fall apart after that. Woodmark took longer than expected to produce and deliver cabinets and now that the cabinets have been delivered its almost impossible to get a call through to the person who schedules installations. The cabinets were delivered 10 days ago and I still dont have a clue when they will be installed or by whom. Messages left at the store but no return calls.

The kids in the paint Dept. need some training couldnt help us at all ...And quite honestly, couldnt care less.....

Twice has this home depot disapointed me. I requested a qoute for new windows, home depot contractor came by and mesure, never gave quote. Three weeks later I gave Lowes 10K for new windows. Yesterday I went looking for replacement front door stop trim and the old lady in doors and windows dept has no idea what it was even after showing her the original part. On my way out the store in the same isle she was woring in, I saw the item, showed it to her and she replied see we do have them. Verry disrespectful and discriminative. will rather go to Lowes!

The customer service seems to depend on what isle your in.... Needed help with a bracket for installing an exterior light and I got walked over to what I needed and shown options. On the other hand I also needed help with toilet installation questions so I asked an associate in plumbing. It was as if I spoke a language never heard before on earth. Not only was he barely responsive but after his answer hed turn right back to what he was doing while complaining about it with a fellow associate.

Terrible service, the manager do not take time to listen to problems generated for bad servive and installation, DO NOT CARE ABOUT SENIOR CITIZEN
