Anchor Windows is one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with. They walked me through the process and explained everything in detail to me. They were very patient and understanding and kept reassuring me that the work would come out as promised. I am so impressed with the finished product. They did a pristine job! We put in new hurricane impact sliding doors and windows. Everything went very smooth. The quality of the product is incredible. They had me and my wife step on it to show me how durable it is. We saw other cheaper products and there is no comparison. Very happy with with Anchor and love our new Fortress windows

Mike at Anchor was very helpful, and although they couldnt come out and get the job done for me at the time, he referred me to Ken at all windows and more. He did an excellent job and was very thorough with his work. Would highly recommend!!

MCI were great to work with and their work was excellent as well. I had a few doors and windows that needed replacing. I received estimates from a few different companies but was not impressed. MCI gave me a great deal and educated me on why it was important to place impact in my home. My electric bill has since dropped 20% and my family is much safer.

After many meetings with various companies I decided to use Anchor. They taught me much more than the others about the quality of the windows, the glass and clearly explained the install process. This was an amazing experience for us. Anchor is a wonderful group of people.

I ordered and paid $11,000 (50%) for my impact windows and doors on January 9, 2017. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for install.It has now been 12 weeks and I am still waiting. I was told after 10 weeks that it would be another 4-6 weeks. Also, I have yet to hear back from my salesman (and owner of the company?), Mike Betancourt. Ive emailed Mike and left him a voicemail about my dissatisfaction, but he has been unresponsive.I will update this review when my windows finally do get installed.4/21/2017
