Dominic Licari is a pleasure to work with, upon our initial review of my home he gave me some great suggestions and recommendations that I hadnt thought of. The install team lead by Fabio and Rafael not only did a great job, but were extremely respectful and treated my home with care. The first day after the job was done, walking in my beautiful new front door I could feel my house was, for a lack of a better description, tighter and much quieter. I can already tell my A/C is cycling less and my new sliding glass doors slide like butter! If you care about quality, call Seascape.

Dominic and his crew were simply excellent in every way. They were knowledgeable, respectful of us and our property, skilled came on time, cleaned up beautifully each day and went beyond our expectations when unexpected issues arose in our 68 year old house. From initial phone consultation to final payments made, the process has been easy, the people have been awesome, and the product looks amazing (bye bye ugly shutters). My sister and brother-in-law recommended Dominic and his company because of their experience with him. Dean was excellent providing the bid. My windows came in on time and as expected. Cindy and Christine were amazing, helping with all paperwork, scheduling and updates. When install day came Fabio, Rafael, and Mateo were very professional, polite, super helpful and not to mention excellent at their job. The job took one day more than expected but that was due to age of windows and previous job. The crew was neat and cleaned up each area daily and even helped me clean windows, rooms and rehung all window treatments and even moved my furniture back in place. On day of inspection any item addressed by inspector, Fabio fixed immediately and city passed inspection later that day. Even though this job was a major makeover, everything was so smooth and we couldn’t be happier with our choice of company and their services. Our windows look and are excellent. Excellent! Hands down the smoothest major home project Ive done. Beginning with the quote, Dominic took the time to explain what window and door options would work best for our needs and gave us a fair price. The install crew was stellar. They were extremely professional, respectful of my home, dogs, kids, and furniture. They cleaned up every day and never left a mess. Samantha in the office was on top of all of the permitting, invoices, and communicated so well! I was extremely impressed and relieved that it was such a pleasant experience. A+++ for sure.

One of the best and most knowledgeable companies Ive experienced.A friend needed to replace french doors and transom window that were damaged by fire and Dean arrived on time and was very professional and made a great recommendation for a product that was priced far less than the quote by a contractor.When the installation started the team did a wonderful job on cleaning up the project area many times during the day. Their work ethic is impressive and they are truly professionals. The final outcome was better than I expected - perfect fitting doors with stucco and trim work completed to a level rarely seen in South Florida.I met Dominic and after speaking with him I knew where his associates get their professionalism from. I wish I could give Seascape six stars! Initially, I was impressed by the quick response to my request for an estimate. The price quoted was better - by far - than several competitors and I opted to use Seascape. I made one change in what had been ordered and this was handled by Christina without any hassle. Permits were promptly obtained and when it came time for installation, all the paperwork was delivered to me by the installers. The products ordered - three different style doors and a window - are beautiful, of a premium standard, and much nicer and of much higher quality than I found anywhere else. Despite several rain-related delays, Dominic made sure to keep me involved and aware of the installation timeline - and worked with me to be sure it was convenient and done on MY schedule, versus Seascapes. Installers arrived on time and were careful to protect my home from unnecessary dirt and damage. The work was first rate; they obviously were very skilled at their jobs and worked with careful attention to detail. Dominic and his team are true professionals and between the quality of their work and their excellent pricing I would never even consider anyone else for windows and doors.

I cannot say enough good things about Seascape Windows and Doors. I simply had the best experience possible with them. First, I had never heard of them before but I found them online. After researching the company and looking at the reviews, I had them and a few other companies come give a quote. Their sales team - Dean and Dominick are so polite, informative, candid and knowledgeable. They were respectful of my time and my property. Their quote was one of the most reasonable we received. Our windows arrived on time but my house renovation project was not to a point that we could accept the windows yet. Seascape held them for me an extra month. Now, when a company has laid out money to get the product and the customer postpones delivery and second payment, - and the company gladly accommodated me - that speaks volumes about the great integrity and capitalization this company has. The installers who came - Clio and Wilson to name just 2 of the 4 - they too were respectful, clean, efficient, ... they went above and beyond for us. These guys are definitely happy in their work which again, is testament to what a great company Seascape is. My windows and doors are now fully installed. We are very pleased with the work done by Seascape installing impact windows and doors in our home. It was a much bigger and longer installation project than I imagined but the crew worked tirelessly and their attention to detail allowed the project to pass inspection easily in a short time. Dominic gave us an informative presentation; by then we had interviewed 3 other companies. His can-do attitude made all the difference when we came down to making a selection. The crew were such nice people; always friendly and leaving their workplace tidy at the end of the day, which I appreciated. My whole house, 18 windows and 10 doors had impact glass installed byDominic the CEO of Seascape Windows during two periods of time. Once in 2004 and again in 2007.Both jobs were thoroughly done.His integrity is to be commended and his desire tohave the perfect job done. He uses competent installers, 10 yearsafter the first installation, I had some inconvenience with one of thesliding doors, Dominic had one of his installers return and repaired thedoor at no charge to me. I recommend this Company to those who pursues excellence of work.
