Very dead car at 2AM this morning. Just a clicking sound. Called SAVE ITAL, said hed be here in 25 minutes.... and he was. Amazing, right?Jahnard was friendly, helpful, wore a mask (properly), answered all my questions, alleviated my minor panic attack about costly repairs and gave me great advice on what I should have my mechanic check (he noticed an oil leak).Luckily for me, he was able to jump start the car so no tow needed, but I would call him in a heartbeat the next time something happens.Oh, and for coming out at that horrible early hour, he charged me a very, very reasonable rate.I recommend SAVE ITAL/Jahnard without any hesitation. Hes the owner/operator of the company and you can see he takes care and pride in the level of service he provides to customers.It should have been a horrible experience but Jahnard made sure it wasnt.A true gem!

My car was not working properly and for 4 days I called AAA for which I am a member and could not get a tow truck. I called Save Ital and in 45 mins the truck was at my door. Absolutely professionals, on time, and excellent value! I will refer you guys to all my friends. Thanks for saving the day!

The owner did exactly as he promised. Got me off being stuck in the center emergency lane from I-95, during peak traffic.

My car broke down and I google a tow company and they pop up . I called them and they were there within a half hour . I dealt with a lot of tow company before and this is the first tow company who didn’t make me wait two hours in hot sun. I highly recommend them and they’re reasonable. On time and pleasant! My Jeep would not accelerate on turnpike and needed to be towed 20 miles south. No towing companies were available through roadside assistance at 1030pm on a Thursday night. Fortunately, Jahnard came to the rescue and was so professional, prompt and quick in hook up and delivery. I will absolutely use their services when needed in the future. Would highly recommend!

Jah was very helpful. I’ve used this company twice already once when I was locked out of my car after foolishly locking my keys in and again after needing a tire change. My car has been repaired a few times by Jahnard as he is well versed iin not only providing roadside assistance but hes a Honda mechanic expert. He recently repaid my wheel bearings which were completely shot. The car is running smoothly now. He provides thorough explanation of the repair that will be performed, what may have caused the damage and pricing to repair..He has an awsome disposition .I will continue to use his service.

The sevice was impeccable and prompt, The representative was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly, was able to get back on the road and even get to work early after my car wouldn’t start, thx Ital best company ever.

Battery died at 6pm at night. Called and by 7pm the new battery was installed and car was running. Fast and professional.
