Very professional, very polite with a fast response to all my questions. The car was going from Wilmington NC to Royal Oak MI to my teenage daughter. The driver could not be nicer, very helpful. It was a little bit expensive, but after dealing with rude service for a cheaper price, I happily paid it for expedited and most importantly professional service. I highly recommend their services.

Services wasnt provided I was charged 3 times Im just stating the facts. People be aware of this company claiming they not a broker company and indeed they are. Why lie? I will take it further once my claim being resolved! This is no way to run a business. Will be more than happy to take it to court. I was scammed by Max he said the drive was the owner of the business. I wonder Why lie? Anyways please explain why 225 was charged?

They charged my account three times after rudely answering the phone a total of 255$. I will have a small claim filled against this company to have my money back. This not a fake account in case they try to dismissed what he did the man I spoke to (Max Seymour). I told him to use the charge for another pick up in Concord because the service wasnt provide the first time and I was going to use his service and then said no. He also lied and said he is not a broker own his truck then told the drive is the owner of the company ( feels like his scamming people around. But in fact he is a broker. Im willing to fight this company until I have my 255$ back because its just wrong.

Beware of this company! They are total scam artists. I had my car shipped from Florida to California. The contract I signed states that I could pay by check but when my car arrived, the driver told me I had to pay by cash. I didnt have any cash on me, so he said I could send him a payment through PayPal. He gave me his phone number and after the transaction went through, he said that wasnt actually his phone number and that Id sent it to the wrong person. I called PayPal to cancel the charge but it was too late because the payment is immediate. When I told the driver I could not get my money back, he said that if I didnt give him cash, he would not give me my car. He said he would not wait around until I figured this out and that if I wanted my car, I had to give him cash right away or he was leaving. I had no choice and ended up having to go to the bank to get him cash so he would give me the keys to my car. Now he ended up getting paid DOUBLE and Im left trying to get my money back from PayPal, which doesnt give refunds. Stay away from these thieves!

I contacted Max to move my vehicle. He informed me the price would be $625 and I booked it with him a week out. The day of the move he called me and told me he needed an additional $400 dollars. This company is scamming people left and right. Stay away.

Scam! This company damaged my vehicle with a repair estimate of over $9000.00. They don’t use the proper equipment when transporting and have trucks from the early 90s. BUYER BEWARE!

Stay away! Read the Yelp reviews: this guy has all one star reviews on Yelp but a perfect 5 star rating on Google? LolWorst experience ever. I booked well in advance and Max claimed that he could get me a near to exact car pick up date if I paid an extra fee. I paid it and then got a very vague, one sentence email a week before my scheduled pick up date that he found a driver. I thought ok, cool: guess he is planning early.Next day I received a call from a driver saying he will pickup my car in an hour. I was very upset because Max didnt tell me that the driver was actually coming, he just said he had found a driver. When I declined the pick up, Max got angry at me, saying he told me in advance that the driver was coming. I then resent the email he sent me and said there was nothing in that email that said a driver was picking my car up a week before scheduled.Then he stopped replying to my messages but kept scheduling drivers for me. I declined all of them because they were well before my scheduled pick up date. Max got the hint and stopped scheduling drivers for me but missed my preferred pickup date by a long shot. Frustrated, I just told him to schedule it after I leave for the west coast. I honestly couldnt deal with it anymore. I got the car over a week after the scheduled date that I paid extra for.Terrible communication, terrible customer service, and false advertising. Dont be duped into paying extra for an exact date. This guy has no clue what hes doing and lies and cheats to keep this business afloat.
