Tried to use this business but they never showed up at all. Sat around for hours waiting, tried to calling several times but voice mailbox is full. Left several SMS message. When I finally could a call back I use told that I didnt call that company in the first place. Obviously not taking responsibility on their mess up.

I’ve used this company twice and each time they were an absolute pleasure to work with. Lanie is professional kind and courteous. Very great with sending someone in a timely manner. I don’t remember the drivers name, but he helped me twice with my scooter and was professional and friendly. I highly recommend using this company.

AMAZING!!!My daughter had a 2 am deadline by the condo where she was parked to move the car but she was out of the country. If the car was towed it wouldve easily cost over $1000 to get the car out of storage. It was 12:30 am when we were notified to move car.After trying other tow companies, Boynton Beach Towing made a call and had a truck at the location before 2 am and towed the car to my daughters place of residence. The tow truck driver was meticulous and communicated every step of the way from start to finish.Lanie at Boynton Beach Towing was incredibly friendly, courteous, and professional. These qualities are often missing from customer service these days.I Highly recommend Boynton Beach Towing.

This is the first time in many years that I have needed to use a vehicle recovery service. Boyton Beach towing surpassed all I could hope for in their service and response. My daughter broke down 35 miles from home and after being refused service by two companies, I phoned Boyton Beach towing, the difference was incredible, friendly and proffesional in taking down all the details. The driver was polite and friendly. And now to the most important part. In just over an hour my daughter was safely home. If you need towing service, this company is the best.

I have to say that customer service was excellent from start to finish. Leo was great and I really appreciate his effort to unlock the car. The only negative thing I can say is that ownership of the car wasn’t verified.

I inquired with the owner Melanie for a service she did not personally provide. She proceeded to go out of her way to assist me. Melanie has a great network of other people in the industry.
