Let me start by saying I know nothing about cars... so when my car stopped turning on I didn’t know what to do except to take it to the dealership. I called a different towing company first that was closer to where my car was and they told me that I would not be able to find a tow truck to come to me in less than 3 hours.. but I called Beck’s and the lady I spoke to was very sweet and told me that someone would be out in about 45 minutes. The guy that came was Kyle and he actually came in about 30 minutes and asked me what was going on and jumped my car for me, checked the alternator, told me exactly where to go to get a new car battery and told me they would install it for free! The best towing service I have ever received!! Highly recommend - they could have made more money towing me but they are knowledgeable people doing the job right!

Never use this company.The girl at the office named Stephanie will steal your money whatever way she can. She learned from her Dad Steve. Very dishonest business and people. STAY AWAY

After an accident my car was towed here and they were so kind in explaining everything to me and accommodating me after I showed up with an appointment. It made a difficult situation much easier.

The person that answered the phone is very rude and unprofessional. My car was towed from an accident scene and Becks towing was used to do so. I attempted to obtain my possessions out of my vehicle and was unaware that an appointment was needed to do so. Nevertheless, the lady was yelling at me on the phone because I showed up to get my items without an appointment nor was I informed one was required. I am not pleased with the lack of service offered and would not recommend nor use Becks Towing for anything.

I have had to tow cars twice in the last month or so - the price of owning older vehicles. Both times I called Becks (as I have many times over the years) and they are fast, professional and the operators are friendly and mannerly! I dont even freak when I need a tow anymore because I know they will do the job quickly and efficiently and most importantly with a smile! It is also fun to see how fast they can load the cars - true professionals.

Called to have my car towed. The guy on the phone couldn’t have been ruder. He said it would be 45 minutes for the driver to arrive. I was stranded on the side of the highway and shaken up. I asked nicely if there was any way someone could come sooner and that I was scared. His response was “well I can’t make trucks fly!”. I completely understand if someone couldn’t come sooner, that they have a limited amount of trucks and drivers. I just don’t think it’s necessary to speak with a potential customer so rudely. I then called a different company who charged me less and the lady on the phone was very sympathetic. They also sent someone in half the time.

Great service was recieved from Donald on Friday of my accident. He was punctual, patient and very understanding. Upon arriving to Becks the young lady was very professional and gave me all the information I needed before arriving. Lastly arriving at the yard the team as a whole was very down to earth and helpful J was quick at reorganizing and getting us to our vehicle.(Never seen anything like it) J and Donald was very nice helpful guys. Donald please except my apologies for being so snippy on Friday night. You were very professional the entire time. Great tow yard associates.

My car was towed Friday night and first thing Saturday I called to retrieve my vehicle. According to everything I could find online for the county they are suppose to meet you and let you get the vehicle even on weekends and after hours. I don’t mind paying the fees or after your fees or what have you but the lady on the phone refused to help or send anyone out. I asked to speak to the owner Stephanie and she refused to connect me just told me she won’t release it over the weekend either! So now my car will sit all weekend and keep racking up a bill 🙄 Monday should be a fun day full of getting legal advise

As a fellow tow truck driver in the south Florida community I was treated with extreme disrespect from the “supposedly” the owner . Steph I think her name was . I had a lien on my license that was $392 because they towed a car that I sold to someone else that before they got entitled in their name got into an accident. Now I am liable for the tow bill I was not even able to redo my registration until The lien was satisfied with Beck’s towing. Knowing she is in the wrong still charged a fellow tow truck driver . She did satisfy for 300 but still she could have not charged me anything being I gave her $ and didn’t even get a fuxked up car back even tho I know she made money in the car selling it . Besides the point . She was Extremely unprofessional and do not recommend anyone to do business with

My 2001 Buick Century overheated after an Oil Change by Firestone Boynton Beach, Fl called Becks at 9:30 AM 45 Minutes later hooked up car on Flatbed & allowed me to ride to GM Dealer very satisfactory experience after a botched-up job at Firestone

Matt came actually earlier than I did to my lonely car in the Publix parking lot. He was polite and efficient, jumped my dead battery and was off in no time. The dispatcher in the office was very polite. I dont think I could have had better or faster or more polite service, at a reasonable price.I am very grateful I found them as they are used by my car service, Delray Honda.

Becks was there and has been ABSOLUTELY THE WORLDS #1 TOWING COMPANY! Everyone is kind, understanding, helpful, and beyond patient. I wasnt able to take care of my car right away HOWEVER Myself or family was communicating with BECKS to let them know. They made sure that I was okay, reassured me that I would be able to get my personal belongings out the vehicle as soon as I was strong enough too. This is a business but I didnt feel like a Customer. I felt like FAMILY. It wasnt about storage fees, towing bill, etc.. Becks stuck to their word and I got everything out my car today. They went above and beyond & helped me remove my CD player & Amplifier. This is about as good as it gets for a Towing Company! The owner/operator and front office manager (She does it all) Stephanie is awesome! More importantly when it comes to the Tow industry one of the main things you see lacking, is COMPASSION and INTEGRITY. All things that this company abides by. They will work with you on whatever your situation may be. They are leaps and bounds better than the other tow companies within the Boynton Beach, Delray Beach area.

I broke down on the side of 95 recently and J from Beck’s rowing showed up very quickly. I mean, really quick! I would highly recommend Beck’s Towing and more specifically, J. Friendly and reliable.

Dont trust these guys. If you car is there now, GET YOU BUTT over there and get it out by any means possible. Theyll take it over to another shop and then tell you lies like they work with insurance companies, and then youll pay them and the car workshop to get your car out. Theyll most likely recommend Collision World which they did to me and I ended up paying another $500, upon researching I found both companies are in constant trouble, the manager of CW has been arrested for insurance fraud and police are investigation Becks. BUNCH OF CROOKS.

This tow truck company was called to the scene of the accident and the driver Audwin Delo Santos was unprofessional. He mistreated my parents and didnt allow them to take their personal belongings out of their vehicle. He kept rushing my parents and acted like he was with the police force. He threatened to arrest my father because he didnt want to use his tow services. My father wanted to use his own tow company. Perhaps if Audwin had been kind, my parents wouldve felt more comfortably using his tow services. Instead they were harassed.

My car was in an accident; the driver lost consciousness and the car was not drivable anymore so the police ordered it towed by Becks ( they associate with ); the car stayed at Becks for 28 days ( out of 35 possible ) so the “honorable honest” people working there must have thought it abandoned and felt free to steal the battery from it ! After paying $1000 to get my car back from these thieves, I noticed the windows were down and wrapped in plastic, obviously because there was no power to close the windows; the AAA driver who helped me tow the car from them also noticed the lack of power so we looked under the hood, the battery was gone !!$26 / day of safe storage, really Becks ??? The female person who answers the phone, when confronted, went ballistic, screaming “ sue me / sue me “, sort of “ so you got robbed, so what ? We’re the law enforcement, we can rob you !!! Great service too ... Thieves !

I ran out of gas in front if a gas station at 930pm. A Becks towing truck happened to be at the gas station, i walked over to ask to borrow a gas can and they didnt have one, but Jay did one better, he went and got my car and brought it to the gas pump for free so i didnt have to traverse boynton beach blvd on a friday night with my 4 year old daughter. If all becks employees are this kind i would highly suggest them for any event in which a tow truck is needed. Thanks again Jay!! I very much appreciate your help tonight. And Let me not forget to mention he was helping a woman who had a flat when i walked up, who also just so happened to have a flat tire when Jay showed up and he offered to help her aswell. I was recently in an accident out of my area and my vehicle had to be towed, the driver arrived within minutes of being called, the driver handling my vehicle was very professional, the day after the accident I had to go to the tow yard to remove persons out of the vehicle, when i got there the lady in the office was very nice and helpful and I was in and out within minutes, the situation was a crappy situation but they made it very pleasant . I would recommend this tow business if anyone needed a tow .
