I took my time to make this review because I believe that no one deserves throw their money away like this specifically if you as a client made sure to show the nail tech what you wanted and asked more then once if she was sure she could do the design. The nail tech decided to lie about her skills in order to not loss a costumer. After the first time I kindly asked to please fix one of the designs I was treated with frustration due to the nail tech being in a rush to attend a family event. I hope that this helps someone else not go through this horrible experience and that employees have more ethics & professionalism with anyone that walks in the door no matter if you meet your goal for the day or any reason at all. I work so hard to spend my hard earn money to treat myself and keep working for someone that just needed to reach their daily goal to do something like this.

I strongly believe I was wrongfully charged. My nail shape was not at all what I wanted it was too short, so she told me should add powder to it which didn’t length in it and ended up charging me $15 for powder on two toes without telling me until the end. I didn’t even get gel like I requested and I promise you she did not use soap when doing my pedicure. She scrubbed my feet with literally nothing and the scrubber and put lotion on my legs. I need the manager to contact me asap. I’m trying to give a call but there’s literally no one to answer the phone. Her name is Gigi, worst customer service ever and extremely rude!! Who is the store owner? I need to speak with them !

I used this Pronails salon before Covid-19 and it was great, just used on May 7 and it was very dirty. The surfaces we not cleaned between customers I had to request for paper towel to rest my arms on . Bibi was very surprised of my request. I told her the place was dirty and she totally ignored me. The tools used for the pedicure the electric buffer was filthy of old soap suds. I will never go back again and hope no one gets sick in there.

From their card reader not working and not saying anything until I was already starting with my nails, to the look of the nail salon, it was not a great experience. The tech that was doing my nails kept walking away to talk on the phone. The set up was as if they had all of their materials scattered everywhere(towels on the floor). From explaining how i wanted the shape, length, and color my nails, to what you see below is not at all what i requested. I was in a rush, and didn’t check reviews prior to going, and i wish i did. I was unsatisfied.

BOUGHT A GIFT CERTIFICATE FROM THE PREVIOUS OWNER FOR MY WIFE. THE NEW OWNER WILL NOT HONOR IT. DO THEY NOT KNOW THAT THE PREVIOUS OWNERS DEBT RESPONSIBILITY BECOMES THEIR RESPONSIBILITY WHEN BUYING. THE NEW OWNER WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE MY WIFE HALF OF THE GIFT CERTIFICATE. IF THEY CANNOT DO THAT THEN I AM SURE THEIR SERVICES ARE JUST AS BAD.

Made appointment based on calling to make sure they did magnetic polish (Catseye). Was told they did. Once i got there, no magnetic polish and a very limited color selection. Neither nail tech made any attempt at conversation. Pedicure water was ice cold, brushes were being reused and just didn’t get a sanitary feel. This was my second chance with them but won’t be back.

Amy did my nails and they are beautiful Nexgen. The shapes are uniform as is the length. She took great care to add some bling I asked for too! I world highly recommend Any and the two ladies for pedicures as well. Not a lot of English spoken, however their kindness speaks all languages!

In May of last year I Purchased a $100 gift card for my mother for Mother’s Day and a $25 gift card for my sister-in-law for her birthday from Pro nails. The purchase was made using my debit card and was taken right out of my bank account. When my sister-in-law used her gift card there were no issues the owner happily excepted the gift card but when my mother tried to use her gift card which was worth $100 the owner told her that my credit card had been declined when I purchased the gift card. My mother was extremely embarrassed and was forced to pay for the manicure. The next day I found my bank statement which showed that I had in fact used my debit card and that Pro Nails had debited the money from my account. My mother took my bank statement back to Pro nails to prove that I had in fact purchased a $100 gift card using my debit card and that they have excepted the money. The owner of Pro nails is a liar and should not be trusted if I were you I would not go to this nail salon and I would never purchase a gift card.

I went not even 4 days ago and my nails are already falling off. Bad service! The guy cut my skin when he was drilling my nails. It looked sloppy and I didn’t like it from day one. They only have about 20 colors to choose from. I don’t recommend it it’s a waste of money

Was rushed in even though there was only 2 customers in there including me. Been coming here since middle school now in college but never again. Idk how to post the picture but it’s bad.

I went here to get my nails I wasnt waiting that long but I was charged 23 dollars for pointed nails and they were not pointed. When I told the nail tech that my nails were not pointed and they were slanted she didnt understand. So I told her I have a pic of what I wanted she told me that she didnt want to see the pic because the pic would not be a pic of my hands. I had to file my own nails pointy and the acrylic she put on was very lumpy. The manger tried to fix it himself but he was to concerned about the other customers who was coming in. Im not trying to pull the race card but if you are black or want the urban look dont go to this place. I learned the hard way.

Have been going there for years! Today was the last visit. The wax woman dropped a glob of wax in my hair and just left it! Its a sticky mess Im now googling how to get it out! They have gone downhill the last year!
