Due to the pandemic, I haven’t visited the dentist’s office since early last year. I can see more and more stains appearing on my teeth. This morning I had a teeth cleaning after 1.5 years. The dentist I saw did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She did all she could to remove the tough stains accumulated over the 1.5 years, and spent almost a whole hour on my teeth. After the cleaning, my teeth look and feel much better. I highly recommend this office. I should have asked the dentist’s name, but all the dentists I saw in the office are awesome.

Speaking honestly, I’m one of the many, that are afraid of the dentist. I can tell you now that my mind has changed. KA dental was one of the best experiences, I have ever had with doctors and dentists. I went in for a broken crown, I did let them know about another problem I had with my front teeth. They took a look at it, and gave me several choices to choose from. I went home and thought about it, and made the decision to go ahead and get the work done. Looking at me today, you would never know I had any kind of dental work. The doctors and assistants were the kindest most gentle people I have ever met. The doctor explained absolutely everything that was going to happen to me, made sure I was comfortable, and pain-free. I know that this doctor and his assistance have made a world of difference in my life. I cannot express enough gratitude, gratefulness, and professionalism that was carried out in the KA dental offices. I came in to have my dentures repaired, two missing teeth. This was my second time with the same issue, but I was told that there was no record of my first visit regarding this issue. Then I was told that the guarantee had expired and I would have to pay for the repair. Next I was given a paper to sign acknowledging the change of $35. I refuse to sign the paper and left at that point.I believe as a customer, my issue was poorly handled and the service I came in for was not resolved. It seems as if the charge for the service was more a priority. So now I still have the missing teeth on the dentures which I will have to go elsewhere to have them replaced.My wife Cynthia and I are both your customers but we will have to look for another dentist office that will be responsive in a positive way when there is a need. Lori was so pleasant and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked through the door! Then I was lucky enough to have Doreen as my amazing assistant to the doctor! She was so awesome! Next, I met the wonderful Dr. Rodriguez who explained EVERYTHING to me, and in a way I could understand! It was DEFINITELY the best experience I have ever had at a dentist, even though I needed a root canal. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

KA Dental is completely different than it was a year and a half ago. I never planned on going back after my first experience in late 2019 but my wife went back a year later and told me that it was great, now that they had Lori running the front desk. I gave it a shot and I agree 100%! Lori is great and so is everyone else. I highly recommend giving them a try if you haven’t been there before. And if you have been there and had a bad experience, give them another try, they’re great.!!!

Best and most thorough cleaning Ive had in awhile.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of everybody in the office. From the receptionist, to the tech and dentist. I had a badly broken tooth that needed to be taken out. It was done with little to no discomfort. Afterwards they came up with a plan for my future dental needs. Everything was high tech, from the instant X-rays to my printed plans for future care. Ive had a great experience at KA Dental. I go to the Royal Palm Beach location and see Dr. Adi. She is always nice and will explain each of the procedures or things she is doing. The staff is always attentive and nice. Happy with the service and the progress that I am making with my treatment plan.

The receptionist at the desk who also helped me reschedule my kids appointments was really nice! My son and daughter had X-rays/cleanings done. The staff that worked on them were great too!

I visited KA Dental for an emergency extraction. The staff was warm and inviting. I was dealt with in a timely manner and a detail explanation of my procedure was given to me. The surgeon removed my teeth with care and accuracy and I felt no pain or discomfort. It has been hours since my extraction and I have still felt no pain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants efficient, reliable service and a friendly yet professional treatment team.

The dentist was able to see me without an appointment in 45 min due to sensitivity on a new crown at no charge. Dentist addressed and corrected the issue. Very professional. A+ They have also done a great job on my kids braces.

The PBG office does their best to explain the procedures. They care about their patients and will do whatever it takes to deliver a happy customer. I am grateful for all that they continue to do for me.

I need to do emergency extractions for a surgery coming up, they were wonderful, got me in the very next day. Great team of people friendly loving caring. Highly recommend this dentist office. And this is coming from someone who does not like dentistry.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed with all of the staff. The office itself is very nice and very clean. From the time I was seated in my chair to the technician who took my x-rays to Dr. Matthew who bonded my tooth I was given their total attention. KA Dental is great. The doctor takes time to get to the bottom of what is causing the problems you are having with your teeth and addresses how to fix them. My family is very happy we switched to KA dental.

First time visit. Was an emergency visit. Saw us pretty quickly. Friendly staff and informative. Didn’t make me feel rushed and answered all of my questions. Everyone so nice. Always on schedule. Place is clean and organized. They has state of the art computers where you can see your x-rays on the large TVs. And a tv on the ceiling so you can watch something while getting your teeth cleaned.

They are the best!! I had a wire come out from my braces over the weekend and I called them Monday morning at 9 . They told me to come in right away and get it fixed that same morning no apt needed. Just come right in!! To me that’s very important because unlike other dentist that shows how much they truly care about their clients. Love the staff and Dr Adita and her assistant ! They are number 1 in my book!!

I went to Ka Dental for the first time to have two molars extracted due to extreme tooth decay. The reason it was so extreme was that I haven’t had dental insurance in a really long time. While the initial consultation was very reasonably priced, and they did discount the other fees, it was still rather expensive to have two teeth pulled (almost $1000). But I will say that I did like the dentist, the staff, the office, the fact that they could get me in so quickly, everything really. I appreciated that the dentist took his time to really explain what was going on with each of my teeth, which ones were a priority, which weren’t, which ones could be saved and which couldn’t. And what plan of treatment he felt was best for me. The only thing I didn’t like and felt could’ve been better, and the reason for 4 stars not 5, was the discount for a cash pay patient. So where as I did have the two teeth extracted then and there, I will shop around a little more before moving forward with my plan of care.

Had a consultation with KA Dental, Royal palm beach office, on March 10th for Orthodontic treatment made a deposit of $500, treatment started April 7th by April 14th i had to see my medical doctor, who prescribed allergy medication, and suggested getting a allergy test done to figure out what was going on, I contacted KA Dental and told them I was allergic to the visual aligners they had given me and I would not be using it or anything else until I got back the results from the test, at which time the dentist gave me Zandura the material she claimed was used for the aligners, when I did my own research, I felt it wasnt the same, so I asked the Allergy doctor to also take a sample from what I was wearing in my mouth !!! The results I tested negative to the Zandura and positive to what I was wearing in my mouth the plastic was slowly poisoning my body!!! I called KA Dental to say I no longer trust them to continue treatment with them and want a full refund of my money $1,250 .. to think they charged me, $2,500 for what ???? Will never recommend this Dentist to anyone 😬

I had an appointment to have my teeth cleaned and examined by Dr. Hosh. I was disappointed when another doctor came in. She was fine, but if Dr. Hosh was not available, I think I should have been notified in advance.

Needed a root canal and was a little apprehensive of the procedure. Dr. Rodriguez explained the work needed clearly. Two(2) day process one week apart. Now I have no pain and can eat again. Friendly staff as well.

I needed two crowns and cancelled the second one after I was told that I needed a $1400 root canal on the first one. Total cost for one molar crown with root canal was $3500. However I must say that the entire staff is very pleasant and well skilled. And the Doctor is top notch. He is one of the best and I felt absolutely no pain. Bottom line, if cost is no object or you have really good dental insurance I highly recommend this office 👍

I have had one of the best dental care experiences at Dr. Silbersteins office. I needed a tooth extraction and the office staff was very welcoming and professional. Pedro was so kind and did a great job explaining in detail the procedure that needed to be done as well as the prices with no pressure at all. The office itself is very comfortable and the procedure went well and was painless. The office worked with my budget and helped me set up a payment plan as well.

Coming into Dr. Silbetsteins office for the first time, my husband and I were greeted with a happy and warm staff who immediately gave us the feeling of trust. The thorough exam and explanation of our mouths condition was very well explained and treatment was gentle and caring. Since I was dreaming about “a beautiful smile” for quite a while, I decided to do some research. Not only was the office just a few minutes away, but Dr. Peter Silberstein had numerous positive reviews. One year later, to my amazement, not only do I have a beautiful smile, but I am ready to sing the praises of Dr. Silberstein and his office staff.The office is spotless, taking every safety precaution. This is even more critical to feeling comfortable during the COVID-19 crisis. The office is unusually efficient. An email is sent to confirm the next appointment, followed by a reminder email or phone call. The office staff is consistently warm, caring and supportive.Dr. Silberstein is assisted by Pedro. They work together as a well-oiled machine, making me feel nurtured throughout the sometimes prolonged visits. This week, my ten month Invisilign treatment is coming to a close. It’s a shock to look in the mirror and see perfectly straight teeth again, many years after misplacing my retainer in college. Invisilign works miracles!I also needed root canal a few months ago. This office definitely takes your comfort seriously. On my first visit, I was offered a blanket, bottled water - and the dental assistant even went out of his way to make taking my x-rays a more pleasant experience. On a follow-up visit, I got 3 fillings, and the very next day Dr. Silberstein called me personally to see how I was doing. That is fantastic customer service!

This was a great office visit. Staff was so friendly and the office was spotless! The hygienist did a gentle but extremely thorough job. I often get very nervous about going to the dentist, but everything went so smoothly, and I really experienced no discomfort. Great location, easy to find and close to many different areas, Lyons road, check, Hagen ranch rd, check, jog road, check. Convenient appointments easily gotten. Very nice people who try hard to make your visit pleasant. Your a patient there, not a credit card. Last, I left my most recent appointment with a beautiful white smile. I forgot, state of art equipment and the office sparkles its sooo clean and brand new.

I love these people, every one of them. The office always clean and fresh. I’m always so nervous and I’m always assured, but the words still don’t calm me much, by now they should. Then I’m in the chair and it has always been such a pleasant, caring and pain free experience. They are very timely with your scheduled time, along with the time the appointment should take. I’ve had cleanings, fills, root canal and mostly done with a tooth implant and I can’t say enough good things about this practice. They are awesome!

The staff was nice, but I really felt hustled after going there for a consultation. I was billed just to just speak to the dentist without any oral exam and an unnecessary X-ray. I only spoke to the dentist for two minutes!I have seen several dentist because of relocation and I have never been charged for a consultation. And note there was no mention of a charge when I called in and asked about the prices. That whole experience determined my decision to go with another dentist that charged more for my procedure.

I went to this denist for about 2 years.I had about 3 crowns done I. that time which I agreed on ...I liked the denist and his assistant.However after 3 crowns done last year as they completed my last one ..He mentioned I needed 2 more...5 in 1 year?I have basically good teeth without alot of work done.Bottom line went to my new wonderful denist that said instead of the $900 Your Beautiful Smile quoted me...I needed 2 small fillings at $24 each.Saved me $850Goodbye Your Beautiful Smile...Hello Botwin Dental

I came to this office from a reccomendation through Neighborhood. I cant say enough about the professional treatment and care. My experience was superior to any dental office Ive ever been to. Ive been to many unfortunately, but will never have to go anywhere ever again. The office is comprehensive with total dental services for all procedures.
