Having recently moved to Boynton Beach, I researched dentists and Dr Ty Eriks got great reviews on public forums. My first visit was wonderful. Not only was the dentist kind, courteous and helpful but the entire staff was amazing. They were welcoming and comforting and made me feel at ease. A special thank you to Kimberly, my hygienist, for her gentleness. Highly recommend!

Rather than save two teeth that needed extensive periodontal surgery. The doctor recommended removing one tooth that was an iffy save and preserve the second that was a better bet. They recommended saving me money and I should have a better outcome. Very satisfied.

After being highly recommended to The Erik Dental Group, I continued to stall making an appointment. Being new to the area and covid I hesitated making an appointment. I woke up one morning with pain in my tooth. I called the office and was able to make an appointment for the same day. The staff was very welcoming. I had had great dentist before I moved to Florida and as I watched, listened I felt very comfortable with this new dental group. To top it all off I received a call from Dr. Eriks that evening to check on how I was doing. I know I am in good hands now. I trust what plans are being made for my dental health.

Having had the same dentist in NY for over 20 years, transitioning to a dentist in Florida was very difficult. From the time I made the appointment with Erika I felt like the experience would go well. I was not disappointed. Maria spent so much time with me, taking ex rays, cleaning, and measuring for bone loss! It was as pleasant an experience as going to the dentist can be! Meeting Dr Eriks was another amazing experience. He totally understood my fears of switching to a new dentist because of my extensive dental work. He took a great deal of time with me, both explaining everything, and generally getting to know me. I feel confident I know have my Florida dentist!

I loved everything about this experience! I cannot praise them high enough. This will be my dentist for life. I was treated kindly and professionally. My hygienist was the Dentists sister and she gave me the most thorough and pleasant cleaning hands down I have had. The have a periodontist on staff the day I was there and he gave me a great consultation. I knew I had issues. Then Dr Eriks came in and was confident and truthful explaining what I needed to get done without any pressure.

Absolutely fantastic! My dentist of 25 years retired 2 years ago, after trying several different dentists, I finally came upon Eriks Dental Group. I read some of the reviews I found a little hard to believe, “I leave laughing every time”....seriously from the dentist office? I have been using this dental practice for a couple of decades. Can you picture actually looking forward to go to a dentist?? I even moved out of the neighborhood but still go back. Most important, everyone here is capable, dependable and clean. I have had some very poor work done in the past before I was recommended to them.I feel genuinely cared for, everyone is pleasant and fun to be around and most important the dental work is excellent, from Maria who cleans my teeth, to the office staff (which could make or break your experience) especially Erica and also Kim, and of course not to forget Dr. Eriks and his assistant. I would give it more stars if I could. 😁

I have been a patient at this practice since Dr. Lissauer. Dr. Lissauer was great, but Dr. Eriks is truly amazing. He has a new school approach to treatment and is super personable. I struggle with anxiety and recently had 2 (preventative) crowns placed. Dr. Eriks and his assistant Les made me feel so comfortable. Being able to joke and have a little banter while they were getting work done to get my mind off of it!10/10 highly recommend this practice. I cant forget to mention the staff. Especially, Erika! She has been with the practice also since Dr. Lissauer, she is a GEM and anyone that has anything negative to say about her is full of it!! :)

Eriks Dental Group is a practice I would recommend. The practice is very nice and accommodating. The people seem to be happy working there which is huge. They are very observant of safe COVID practices. I went there for an issue I had after dental work done at another office. Dr Eriks saw me a few times for a consult and to correct my bite at no charge. He even called after my first visit to make sure I was ok. He truly cares. I would definitely recommend Dr Eriks and staff.

I went to Dr. Eriks for a scheduled clearning with Nancy (who is excellent). I was very impressed by how careful they were with social distancing, masks, hand cleaning. To limit contact with others, I was told to wait in my car and Nancy would come out to get me. The office is really Covid compliant.

Friendly staff from the moment you walk in until you leave. X-rays very easy even for a gagger like me. A safe and professional environment and staff. Recommend without reservation!

The whole team is really wonderful! I am typically very nervous at the dentist, and I need a ton of work done as I avoid going. But erik and his staff were very patient and kind. I felt so cared for and it really helped ease my nerves. Kim was my dental hygienist and I she blew me away with her professionalism. They even called me several hours later to see how I was feeling after my deep gum cleaning. Good customer service seems harder to come by these days so this experience was exceptional. Everyone was very friendly and professional. They took me in at my appointment time, so there was no waiting like at most places. They were very informative and suggested I might need a crown, but did not push it. It was a very comfortable atmosphere, I highly recommend Eriks Dental Group!

I had 2 crowns done by Dr. Eriks. Then he announced I might need a root canal. I scheduled an appointment with the endodontist in the practice who does the root canal. Apparently he only comes into the office on Friday. I made my appointment for 11:30 a.m. At 10:00 the office called to find out if I could come in NOW. Unfortunately, I was at another appointment and couldnt. So my appointment was canceled for the following Friday at 10 am. I was on time for my appointment and was placed in a dental chair and waiting 1 hour for Dr. Baokhoi Bui to see me. Instead of apologizing for keeping me waiting for 1 full hour, he told me what a difficult root canal his other patient had. He looked at my tooth and said he need to be in Fort Lauderdale at 1 pm. It was already noon. Not wanted this man to rush and do my root canal I told him Id make another appointment. I went to the front desk to ask the cost of a root canal and was told $1260. This after I paid $3200+ for the two crowns. I didnt understand why the root canal came up after the crowns were done and not before. I believe Dr. Bui is without any kind of manners and I wouldnt have him work on my teeth! Im now looking for a new dental practice as is my husband Bill. I would not recommend this practice to anyone although the office staff is extremely nice.

I have to echo so many of the previous reviews regarding the extremely welcoming atmosphere, professionalism, high quality dental care... and so much more.Ive been going to this practice for approximately 30 years and my visits to the office definitely feel like Im visiting family. But you dont have to be a 30 year patient to feel that way.Though every staff member is extremely professional, they still manage to make you feel valued, individual and important.I promise, you will never regret selecting Lissauer & Eriks for your dental needs.And no, I was not paid to write this and am not part of the team or related to anyone that is. Im just very passionate about anyone, especially in the medical field, that still provides high quality services and such an awesome atmosphere!

I know its hard to believe but its actually FUN going to the dentist here! Always a great experience, awesome staff and nothing unnecessary getting pushed. Been coming for eight years and it gets better and better. Prepare to meet some new friends while taking good care of your gums and choppers.

Going to the office for me is like going to see family. I have been seeing Dr. Jeffrey Lissauer for over 16 years and every visit is a great experience. I started seeing Jeffrey in my early teens and since then I have lived all around the country. I try to make it in every time I am home in South Florida for a check up. Erica is always welcoming with warm smile and every technician I have seen is friendly, through, quick and pain free! Dr. Lissauer is an extremely talented dentist and he and his team has kept my pearly whites in excellent care. I am grateful for their honesty, aptitude and professionalism. I also enjoy the TV screens and headphones, as they are always a nice distraction from the noise! Thanks for being the BEST! ☺

After being away from the dentist for an embarrassingly long time, I was scared I really had something bad going on.I am so glad I went to Dr. Eriks!The non-judgmental staff (as well as Dr. Eriks) were totally reassuring and completely professional. They took the time to explain the things they were doing to me which helped ease my anxiety ( I was petrified!) and taught me the proper way to do things ( thank you Maria!!) which has helped me get back on track and stay there. I had to have some cavities filled, and I was super apprehensive about the pain and discomfort that comes along with it those visits. Like some people, dental visits and procedures really scared me, and it was the main reason it was easy to avoid for a long time..I am being totally honest when I tell you there was no pain! NONE!!! Not even the Novocain was the slightest bit uncomfortable. Dr. Eriks and his staff were funny and friendly and made the whole experience wonderful. I have left there smiling every time!
