I don’t usually write reviews unless it is well deserved. This small business went above and beyond to repair my daughters iPad. They have reasonable prices, knowledgeable and professional technicians. Customer service is amazing. Keeping me informed and letting me know before hand the possible repairs needed. The iPad needed a LOT of repairs. And Alex kept me on the loop, shipped the item directly to my home twice to save me a few trips. I am 100% satisfied and will for sure trust them with any future repairs.Thanks Alex!!!!!

THANK YOU ALEX!!!! 😊I stopped in to see if the piece that charges the phone could be fixed. For over a year the phone has not been charged because the piece would not allow it to charge! When I took it to Apple, over a year ago, they told me it could not be fixed and that I would need to go into a new phone! Reluctantly, I got a new phone!Today I decided to stop by smart phone fixer just for kicks to see if they could fix it! Alex was there, and he was amazing! He was very nice, he was very knowledgeable, he was very fair! He told me he would assess the phone for free, determine what needed to be done and give me the price. The charging piece needed to be fixed, once he fixed it he made sure that the phone would charge, it was charging! My next question was do I need a battery he said give it a couple days let it run its course and see how the battery works but it wasn’t necessary to jump right into it that today, possibly this battery would be fine. His suggestion was to give it a few days and see how the battery lasts. If it does not work then changing the battery would be an option and just come back!It is very Nice to go into a place of business, particularly one that you, your self is not very knowledgeable about, to be treated with respect, kindness, fairness, and not be taken advantage of!THANK YOU ALEX!!!!!!!! 😊

This is my first time having to utilize a Phone fix business though to my cell phone no longer taking a charge. My son took his phone to them for a battery replacement. Price was very reasonable and the employees were friendly. Melissa and Alex were both extremely patient with my sons many phone calls about his phone. It turns out that the phone was the problem and not the battery inside and once they figured that it would not be worth fixing they gave us a full refund without us asking for it and we highly appreciate everything they’ve done for us so far and we will definitely return with any other device.

I recently had one of my devices break apart on me, and was in a hurry to get it fixed that same day. I called around my area but the only place willing to take a look was Smart Phone Fixer. I stopped in one hour before they closed, and was greeted by Gunnar who was super helpful. In less than 10 minutes, he had soldered the USB connector back onto the motherboard of my adapter, and even added some adhesive to reinforce the connector. My device works flawlessly, highly recommend this place.

Fantastic! Fast and Easy! Highly recommend!I dropped my Galaxy S4 and needed LCD replacement. First, I went to sprint. They basically could do nothing with my phone and tried to sell me a new phone. Then, I went to Best Buy where I originally purchased the phone. Again, all they would do is sell me a new phone. Next, I called around different cell phone repair facilities. Prices were outrageous and some places said I needed to wait for the part to be shipped in.I found the Smart Phone Fixer online and decided I would stop by as it is near my home. A gentleman by the name of Brandon immediately helped me. He told me that he would have it fixed in about an hour. After waiting for only 45 minutes, he handed me my phone working as good as new! The 1st time I went to have my phone screen fixed the rude guy told me it would be 150$, I told him thats far too expensive so he changed it to 125. I called the next day to ask the price and they said its 125 over the phone. The guy tried to overcharge me for whatever reason. On top of that the screen broke again the next day

I took my phone here so that they could tell me that my phone was unfixable for insurance purposes. These guys tried their best, couldnt fix it, provided me with written documentation for insurance, and got me my phone back all in the same day. Id be happier if they didnt damage my phone (cosmetically) but they also didnt charge me fully. These guys seem to know their stuff. Id recommend them and visit again if necessary.

Son jumped in pool with phone in pocket. Noticed while in motion and got out of water quickly but water was inside phone. Put it in rice for a few days which I hear now is not a good idea. Parts of phone worked but not the WiFii. Anyhow, they were able to dry out phone and all works so far. Friendly, fast service and inexpensive. I would recommend.

Its rare that I write a review about a place that I didnt even pay for services at, but thats half of the reason why I am writing this. In 2016 I had a Motorola Droid Ultra, that at three years old, finally kicked the bucket. The phone ran into a software issue where it would loop itself at the boot screen. If I started the phone in Repair Mode, I received a message that said No Command. Essentially, the phone was not going to turn on.I assumed it was a lost cause, but worth a shot to see if anyone could bring my phone back to life. At a minimum, I would have liked to have saved a few recent files on it, but the rest of it had been backed up to Google before it failed. Three different cell phone repair shops looked at the phone briefly, and then told me there was nothing they could do. Smart Phone Fixer was then recommended to me by my local Verizon shop, and I figured why not give it one last shot.Surprisingly, Cell Phone Fixer spent a full day actually trying to resolve the issue. They took the phone apart, discovered the reason for the failure, but unfortunately agreed it was a lost cause. Im giving them this rating not because they fixed my phone. Im doing this because at no cost to me, they still spent a full business day trying to discover the cause of the failure. To me, that is going above and beyond. Even if the odds are against them, this shop will try to help you. I think thats all you can ask for from a business. To me that shows the staff here cares. If the next phone I purchase has a problem, I know where Im going.

My Phone had with some water damage and the rear camera and headphone phone jack didnt work anymore.I had it looked at and lead Tech told me that there is nothing they can do and handed me the phone back but the touchscreen didnt work anymore.So I asked her to fix it because it worked before,3 min later she handed me the phone the screen was completely black, the phone would not turn on anymore.She then told me that they do no warranty any work if the phone has any water damage and thats it. I do understand the no warranty part but what work did they perform?Anyways I brought it to the phone repair store around the corner45min later they handed me the phone back, touchscreen, camera and jack everything working. I don’t think I need to say anything else....

These folks know what they are doing, and they do it quickly and reasonably. I fix most of my own troubled devices, including replacing soldered components, but I know my limits. When my wifes Samsung Galaxy S3 had a problem with its power button, I took a look at the tiny 3-millimeter button, with three solder points in that space, and decided that it was too exacting for me. The folks at Smart Phone Fixer polished it off in the time it took me to eat a burger at Wendys down the street. I cant say enough good about them. I will definitely let them work on my next tough one.

I brought my roommate in here to get his phone fixed. We sat for 10 minutes waiting to be acknowledge by the anyone. The girl behind the counter was busy flirting with a customer and playing on the internet. The other 3 employees that were hovered over her laughing at what they were seeing while 2 other customers stood with me waiting to be helped. After the employees were done playing, they asked if we could be helped and paid no attention to the others that were waiting.They asked the issue and it was explained. We were then interrupted, the phone rang and since no other employee bothered to pick it up the young lady we were speaking to answered it. Rather then putting that call on hold, she helped that customer while we stood and waited. (3 other employees tried to look busy doing nothing)Once they were able to look at the phone they explained they would have to order the part and we would have to pay for half of it up front. Cash only. The deposit was paid and the estimated time to receive the phone back was 3 days...that was three (almost 4) weeks ago. We have called and gone in to check the status of the repairs, yet never given a complete answer. They only thing they say is the part is on order.The staff needs a lesson in customer service and professionalism.

You can drive right past several other cell phone or fix it stores to get to the Smart Phone Fixer and youll get better service, better prices and honest answers - and that says a lot for this business in my opinion!Just when I thought I was on a good roll, my iPad fell out of the case and hit the pavement so hard that the entire screen cracked like a road map and glass shards were coming out. The corner was completely crushed. I was sure it was broken to the the point of no return. When my iPad was returned the next day, it looked brand new! The only evidence of the mishap was a tiny scratch on the back of the corner that was completely crushed and dented. To say I was wowed is a complete understatement! I always take the time to tell a manager when Ive received great service, but rarely take the time to sit and write a review. I give 5 Stars for excellence -all the way around!
