Worst service ever. They are unfit to fix any technical device.

They do their jobs and their service is great as tech experts. It may cost some money but they guarantee what they do and we cant do it as easily

My computer was hacked and theyre fixing everything right now

I brought my Ipad Pro in to be looked at as it would not boot up. I was on time as was my attending help. The young man helping me, Abimael, was exceptional. Besides being knowledgeable, he was very patient, respectful and pleasant to deal with. It turned out that this was a simple fix, but I wanted to share the great experience I had with the Boynton Beach Geek Squad.

Please do not waste your time trying to get them to fix your phone. They are not Apple and do not offer the same quality service. I brought my phone because of no sound issues. They wasted an hour updating and testing and finally told me that they cant replace my phone with a new one. I need to take it to an Apple store and they will replace the phone. I wasnt sure why they wouldnt replace it, but they kept on saying they cant, due to policy. Even the Apple guy on the phone couldnt understand. I had to go to Apple 2 days later to replace the phone. Just plain stupid.

I was early for my appointment, asked the worker Quinton if I could simply drop my device off and come back in a few hours. I was told that they needed to fill out paperwork and they needed to wait to see if the earlier appointments would show up, literally no one there. 3 workers and no one in line. I asked for manager (Chris) said nothing he could do. So I stood there and waited for my appointment, with workers sitting there. Horrible customer service.

I shop here all the time and use the Geek Squad all the time. The staff is very polite and courteous to us older folk in Boynton Beach. They have amazing patience, as I am not very technologically savvy. They deal with rude and impatient customers all the time with a smile. It’s simple you make an appointment and then you come in for your scheduled appointment time. I’ve been doing it for years. I watched that poor staff get yelled at because the idiot was one hour early for her appointment. She was absolutely deplorable and the worst kind of person. Nonetheless the staff here kept working with a smile and helped me set up my iPad so I could FaceTime with my grandkids. Bravo!

Absolutely DO NOT take your phone, or anything for that matter, to be fixed here. I brought my iPhone in to see if it had the iphone 7 issue (which it does) and ended up with a phone that I can not use. I was told I could bring it to an Apple store. The manager, Austin, was like “hmmmmmm, could you leave it with me for a while”. I would not leave my phone. After being there for over an hour they actually made my phone worse. This is the absolute worse place to go. If I could give zero stars I would.

Worst service ever in my life, if you have an appointment on 2pm, be sure that youll wait till 3pm for them to even look at you.

Everyone in corporate customers service is so stupid very bad customer service . Ill never buy anything with protection plans at best buy anymore.
