I would recommend PC Wow to anyone who doesn’t have much experience with building computers. I made an attempt at building my first computer I got it running but it wasn’t what I wanted aesthetically I had wires all over the place and it wasn’t very pleasing to look at. I brought it in to get rebuilt and the build of this computer was not an easy task it has 12 fans a push pull system AIO Radiator in it and that is a lot of wires to hide and keep neat! The owner of PC wow did an amazing job called me through out the building process of the computer kept me updated through out day also pointed out my mistakes I made in building it myself and it wasn’t in a mean way either he cares about your stuff doesn’t want it to get ruined and I appreciated that! By the end of the day my PC was ready after he ran stress test of the computer to make sure it was stable and there was no crashes or issues and in my Opinion that is above and beyond most places don’t do that! The owner built my dream gaming pc it looks amazing runs amazing I know there will be no issues down the road! Thank you again for being very professional honest and awesome at your job! Marcio is the best!. We had a major computer crash that shut down our Quickbooks Database and he was able to help us get the information off the drive so we could transfer it to a new computer. He was also very generous about answering follow up questions I had about what my needs were for a new computer. He even researched a couple of companies that could convert my QB Enterprise to Pro and we contacted one who was able to help us out. I highly recommend him. Honest and Professional and a really nice guy.

I contacted Marcio when my computer wouldnt start properly. When I asked how much it would cost he told me he wouldnt charge for the diagnostic. Not only did he find out what the problem was but he told me the pc was still under warranty and who to call for repair. He was very helpful and knowledgeable!
