This company is probably one of the best in their business that Ive ever dealt with. Several months ago my home suffered some severe water damage. It was a massive job to get everything repaired. The triumph employees were all very friendly and easy to work with. They repaired my home as if nothing has ever happened in an acceptable time frame. Everything was prompt and professional. I would hire them again and an instant for any jobs that I have in the future. I cannot say enough amazing things about this company. As small business owners we always expect companies that we do business with to treat us the way that we treat our own customers. Unfortunately, we are often disappointed. But not with Triumph!We highly recommend this family owned and family operated business. They truly provide the highest quality in labor and materials. Triumph REALLY does!Each and every question we had during all phases of our roof replacement and our internal home repairs was answered with great detail and specificity. The companys two project managers had immediate solutions for any problem or potential problems during the construction. We were amazed with the speed with which they completed our new roof, as were all our neighbors!We opted for a flat roof tile rather than the more standard barrel roof tile, and neighbors from blocks away came by and asked to take pictures. The neighbors were surprised at how quickly the roof was finished, AND with the cleanliness of the job-site afterwards. Several neighbors have since hired Triumph themselves.We can not say enough great things about this terrific company. They were professional from beginning to end. They responded quickly to any requests I made. They handled communications with our attorney and stayed in the loop throughout the process. Their help was invaluable, and their new roof is perfect.

Our project was completed much faster than we expected and we are very pleased with the results. Everyone we dealt with at Triumph was professional and accommodating, beginning with our sales rep, the project manager and the workers.

Communication was excellent. Returned my initial inquiry within a matter of minutes. Showed up promptly for the initial inspection and for the actual repairs. Followed with an analysis of what work was done, including many photographs.

Triumph did a great job on the roof and the interior of my house. They got insurance to pay for everything. I was only responsible for my deductible. I am very happy with everything they did and will definitely be referring them.

Great group of guys worked with a Philip and David, very professional. Philip assessed the work, gave us the quote and timeframe, David oversaw the project. David was always on time, arrived when he said he would be at the sight, and when given a timeline always met the goal. Using Triumph Property Services was the best thing we ever did! What a team they have! Austin was always available and the owner Josiah makes his company number one. You will not be disappointed!! They did all the heavy lifting by contacting our insurance company and taking care of our claim. We did not have to do anything. Our roof had to be replaced and we and other issues which made it complicated. Triumph Property Services knows how to work with the insurance companies so the claim will be processed. The work that was supervised by Kamil Zyskowski was great. He was on the job all the time and did a beautiful job on the inside of my house. He made sure everything was done before we came back to Florida. I give him 6 stars.

Phillip McKay was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He went into my attic and accurately found the problem that I was having and determined that it was an s/c problem not a roofing problem like I was told by 3 other roofing companies. Working with the team at Triumph to replace my wind damaged roof was surprisingly easy. Phil walked me through the process and did all the work with the insurance company (including communicating with the adjuster). Kamil and his team had the new roof complete in two days. Melissa and Bruno (in the office) were friendly, accessible and very helpful when working through the final paperwork. Overall a great experience.

Repaired a storm damaged roof. High quality work, especially the interior refinishing. Very professional, very clear communications. Triumph handled everything for us.

Very very slow at completing the jobs. I live in a community where they worked on 2 buildings (8 roofs in total) . They started in July and finished in November. There were many days when no one showed up. They are now doing work (walls and floors) in another building and they have been at it since mid Sept. Once again they dont work everyday. Be warned if you want a job done within a time period.
