I am a GC in Broward County working for a midsize company. Over the past few years I have hired Mike for more than one job and Im just now getting the chance to leave a review. He sandblasted a steel structure chiller, the floor of multiple electrical rooms and has profiled concrete for coating on two separate occaisons. He was always on time and always did quality work. In sure I will be in touch with him for another job. I would highly recommend Mike and his company without a doubt.

The cash only trick is well-disguised, hidden in his estimate. Well I refused. Who keeps $1200 in cash on them? Is this guy nuts? He threw a small hissy-fit but he took my check. Then I heard him tell one of his workers some anti-Semitic remark that I won’t repeat. I canceled the check.

I contacted Mike at South Florida Surface Restoration to remove paint from a sidewalk in front of my house. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and honest when quoting me a price. His team was very punctual, professional and made my overall experience very pleasant. Mikes estimate for sandblasting the paint from my pool deck was very reasonable. It wasnt the lowest but I know services like this you get what you pay for. It was a 3 day job and Mike covered the pool and contained everything like he said he would. When they were finished everything was clean and all the paint was gone (finally!!). I would recommend this company to anyone looking for quality work.

Mike is a scam artist and is guilty of tax evasion! He demands that you pay him in CASH only, and when you object and give him a check, he claims your bank won’t cash it due to a signature match. Very unprofessional and should be reported to the IRS.

Mike and his crew came out to sandblast the paint off of a driveway I have at a rental property. We did everything over the phone I never even met up with him. I was comfortable right off the bat when he was able to describe in detail the prep and clean up that he was going to include in his quote. He sent me pictures showing all aspects of the job when it was completed communication was great. The job went just as he had described. Cleanup was key because We needed to show the property immediately. Mike knocked it out of the park I would definitely recommend his service.

He was able to do the job on short notice and for a great price. He did an excellent job. Was very professional and attentive. I would highly recommend his services.

Mike sandblasted my grandparents driveway just before we sold their house. He and his crew did a great job with everything and even cleaned up behind themselves so the bit of follow up cleaning we had to do was minimal. Overall, the service was excellent and they were extremely professional so I wouldnt think twice about recommending these guys to anybody.

My wife and I hired Mike to take the clear driveway sealer off of our second home in Palm Beach. We could not be there when he was doing the job but could tell by looking at his website and what he told us he knew what he was doing. I called Mike to come over to look at our cement driveway that was covered in years of paint. I was concerned with all of my plants and a fountain we have in the driveway. I didnt want anything to be damaged or my plants to be destroyed. Mike assured me that everything would be covered and protected. The day they came to do the work everything was done just as he had said. I couldnt believe how nice the driveway looked when they were finished and the plants and fountain were just fine.
