I called All Dry USA and I was fortunate to have Mia answer my call. What a caring, compassionate, caring and professional young lady. I explained I was trying to help a disabled senior couple who had a large gaping whole in their ceiling from water coming in from the rood when it rained. I told her I was trying to fundraise to help them. She listened to me and we both got emotional over the phone as I explained I was a stranger to the couple. I had found out about their plight when Mayor Pam Triolo of Lake Worth Beach called me and asked if I could help. I started making calls and I thank God I called All Dry USA and got Mia on the other end of my call. If more companies hired people like Mia they would be known for caring enough about their customers to give them the best, not only in their services but also staffing their company with STARS! Thank you Mia for your kindness and compassion that help this cause becoming so successful. My boss, a realtor, called me this morning after I told her about All Dry USA helping me. She request a quote for roof repairs for one of her investment properties.

I cant say enough positive about my experience with All Dry USA and in particular the project manager, Jaanus. He was professional, punctual, and followed through on every promise. He was accessible by text and responded immediately. His subs were likewise professional and competent in their trade. They did not rush the job and did not leave until all the details were taken care of. The jobsite was clean at the end of every workday. The project was completed within the agreed upon timeframe and at the agreed upon price.

My family could not have been happier with the local team at AllDryUSA. During a tile installation, the tile crew left the supply line from our refrigerator uncapped, and water flooded our kitchen overnight. The AllDryUSA crew who arrived to address the situation were highly professional, courteous, and at all times treated my family with respect. They kept us informed regarding their progress, answered all of our questions, and were always prompt in answering our texts and phone calls. Their conduct and demeanor helped us get through a difficult situation. I recommend them without hesitation.

Had a roof leak in two places. AllDry came in with three distinct projects: a) mold removal and remediation b) roof repair c) restoration of drywall, insulation, etc. I was impressed with the thoroughness of their mold remediation protocol. Roof repair was fast and efficient. Restoration is underway as of this writing; but Im expecting fast and efficient completion.Now that all three projects are complete, I wanted to add on to the review. Nathan and his crew were excellent on the Mold Remediation portion. Alex Ortiz and his crew did an awesome job on the roof and restoration portions. They patched the drywall and matched the knockdown finish and the paint color perfectly. They totally cleaned up, and finished ahead of schedule. They encouraged me to make a full inspection and would not leave until I assured them that every thing was right and I was happy. I have to say, these guys exceeded my expectations in every way.Thank you AllDry!

Hello Ben,I hope this message finds you well although my mother and I’s experience with your company has been less than desirable. Dating back to October of 2020 to June 21st, 2021 the lack of communication which I am sure do not meet the ALLDry company standards nor protocols which you pride yourself on. Whether it was Sally, Ryan, Antonia, Jessenia, Paul, Nicole, Yanis Etc. We could continue with a list of your employees but with the names provided none of them including the ones who no longer work the company have been worth even the recommendation your company came with. Going as far as reaching out to you on LinkedIn and whomever else can be contacted via this app should not even have to be an option for ANY customer. Keep in mind this is our first encounter and will certainly be the last once all work is completed and there is no reason we should be treated as such. As if the non communication has not slapped us in the face enough NO ONE came out to even CHECK the tarp after days of heavy rain fall or months of being taped on the inside of our home. From the bees in our home to now Water INSIDE of the openings in our home. Someone preferably you as Dalton who is the ONLY person to properly communicate must be tired of coming up with excuses after excuses from your employees. This is just down right disrespect at this point and tell me if you or ANY of your employees would be appreciative of this of kind of service? You are all consumers when you are not working for ALLDry or your other companies and I think that your customers should be treated as such. ****Update***** the response to my review should tell you what you need to know about this company “my mom has some funds” keep in mind we have TWO signed contracts with ALLDry just apologize for how your company chose to handle simple communication and you wouldn’t have received this review at all. Especially after we JUST left your office, where you received money. NOT to mention Ben was too busy to even come out and apologize. Save your people and go somewhere that will at least communicate with you before having to send 6 messages on LinkedIn, two negative reviews AND over 20 phone calls. Your response is beyond condescending you were better off ignoring all together. Dealing with company as a consumer has been down right insulting, degrading, belittling & every other adjective you can think of. Brittani started us out with quick efficient service and has been able to answer all our questions and get us in contact with the persons handling our clean up. During a home inspection mold was discovered on the backside of a shower wall. All Dry USA was my first and only phone call. They had someone out the same day to determine the scope of the issue. They handled the entire project which required a plumber, mold remediation and repair. All workers associated with the project were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend using them.

They charge 10 times the market rate. They dont tell you that you end up paying the bill in case the insurance denies the claim. Their billing department is very hard to work with. They send your invoice to collection. Be very wary. In the end you will have to pay the overpriced bill if you get unlucky. I must say they did a good job with their services. However, the prices are too steep and cant be justified.

It’s my first time calling All Dry USA and they didn’t disappointed me. From the first day coming to resolve some water damage at my home they have exceeded my expectations. They always came on time and were very professional and courteous. Eric was very acknowledable and communicated every step of the process. We had some mold on the ceiling from a roof leak- and the team came in and removed all the damaged drywall and tested to make sure it was clear. Afterwards a separate team (We had a little miscommunication on this part) came and repaired the hole. The team arrived on time and was finished on time. Very professional and made sure they contained the area while working- prepped the whole job. The repair crew really did a great job and went above and beyond.

The contractor we selected to address a localized mold problem in our home (AllDry USA) implemented a rational, step-by-step protocol to identify and alleviate the problem. The technicians for the investigation and remediation steps, Donovan and Frandly were: careful in removing shelving, wallboard and cabinets to minimize damage, comprehensive in identifying extent of the problem and effective in removing the source of the problem while minimizing the potential for spread during the work. They communicated with us throughout the process to address and alleviate our concerns. In conclusion, we appreciate the professionalism and quality of work of Donovan and Frandly and AllDry and would recommend to others with a problem in a home.Joe

Two young men Nathan Eugene and Rikelme Lozin come to our residence. The work was done well.However, we had electricity in the area where they worked BEFORE but now there is no electricity or lights in the area. Is there someone that can come to check out why this does not work.They put a tarp on the roof prior to the work inside. After sustaining extensive water damage to walls & hardwood floors from a roof leak, I knew I had a huge mess on my hands. Hiring All Dry USA was the best decision I ever could have made. The restoration ended up being a major project that involved mold remediation, complete removal & reinstallation of hardwood floors throughout my entire house, air duct cleaning, drywall repair, painting, & packing/moving services. The entire project took about a month & there were very few days that my Project Manager Daniel was not in touch. He was on-site daily overseeing his AMAZING team of contractors, each excelling in their respective fields. Every single person from All Dry that stepped foot into my home was punctual, professional, respectful, & provided exceptional service & quality work. I highly recommend this terrific company for any & all restoration needs.

Cruz and Luis were part of the AllDry team that were responsible for removing moisture from an open bedroom wall that was being remediated because of mold due to water water seepage through the outside stucco, and for restoring the interior to its original condition. I have built walls in my own home and know what is entailed with this kind of work. And, I must say, that not only were Cruz and Luis really nice, friendly folks, but even more importantly, they knew what they were doing and they did an excellent job. Moisture from the damp cinder blocks was completely removed within one day and there was no way anyone could tell that the interior bedroom wall was rebuilt. Hopefully, my home doesnt suffer from water/mold damage again, but if it does, I want Cruz and Luis to remediate. And, BTW, I might add, I found the AllDry company to be very, very responsive to my needs and questions. Very highly recommend them if you ever need remediation for mold/water damage

We had a MAJOR roof leak at our home. With torrential Florida rains very common, it was SUPER URGENT for us to have it fixed ASAP. Will and Lamar with the roofing division of All Dry USA were at our home in a matter of hours after we called. They quickly identified and stopped the source of the leak. They dried things out over the next couple of days and then immediately repaired the roof. We didnt have to wait weeks for other companies to not return our calls. Will and Lamar were incredibly professional throughout the entire process, and were very grateful!

Mary is wonderful. She came on time. She was friendly as can be. Mary found the problems within minutes and got things moving right away. My experiences have never brought me to have this kind of mess in my house before. Mary made it very easy to understand the situation and to get things moving to make decisions on what needed to be done.She brought her crew Richie, Randy, Harley and Danny. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had from a company. I have never experienced a company like this one coming in and treating someone with so much respect, courtesy, professionalism and displaying so much efficiency in their work. I hope I never have to deal with this situation again. If I have to I know who I’m calling.

Will and his crew did a great job on the portion of my roof that needed repair. We found them to be most professional, knowledgeable, caring and pleasant. We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs roof replacement or repair! Also, great responsiveness.

All Dry is a very dishonest company. Do not use them unless you want to be taken advantage of. And if you are a woman, DO NOT, under any circumstances, use All Dry USA. My girlfriend, who was home while they were doing the work, received unsolicited and unwanted sexual text messages from one of their employees after they finished all their work. She called the manager, Anthony, to report it and he chuckled at her. I called Anthony and he refused to take my call and never called me back. Right after my call to his office, my girlfriend was contacted by their HR. I’m not happy about the quality of their workers or the quality of the work. They will come in and tell you what you want to hear while looking for how they can make the most money. I originally had them come out to look at my roof because I had several leaks. They didn’t even go up on the roof, instead they saw water spots on my ceiling and immediately focused on the mold aspect. The owner, Javier, said they would handle everything from start to finish and it would all go through insurance. Within hours I had large fans set up in the house, which doubled my electric bill. They then come in and start removing ceiling and walls, which my current contractor now tells me was excessive and unnecessary. They cleaned the mold found in one area only. Someone comes out and tests the air for mold which comes back clean. They then send out a crew to clean the air vents and AC unit, completely unnecessary since no mold is in the air. Now I’m left with holes all over my house, which is now not part of the work even if they said start to finish. They also charged insurance $14,450 for their work which left me with very little money from insurance to now fix the roof. Yeah they went completely out of order in their greed to make money. I still had a leaky roof after they finish ripping everything apart. About the only thing they did for me was put a new and better tarp on the roof, which I’m sure they knew I’d already been taking advantage of. Do not use this company if you are looking for honest work and people.

DO NOT USE this company! It all started withMary coming to my home with her I-Pad because I had a leak. I signed on the iPad for remediation, but somehow I assigned all rights to All-Dry. It started in March and kitchen was not completed until End of September. My kitchen is very small. Daniel M. Project manager completely inept and not truthful. They make promises that are not kept. Cabinet measurements wrong. Material still remains at my home. Supervisors for the company change almost daily. Now I have to file another claim because of a leak under my sink and go through this entire process again!! Told Daniel few days after completion that I smelled moisture under the sink and he did nothing! Worse company I ever dealt with!!!! If they come to your home close the door immediately!! All are not to be trust, it is criminal how they work. We will be reading about them soon...insurance company is noticing numerous complaints.RESPONSE: The only truthful remark was we did discover termites. I had someone out within two days and it was taken care of. If cabinets were standard why can we no longer stand a bottleof cranberry juice inside, must lie it down. As for the granite I paid the total quoted price forthe upgrade, but nothing was adjusted for theFormica that would have been put in. I sent photos of drawer hitting stove (Project manager, Daniel wanted to shift all cabinets over and overlap in den) brilliant idea, pantry cabinet doors hits the refrigerator, other side of side cabinet door hits the wall. I was told to buy little rubber stoppers to avoid damage...really!! But I was hard to please. Guess it was my measurements that were off??? Why did I not receive a scope of work from your company after asking numerous times?? Daniel said he will request office send, still waiting. When did I assign all rights to your company, ask Mary what did I say in our initial contact. However, through all of this, I will take some ownership, I should have stopped immediately upon dissatisfaction. But I allowed you to continue against my better judgement. I will ask again in this forum to forward to my personal email the complete scope of work that you were paid to do, as you mentioned all is in the file.

We had been trying unsuccessfully to figure out the cause of an issue so we called All Dry USA and spoke with Ruby who was extremely informative and helpful, and able to have an inspector come out the same day. Mary Velazquez was the field service inspector who took the time to determine the probable causes of the issue. Mary was knowledgeable, professional and polite. I highly recommend this company to troubleshoot any issue you may be facing.

My dishwasher overflowed on a Sunday. I called dozens of companies, and they were the only one willing to come out that day. They were helpful and kind. As I live in a condo and was worried about water damage to the unit below me, they checked it out and gave me peace of mind. I was able to enjoy the rest of my day without worrying. I found this company on a magazine and they sent out an inspector by the name of Mary and all I can say is wow this girl is a GEM!!!! She was absolutely professional and her knowledge was mind blowing. I was skeptical at first because I have never dealt with a restoration company but she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and even followed up with me after to make sure I was taken care of. I absolutely recommend for you to call this company and when you do ask for this girl!

I called this company and in less than a week ALL my problems were taken care of. Will Haler was my contact, and director of the project in my home roof. He was very clear and specific as to what needed to be done, and without any delays they worked it out and now I am ready and happy with the repair in my roof. I can not say enough how professional and effective this company is. Follow up with several phone calls and emails and Done!

Not Recommend everyone, before use this company very very careful what they say and what they did . It is a terrible company, they repaired my roof leaking, before just a small place leaking after they finished give me a big problem, just one month repaired and after that the problem coming is make my garage whole wall leaking like waterfall, and my garage ceiling all water, It make me Craze . And then I call and sent the picture to the supervisor Will but he didn’t answer and I texted to him say my roof got terrible leaking and he reply me say he is on the movie and until so far never come and didn’t call me back give a answer, and the I call the office they sent me the other supervisor come out just take a Picture and then I will go back to the office talk to the owner see how to do that and I will call you after one hour. And then I waited the call for whole day still nobody call me, next day I call to office again and talk to a lady is a supervisor promised Will will call me next day . But he didn’t and I don’t want to wait a liar . I will hire the other company come to repair it . .it is not recommended anyone use this company.they may be a good roofer for the big commercial properties but as for us little guys they could care less just make money and leave. I will let anybody know.

AllDryUSA has been most professional in all stages of their work. We had a mold issue. Pete, Daniel, Jamar, and Eric saw to it that all aspects of preparing and protecting our home was taken prior to demo of the area. Great care was taken to protect our floors to roll in the needed machinery. Attention to detail was taken when they had to pack up or secure items away from potential debris on nearby areas. Each day that workmen were here they cleaned up and vacuumed the area they were working on before they left. Also very important is that Daniel responded to my questions or concerns almost immediately, putting me at ease at the beginning of the unknown. The workmen explained each day exactly what they would be doing and told us when they were leaving what to expect for the next day. We have received the certification that all was clear of mold, including detailed inspection and cleaning of A/C. If you are still reading my detailed review, then know that my husband and I highly recommend AllDryUSA. Call them.

We called a few companies to get estimates to repair the roof leak. Will Haler came to the house and did the most thorough examination of our problem of all the estimators. We felt very comfortable with the solution he recommended. His price was not the highest nor the lowest for the job. Will and Jaime showed up 10 minutes early of their scheduled time and got to work. Will took pictures of the repair showing me each of the steps they did to correct the problem. They cleaned up the site and we are very happy with the work. I highly recommend them.

Not Recommend this company to everyone, if really need to use then, be careful what they say and write down all their promise. It is non-responsible, full of lies Company.They took over my kitchen sink area mold issue project since March 20th, they ask me to sign agreement and send them the insurance policy on first week, they promise they will take care of everything and no any expense on my side, also said they have specialist dedicated on investigating each policy and dealing with insurance company. On second week, they remove my part of kitchen (cabinet, granite countertop, sink and dishwasher), then I start my nightmare until mid of July, I decided not to continue because they ask me to pay for 10k for kitchen rebuild.Here are some items I want to bring out for peoples attention before think doing business with them:1. They over-charged for their work. They charged 10k just for sink area mold issue and remediation, also sent me $400 bill for separate plumbing charge.2. After get fully paid by insurance for remediation work, they estimate 53k for whole kitchen rebuild, even I told them its not necessary to build all.3. No so-called specialist really investigates customers policy and understands the details. They were showing me truly confidence that insurance will approve their 53k kitchen rebuild estimate, but eventually it been rejected. To me, they are not honest and professional.4. Project manager and case manager are changing very frequently, every time people changing, they ask to do re-estimate. No people constantly follow my case.5. They care about profit much more than customers business. During almost four month dealing with All-Dry, I never ever received call from them first about status until I called them, very few times I am lucky to get update. but Most of time, I just got promise by case manager that they will call me back for an update, but never call back.6. They just try to get hold of customers with signing agreements and empty promises, without checking case details, policy details, and potential issues, etc. If can’t handle, should inform customers honestly at the beginning. My kitchen messed up since April 1st, no sink, no dishwasher, cabinet and counter top are partially been removed, they insist on not their fault, no satisfied proposal and suggest been provided.

The guys at All Dry are the best! I can always count on them to quickly help me in resolving issues at my units. Johnny is so helpful and truly goes above and beyond for his clients. Definitely my go to for my restoration needs.

Super professional and extremely responsive. AllDry came out at short notice to give us a quote for a significant leak in our home. Javier was awesome, and walked me through all aspects of the project, including mold and water damage remediation, as well as the rebuild. We got quotes from other companies, but ended up going with AllDry not only because their pricing was fair, but also because of their ability to complete the entire project in house, from mold remediation to stucco repair to redoing the flooring. Highly recommend.

Mary V was the inspector that assisted my parents during the Polar Vortex aftermath in Chicago and all I have to say is we need more people like her in this world! My parents are elderly and they are Korean and dont know how to speak English much let alone know what to do but they said Mary was exceptional and helped them understand. She went first and then came back with her crew that same night my parents then found out from one of the techs Jordan that Mary was actually a supervisor and an inspector and i guess a tech too lol! I guess Mary just wears all the hats! Anyway, my parents said this girl worked as hard as the men and that after they left she stayed behind and cleaned the wood floor for my parents with a towel on her knees! If Mary and her crew is what All Dry offers then they need to open here in Orlando because I will be their number one sponsor!!!!

Had a flood in my house from the water heater and the team from All Dry came out and took care of things so fast and so efficiently . They were amazing from start to finish. Professional, clean, and they care about their customers. All Dry remediated our home due do a roof leak. The working areas were protected properly, floors and furniture covered, and clean up was done at the end of every work day. I am truly grateful that All Dry took it upon themselves to install the replacement drywall all while waiting for my insurance company to approve the claim. This gave us peace versus living in a house that was not sealed and made of temporary plastic walls. It also helped save on electricity because we were pulling outside air in the house. This was my first time having something happen like this. My washer machine broke and overflowed my house! After finding All Dry Usa online I called them and they were out the same day within 1 hour! We had a water leak in our in our bedroom with mold. Blake came out and thoroughly examined the damage helping us get to the root of the problem. Surprise! No one from the company had responded to my review in 11 months!Not Recommend everyone, before use this company, be very very careful what they say and what they did. I have been managing the house for my friend. After I discovered the mold on the cabinet wall beneath the kitchen sink, I found the company from TheHomeMag and recommended it to my friend. Terrible experience began:1) The company asked and reviewed a full copy of the insurance policy and promised to take care the mold and restoring the kitchen without any expenses from the owner. They would take full responsibility of dealing with the insurance;2) They removed part of the kitchen cabinet with granite countertop, sink and dishwasher;3) During the nearly two-month mold remediation period, they changed at least 3 project managers and 2 case managers (I guess the people just left this company). At the end, they could not tell where is the leaking. It turned that it was just a small issue and the water might come from the cracks of the exterior wall.4) They treated the mold and put back the piece of drywall and left the part of kitchen unrestored and messy.5) They received $10,000 from the insurance and told the owner they needed another $50,000 to restore the whole kitchen. The previous $10,000 payment only covered the mold work.6) The owner called insurance and found out the policy only can cover $10,000 for the entire work - mold work and any other restoration work.7) The company refused to do any restoration work and left the open kitchen as a mess since April.8) The owner just wanted to end this headache and requested to just put the old cabinet and countertop back. They said they removed the parts and took them away (they were not allowed to removed anything away from the property). They were damaged (they could not found them). They need another $10,000 to partially restore the cabinet and countertop......9) The mess is still there as 4 months ago. The company refused to provide the owner the detail invoice of the $10,000 charge, and could not provide the mold test report as the owner is requesting now. Legal actions may be needed......I am sorry, my friend.
