A breathe of fresh, COLD air! Having recently purchased a home, I did my fair share of research before choosing an air conditioning service company to use. Joe and Ocean Air had received positive reviews on my local Nextdoor site, so I called to give them a try. And I couldn’t be happier that I did. It’s great to support a local business with professional technicians who show up on time and an owner who cares about his customers. Highly recommend.

Our AC stopped working and we gave the guys at Ocean Air a call to get us back up and running. Angel arrived soon after our call and found the coil was in need of replacement. Within a few hours, Andrew and Bilase arrived, part in hand, and completed the install seamlessly. While being without AC was agonizing, we’re thrilled we found a company that we can count on!

After having been lied to and received poor quality service from numerous AC companies over the years, I have finally found a great company Im going to stick with. Ocean Air is honest, reliable, and straightforward with his pricing. They also have good manners while their workers are in your home. And the owner regularly checks in on jobs that he himself cannot attend to.

Their regular maintenance is always done quickly and efficiently, and they solved an emergency AC problem very quickly.

Knowing and having access to a quality HVAC professional is a must in South Florida. Ive had experience in working with several. Joe and the Ocean Air Team are the best of the best. They are knowledgeable, courteous, responsive and fair on the pricing of products and services. I couldnt wish for a better group to rely on when my AC system requires service. Wow, Joe and his team are spectacular!! My AC went out over the weekend. Joe came out immediately and figured out the problem. I needed a new fan motor - they got the part and installed it the next day. Joe is very knowledgeable, communicative, and honest. The technicians were on time, friendly, and professional. I just cannot recommend this company enough. I’m so happy I found a local company that I can trust.

I would give them 10 stars if there were more. Being a single woman I called them (LOVE THE HOURS) Joe the owner, called me back and set an appointment to come over after I got home from work. Diagnosed the issues and because it was late and Carrier was closed he was there getting the part first thing in the morning and by lunch it was all up and running. He even checked on the issue the next day to make sure all is working as it should be. His Team Members Chris and Robert were just as professional as he was. Only issue is that there is a 3.99% charge if you use a credit card. So pay by check or cash you will NOT regret calling them and they are a local business. SHOP LOCAL!!!!! I can not say enough positive things about them I will recommend them to everyone I know :)

I was referred to Ocean Air by a neighbor on the Next Door app after the owner helped get her A/C back up and running the night before we expected Hurricane Dorian. I always appreciate business people who are good neighbors so I kept his number for the next time I needed A/C service.Fast forward to tonight when I get home after working late to find my A/C is out and my house is boiling hot! After fiddling with it for a bit myself with no success and whining to my friends, I remembered that I had kept Ocean Airs number just for this reason! I googled his number and surprisingly Joe answered the phone and offered to come out tonight to look at my system. I was so thankful since this is South Florida in September and hot is an understatement!True to his word, Joe showed up quickly and had me up and running in no time at a fair price. (See attached picture of the culprit--a lizard whod decided to end his life by climbing into the condenser!) If youre looking for an honest, reliable and fairly priced A/C service company, Im pleased to say Ive found one of the best right here. Now that my A/C is working again Ive asked him to come back later in the week to get started with an annual service agreement to be sure Im not stuck without A/C again anytime soon. I highly recommend you do the same!

We had an A/C emergency on a weekend...the hottest day on record according to the local news! Our unit was old and could not be repaired. Joe and his company came highly recommended on the Nextdoor app. He and his techs installed a new compressor and handler yesterday. All calls go to directly to Joe’s cellphone. He answers them all. He is kind, knowledgeable, honest and very fair. We could not be happier with this company. It was a big expense made very tolerable because of the excellent customer service.

We recently moved into an older home with an extremely old and moldy air conditioner that we knew we wanted to replace immediately. We received quotes from *5* air conditioning companies around us and decided to go with Ocean Air because their quote was fair, they were knowledgable, and the guys were down to earth good guys. We were not disappointed! They did an excellent job, did not try to oversell, yet went above and beyond to make sure we had the best system installed correctly and well. They followed up to make sure everything was working well and when I had a question they came out to make sure everything was solved to my satisfaction. These guys do it right. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and have already told my realtor to share their info if anyone is looking for a reputable, fair, and honest air conditioning company.

Joe did a fabulous job! Great customer service, trustworthy, respectful and well priced! He and his partner did a wonderful job in replacing my whole unit, inside and out, was even careful around my furniture! Joe is knowledgeable and very communicative. The test of a good company is not when things go right, but what they do when things go wrong. Because of poor maintenance on the line by the previous owner we had problems. Joe worked with us on the new system until it functioned perfectly.
