THIS IS AN UPDATE OF A REVIEW I SUBMITTED SEVERAL WEEKS AGO.That review gave All Time three stars and the owner, Ryan Friedman, was understandably upset. Given that, I thought it would be helpful to provide a status update of the performance of the Carrier AC system that All Time installed in my home. Once the initial problems were addressed the system has performed flawlessly. I am now !00% satisfied! We have the thermostat set at 75 and my wife is happy (although I am freezing half the time). I look forward to many years of trouble-free performance.I would not hesitate to recommend All Time and Carrier.I have spent hours considering what ranking would be the fairest to the company and to anyone who reads this, and to what I would write about my experience. The ranking of three stars that I ultimately decided upon is the product of my best thinking. I have many reasons to give All Time Air Conditioning 5 stars, such as the rapid response times to my calls for service, the politeness of all of the personnel I interacted with, and their incredible computerized service call system. However, in one overriding area, that being installation, my experience with All Time would result in a ranking of one or two stars.I chose All Time to install a new Carrier system for my house because I was very impressed with Ryan Friedman, the president, who I met at a home show, and because of the rave reviews from customers I read on this and similar sites. The installation happened roughly two months ago. The day after the AC system was installed it failed. All Time attributed this failure to a faulty compressor. I accept this explanation, but my experience shortly after the installation of the new compressor causes me to wonder if there could have been more to it than just the failure of a part.In the week or so following the installation of the new compressor the system worked, but not well. The technician who came to my house to evaluate the problem discovered that there were two mistakes made in the original installation which prevented the system from working properly. He then corrected those. However, following that service call I discovered that I had to set the thermostat at 72 degrees to be somewhat comfortable, compared to the 75 degree setting I used for the old Carrier system that I had All Time replace, and which my wife and I found to be very comfortable.I then scheduled yet another service call to see why I had to set the thermostat much lower than I thought I should need to. That tech discovered that the thermostat, a new one that was part of the installation, had to be recalibrated. That service call was a week or so ago. Since then the system has been performing to my expectations. We are cool and comfortable with the thermostat set at 75 degrees. So to summarize, were in a good place as far as my AC system, All Time Air Conditioning, and Carrier are concerned. But getting to that good place required me to travel some rough roads that could and should have been avoided.
I called All Time Air when my AC went out back in November after talking to other AC Companies. They were the only ones that offered me a fantastic deal for home owners, and when I was having an issue this week I called them they came right out and ordered the part installed it with priority, professionalism, courtesy, very trustworthy. Love that they call you when they are on their way and even send a picture of the service person that comes to your house. I would highly recommend them even going to post on my community website. I like using local companies.
Ive actually used their tech Jake several times over the years even before he was with all time. Hes always been very prompt and upfront/honest and thats what you want in this type of work. I happily followed him to All Time. I cant speak for the other techs but if they are anything like Jake you cant go wrong with this company.
Do not use All Time Air Conditioning! We called for service on Saturday and the technician said our system was severely restricted. He charged an outrageous fee, and also told us not to turn the AC back on for several hours. When we did (no surprise) it didnt work! Our calls were ignored on Sunday. The same tech came back on Monday and once again said that the system would only work on low capacity for brief periods of time. He suggested full replacement at a whopping $7,200.On Tuesday, we called another company who told us our 7 year old system was likely under warranty, a point that was never even considered by All Time Air Conditioning. The reputable company showed up Tuesday and did not need to use the warranty, as they fixed the unit within an hour. All Time would have been happy to charge us $7,200 for a new unit after being incapable of doing a simple fix on our existing unit. Maybe they were being dishonest or maybe they were just incompetent. Either way, look elsewhere if you need your air conditioning fixed!

Have been a maintenance contract customer for years. Ive been generally pleased with the service until now. Whole new A/C system installed in 2017. Needed a warranty repair last week. Parts were supposed to be covered. Service was not covered under warranty which was OK. The tech was here for one hour and they charged me $650. I know I didnt get $650 worth of labor so what was I charged for? No one at the company will be transparent about how the charges break out. I can only conclude they buried the cost of parts in the charge as well. Office staff cannot explain it and owner wont call back. BBB has been alerted.
Have used all time before and both experiences were excellent however Moe the recent tech was above and beyond excellent. He is highly professional and knowledgeable, personable and answers every question with the customer and company in perspective. He made the repair experience totally stress free. Great company, great technician.

After failing to get service Labor Day evening from more than six sources, all promising 24/7, including the company that has my service contract. None could help. Finally I called All Time AC. Spoke with Brian Ogden. He came within the hour. Fixed the AC. I am 91 yrs old, heart and lung deficiencies. i need real 24/7 AC service as a medical necessity. Ive known about All Time AC for years now, so when my AC needed replacing with a new 3-ton, they were the first AC Co. that came to mind. Their prices were great, excellent technicians who were cheerful and really enjoyed getting my new AC system installed quickly and had my home ICE COLD again! I will have them do my elderly parents condo in Delray soon as well.
I called all time a/c for a non-functioning system. They promptly came out to diagnose the system which was only four years old. Brian arrived and discovered that I had a serious issue with my entire coil setup that needed massive repair due to negligence on our part. The job was going to take hours and Brian made it happen the next day on a Saturday. Brian went above and beyond so that we could feel safe and secure knowing our a/c would not fail again. I cant thank everyone at all time a/c for their help and would highly recommend them for any a/c job in the future.

Saturday night our A/C stopped blowing cold. I call All Time Air Sunday at 10 am by 1 oclock our A/C was working again! Thanks for the Great Professional servce from Mo. He call me said he would be there at 12:30 showed up on time and knew exactly what was wrong. Mo was kind courteous and very professional. I woke up this morning and air conditioner not working. I called All Time Air at 8 am. I was promised a visit between 1 and 3 pm. Brian called at said he was running early. The repair was made quickly and the cool air restored by noon. I originally contacted this company 23 months ago when our very old air conditioning went out at 4:00 pm on Friday afternoon. They came out and fixed the system and quoted us a much needed new system that evening. The new system was installed on Tuesday. We are very pleased with the prompt service we receive from All Time Air.
I was lucky enough to inherit this company from the previous owner, and chose to continue the yearly maintenance contract for the A/C. The two times I called for service a technician promptly assisted me, once on a weekend and once at night. Brian called me back in about 2 minutes (incredible response time at night!!) and was able to diagnose the problem over the phone and walk me through it. In addition to Brian, both Moe and Logan are extremely helpful, honest and direct . This is a great A/C company to work with, and I highly recommend them!!!

My AC suddenly stopped cooling. Would blow forever, but not cool condo. Brian responded to my request for service and found I had absolutely no coolant. Long story short, turns out my downstairs neighbor went to put a shelf in his guest bathroom closet where his ac his. (Mine is in the attic) When he drilled into the wall, he hit what he assumed was his coolant line and called an AC company who happened to be there the same day Brian was at mine. I didn’t know he’d drilled the same day mine stopped working. Their guy welded a patch onto the line, Brian came back the next day, tested to see if my line would now hold pressure (it did) replaced all of my coolant and it was fixed. Crazy, terrible construction to have it set up this way with no protection to the lines, and kudos to Brian!!!! He definitely knows his stuff!! Highly recommend this company

I was very impressed with the AC Tech MO that was sent to my home. He was extremely educated and knew exactly what needed to be done AND explained everything to me SO Helpful. Answered all my questions and simply put a really nice person. I had a bunch of AC companies calling me to sign up for their maintenance offer which some were giving discounts due to timing. However due to Mos expertise and professionalism I signed with them! Her is an Excellent asset to your company All Time!!
No issues with the company from a quality of work perspective, though I have a big issue with how they are handling my multiple maintenance agreements. I have 3 separate units that each have a yearly maintenance contract. I have asked them multiple times to let me know if any of the units are overdue for service since I dont live at any of them and need to rely on my tenants to set up the times. I am finding that, each time I call to check on the status of the units, one or more of the them is significantly overdue for service, and no one has bothered to let me know. Asking for notifications is not unreasonable, especially when I have multiple units; however, I was met with indifference by the woman who answered my call, who advised that its just a courtesy to let you know, meaning its no big deal if they dont. I have to reconsider whether I want to keep giving this company $500-$1K each year like I have been for several years now.
Last year in June they replaced my old AC unit. Moe walked us through everything and gave us all the information we needed to make an educated decision. Not only were they very knowledgeable, available, and easy to work with but they had the best price. Moe recommended getting a surge protector and I’m glad we did. 8 months later we have a power surge and the protector stopped our motor from blowing. However, it messed with the existing wiring and our unit stopped working. Brian came out on his day off as a favor because Moe was swamped on Saturday. He found out the electrical piece to the unit was bad. It was replaced no charge on Tuesday but there were still issues. Brian spent over 3 hours until he finally get the unit running for us. Later that night the unit went out again. Moe and Brian came out the next day and figured out the issue. They were able to fix the unit and were determined to figure out the issue. They were both respectful, hardworking and very professional. I’m thankful they were willing to put so much time into fixing the unit for me without any unnecessary charges. I highly recommend All Time Air for both new installation and repairs.

It was a very hot day in June, and he wasnt a salesman (it was their busy season and they were all out.). He was honest about how the job could be done. Moe really knows about air conditioning,. He knew exactly what was wrong with the a/c before he even got here to repair it. He is truly an asset to All Time Air, and hes a very nice guy! -Update - 8/13/21 - It was after hours and I needed a repair on my air conditioner. Called it in and Brian came late Friday night. He was still working and, with a smile, made a simple repair that made my night. Thank you Brian and All Time Air! This is why I continue to recommend you to my clients and friends.

All Time Air Conditioning was a pleasure to deal with. My AC broke and I immediately gave them a call and within 24 hours I had technicians Mo and Derek show up to my house and explain to me what the issue was with my system. They also gave me a variety of options on which systems to install based on the square footage of my house and some other factors. After asking them multiple questions I decided to go with a Carrier AC system and I couldn’t be happier. Especially going into the summer months. The next day the installers Jackson and Mike were at my house installing my new AC. Everyone I dealt with exuded professionalism and knowledge of their industry. From the office people to the technicians and installers they were all very courteous and helpful. Highly recommended!
Approximately one week after their yearly maintenance appt. our ac stopped working.Called and they came within hours. Which is great. After one and a half hours, we were told the compressor was not working properly and would need to be replaced. Understandable. Since it was still under warranty there would only be a charge for labor. The new compressor was located the next day, and installed within an hour and a half. Great.We were charged $1464.50 for labor. Amazingly expensive!

Great service! We had a new unit installed and Logan and the installers were very professional. Even with the difficult location of our air handler, I never heard them complain. My air conditioning broke last night on a Friday night before Halloween weekend. My regular AC company did not respond. I called them because it was an emergency. They called me back immediately and Brian showed up about an hour later and fixed it. He even try to walk me through it on my own to save me the cost prior to showing up but he needed to come. Here is an honest AC service... my AC was not working at 11PM and in a 5 min call the technician Mr. Bryan asked me to reset my breakers and VOILA!, all working again, saving myself a few bucks
I cannot say enough about this company and its responsiveness. My air conditioner went out in the middle of all of the shelter-at-home (it was 15 years old) and they immediately responded to my text on their website at 2 am with a response :)! Not only that, they came out the next day, provided an incredible price with full warranty and service, and installed within 48 hours. Justin and Mark did the install and were rapid, professional, protected my flooring and even put up with my needy rescue dog.To top it off - I tried to get the new NEST thermostat going 2 weeks later when it came and blew a fuse. Last Sunday my AC line was clogged. Couldnt unclog it myself an the Tech on call was over burdened. So Brian got out of bed, put his back brace on and came to take care of it. Took care of my problem and gave me some tips. All Time Air is the best. Will always find a way to get it done.
Exceptional Service from Brian!!! We had one of our units go down at home amid this COVID stay home period... Brian came out within 2 hours and was very careful to follow safe guards. Showed up with gloves/mask and full protective gear. Worked diligently for over an hour and sweat his butt off to get us back up and running. repaired the unit and we now have air again! I have to add that I called 3 AC companies this weekend, and All Time Air answered on the weekend (versus others who took 2 days to call back or didnt call back at all) First time using them and we are def hiring them for our annual maintenance. I was referred to All Time by a friend in the HVAC business and glad he did. Joe and Moe came to give us a presentation and quote on 3 different Carrier units. My 10 year old York had to be replaced due to the compressor leaking, was just out of warranty and did not pay to repair. Our original air handler fan was so noisy and in close proximity to our living room and bedroom. Every time the fan came on we had to turn up the TV. The more costly of the 3 quotes was for a 3 ton 2 stage unit. Joe told me that the fan is so quite you could hardly hear it so we knew that was the unit we needed to go with besides the great efficiency of the unit. When I got home from work I didnt think the air conditioner was running but I did feel cool air coming from the vents. The fan was so quite I could hardly hear it and now we can hear the TV at a normal level and dont have to keep adjusting the volume.Except for a slight blip in the scheduling due permitting we ordered on a Thursday night and had the new unit installed the following Tuesday. Fortunately we had enough Freon in the old system to keep us cool although it was constantly running. The process was quick and all involved from sales to installation were fabulous. Everything was explained in laymen terms so it was easy to make the right decision. We also opted the have a UV light installed in the air handler especially in todays environment and they also sanitized the ductwork. Great job guys! Highly recommended.
This company helped me tremendously! I tried a few other companies and this was the first one when the tech actually explained everything to me. Now I actually am breathing clean air because I did not realize how much it was effecting my health and the significant others, who has breathing complications. Now, his breathing has become much easier in the house and he seems to be feeling better all around, as am I. I would recommend them to anyone and will NEVER go elsewhere! They were affordable, professional, on time and both the office staff and techs were so great! We have pets and this is Florida so its amazing what you can be breathing in without realizing it! Discussed with tech on Sunday and advised I needed full cleaning of the system coils -$575, and I should call office to schedule. Different Tech came out Tues (As initial tech sick), got charged for appt alone and then some services on top of that (none of which suggested sun as was advised we just needed to have the full clean out)-$240 . Made appt for full clean out Fri @3... Called the office as was 3:45 and it wasn’t even the same tech wrkd with sun- as this was the one that knew what needed to be done. On the phone advised that it was time window of 3-5; mind you the service to be done was like a 3-4 hr process...asked “so the tech is going to stay here until 7-9 on Friday evening to have it completed?” Didn’t really get response from receptionist. Ended up canceling as I no longer felt comfortable...somewhat feel like I got swindled a bit
This is the best AC company Ive ever had the pleasure of working with. They gave great advice on getting a new unit and offered a very competitive price with complete transparency. They came out to install a new unit and did so with ease and grace, even when it started to rain hard, like it does in South Florida. The unit itself had some minor hiccups in the following month and each time, All Time Air was happy to come out and make sure everything was okay with sound advice to give. They stand behind their work and take care of the job confidently. Ive had to deal with many AC companies over the years down here, and never felt like I was being treated respectfully as I do with these people. Every step of the way was a good experience, and it will totally have me coming back for years to come.
Edit3: I dont know who told you I was told to get a portable AC unit and how to get money back, but I dont remember getting this advice except from my coworkers. Perhaps your people did, I cant discount that, its been some months. If theres a way to recoup the monetary loss youd be willing to tell me now. It wasnt cheap so that advice would be advantageous, please consider passing it onto me.Edit2: To answer the 2nd business response below: yes, the business has been honest with me and yes, I did get a portable AC unit, but it wasnt made clear to me how long Id be waiting. A point of argument, Im sure. My major issues were that I went a week without AC with pets during the hot FL summer and I was the only one making contact. No one ever called me (except after the review). I was daily told that Id be receiving updates or tech scheduling that morning, but by that afternoon around 5PM leaving work I was the one calling because no call ever came in the morning. This was daily. Im also somewhat concerned the first tech recommended a compressor repair (thousands of dollars, and not his first recommendation to do so according to reviews) after such a short amount of time examining my system. Again, COVID, i get it, but all my real gripe is is that the communication wasnt there. This company has really tried to make right by me, and I appreciate that and it should be taken into consideration. All I would say is please communicate more and more often. Thank you.Edit: Apologies, I meant to write a review but got sidetracked. To answer the business response below in a nutshell: I was initially quoted a several thousand dollar repair. Then 3 tech visits, one week, and a portable AC purchase by me later it turned out to only be a few hundred dollar repair. That was.. fine, I wish I hadnt gone a week without AC, with pets sweltering in 90+ degree heat, and 2 different techs needing to assess the system 3 times. Also the first tech has other reviews where he recommends a full overhaul of the compressor up front (thousands of dollars). My biggest issue was that I had to initiate all the communication - followups, tech appointments, info as to what the problem was, every phone call was initiated by me, even if I was told Id be getting a call tomorrow morning by late that same afternoon I was the one calling because no call ever came. This business comes highly rated, and to their credit every staff member was polite, courteous, and professional, and I can understand problems because of COVID-19. I just didnt want to have to wait and wait and be the only one ever initiating any conversation over and over in order to, as it turned out, get a quick fix done on my AC during the summer in FL.
BUYERS OF NEW A/C UNITS BEWARE... Make sure company follows Florida law & pulls/applies for permit before new a/c unit is installed & it is listed on your estimate/invoice. (Permit along with a followup inspection is important if you are planning to sell or do not want to risk paying fines for violating the law .) --- Make sure you get a break down for any promotions or rebates at the time estimate is given & you see this listed on estimate/invoice. --- Double check inside/outside work - pay attention to ceiling/wall damage, especially if you have had previous repair work done etc (would recommend taking before & after pictures.) --- Double check to make sure you have the correct slab size & unit is centered on the slab with no air flow restriction & is tied down & is not covering or interfering with water pipes/sprinkler system. --- If you are replacing an older unit & your original lines had leaks, make sure the company does not just cover them with foam & secure via black tape to outside wall etc. --- Make sure you are shown where the filter is along with getting the filter size & all instructions/manuals because the company is not good with following up or addressing any problems after the fact without multiple phone calls or emails. --- Do not rely on getting that 24/7 emergency service that guarantees someone will be onsite within 90 minutes (Person @ call center tried during my 2nd call but could not reach anyone at company & it took 3 days for me to get a call back after getting a new a/c installed because person was allegedly fired so that means they only had one person covering my entire area.)9/11 UPDATE CONCERNING OWNER RESPONSE.If Google provided a separate rating for personality and attempts to get the job done right then you would get 5 stars. However, one of the 3 reasons i opted to go with your service over another was because of the rave reviews listed here. Additionally, your attempts to get it right do not change the facts listed in my initial review which as you well know, does not cover all details. Too bad i didnt connect with NONNIE until closer to the end and you didnt send BRIAN out much sooner because these 2 are 2 of your best! IMO, folks do need to know that it may require multiple visits to get the job done and even after multiple attempts, the inspector still might fail it which will require yet another visit.Nothing personal here and bottom line, I am sure there are folks that might not want to deal with multiple attempts to get it right and would be more than willing to pay a little more to have the job done right the first or second time... I called and spoke with Moe on Friday night and we set up an appointment for Saturday morning at 8:00 a.m. Moe was very nice and helpful. Brian came out on Saturday at 7:57 a.m. gotta love when a company is on time. He completed the job in a very timely manner. He was also very informative and very professional. So glad that we found an amazing a/c company.

My AC had died in the middle of the night. I called them at 6:30 and by 7:30 their technician Bryan was at my house. He was very respectful and very knowledgeable and found the problem within a few minutes but had to order the part and came back to my home within a few hours and had my AC up and running very quickly. This was my first time using this company and I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. As for Bryan (the tech) he is a Plus to this company with his knowledge and expertise. I will use them all the time.

I called for an appt on July 4th. The technician, Arty, fit me in earlier because he had a cancellation and was able to come 5 hrs before my appointed time. This was HUGE as I was taking care of an elderly relative in the building. Arty was EXTREMELY professional and upfront with diagnosis and solutions. I work in construction and deal with service and tradesmen/women every day. Arty was top notch and clearly very experienced in all aspects of HVAC as well as general plumbing. I am VERY thankful to have made his acquaintance and will be referring All Time Air Conditioning and Arty by name to all my future customers. Excellent experience both with the company and Arty.They were very fairly priced.Highly recommend!

All Time Air Conditioning install a new AC system at my condo. I instructed the supervisor, Ryan, to save a recently-installed part.At completion time, the technician Mike said that it was thrown away. I was upset. In order to get the payment right then, Ryan, promised to DROP OFF a new part to the tenant. I paid for the job.After 2 weeks, I checked with the tenant: nothing. The technician, Mike, said that they already mailed it out, but he hedged that they has no control of the post office.A week later: nothing. Mike said that they mailed out last week, so I must wait until after Friday. He re-iterated that they have no control of USPS.A week later, now its Wednesday (1 month later): nothing. I called the office. They said: we mailed it out the day after the job (conflict with Mikes); we have no control of USPS.When asked what day it was mailed out, she cant answer.What proof do you have that was sent? None.When I got upset, she hung up on me.These people:. Dont follow instructions. Have poor communication between team members. Do not perform what promised (switch from DROP OFF to MAIL to use the standard procedure of blaming the post office). Promise anything just to get the money. Are rude, hang up on customerNever believe a word those guys say. Hold the payment until everything is performed to a tee since once they got your money, thats it.In retrospect, I should get a hint from them that I would not get the part. Two persons, three times uttered: we have no control of the post office.Ryan and I talked after the above review. He actually brought the part to my tenant and fulfilling the promise. Brian showed up within an hour of my call after my ac went out. There was an unresolved issue from a prior install that I had forgotten to schedule service for...long story. He discovered it within 10 minutes and bolted out the door to get the necessary parts (at no charge to me). He returned in less than an hour and installed everything quickly and tested everything before leaving. He even took the time to adjust my fan speed and talk about some preventative maintenance I can do myself. Overall I cant imagine how this visit could have gone any better. 100% recommend All Time A C.

Brian went above and beyond. Put a call out as my brand new AC installed by All Time Air started leaking and turns out it was the drain line and the water pump breaking down. Brian came in very quickly, repiped the system, cancelled out the pump and drained it to gravity all on his day off AND did not charge me a penny! This review should just speak for itself ... just as he took the time to help fix my urgent problem, I wanted to take the time and let everyone know so he and All Time Air get the credit .. Several times over the last two years I have had All Time Air Conditioning out to my home. On Valentines day 2020 they again went above and beyond; the tech who was assigned to my case got stuck on a difficult job so Brian came out, (from home on Valentines Day mind you). He called and explained the reason for the delay and was at my home within 20 minutes of the call. Once here it only took about 10 minutes to diagnose the issue and another 10 to have the new part in and all was up and running again. I suggest All Time Air to all of my friends and coworkers and they have thanked me for it. Great company, great people and they dont bend you over a barrel on the pricing when you are desperate.
I had a few issues going on with my AC in a house that I had just bought. Being new to the area I had to do a quick Google search and I can say I am extremely happy that I went with All Time AC. I called in on the weekend and Brian was out to my house within the hour. He was dedicated to complete the job even if it took all night. Great company! Ive been through enough terrible companies in this area, (and there are A LOT!), to know that for the price, you cannot find a better company than this. The office staff was very helpful and friendly when I called. They really took the time to understand my problem. The technician called about thirty minutes before arrival. He was very professional, plus he fixed my issue and explained how to prevent these issues in the future. I would highly recommend this company!
Moe came to my apartment to diagnose problems with my a/c. Discovered large leak in the freon system. Explained problem and suggested solution. Unit is quite old.So he did not try to put the new freon I had bought into the a/c. Suggested new unit. Explained options. My Exec Asst and I were very impressed with him.

Outstanding Customer Service!!From the staff that answered the phone to the technician that came out....I originally called a company that I had used previously but then came onto google & saw all the positive reviews so cancelled other service call & went with All Time Air.Rob arrived to my house within an hour of my call. He was honest & the prices were reasonable! We needed to replace the fan & he called to get the part. It was 5pm, the place promised they would wait for him to get there & they ended up leaving before he arrived. Rob seemed more disappointed then I was. He came right back over & did a temporary fix for the night so I would have AC then arrived back first thing this morning with part in hand. AC is now fixed & working amazing. My AC was not cooling while I had family in town. I called All Time Air and they were there later that day. Moe was the technician that serviced our AC unit. He was able to get it cooling right away and also researched that my unit was still under warranty in order to fix the coil issue. Great customer service and support. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed in this service after reading all the (suspiciously) glowing reviews. The tech did arrive in a timely manner, was articulate, professional. However, he barely even looked at the unit (equipped only with a flashlight that I dont believe he even turned on) and then launched into a slick sales pitch on why I should replace he entire unit. I then requested that he just recharge the unit. I contact another company whose tech was willing to troubleshoot the system, and demonstrate his findings with me. I did end up replacing the unit at about $900 less than the quote from this company.I just saw the owner response below. Really? It was NOT a nighttime emergency call. His company did NOT service my unit previously. I did not go primarily on price. My selected vendor is certainly licensed and has a long proven history. Advice to you: it may be better not to respond to negative reviews by relating falsehoods.
I called All Time Air Conditioning after waking up to a warm house. They came out to my home quickly.The technician listened to my concerns and after looking over the system, found my problem. The tech was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He showed me exactly what was wrong with my a/c unit and gave me several solid options to repair it. Their price was excellent and After going to get a new coil, had it fixed a few hours later. My house is cool and comfortable again. Best experience Ive had with a service company in years. Weekend of 12/26/20 my year old A/C stopped working. I called in a Service Call @ 7 am that Saturday morning. I reached the Answering Service, who took my information and told me someone will contact me shortly, well after 4 calls over a two day period no one ever called me back. On Monday morning, I called the office to find that their Answering Service Never relayed my problem to the Technician on call. I Spoke with GiGi and explained to her once again the system stopped working. GiGi dispatched Brian to come bye and check the problem out. Brian worked tediously to find out why the unit stopped working again. Problem encountered earlier during the month. Brian had to come out several times to trouble shoot my system only to find that a wire going from the thermostat to the handler was back causing the system to stop working.It took a few days but Thanks to Brians tenacity, he was able to get my unit up and running again. I want to Thank everyone at All Time Air for their assistance with my dilemma and Especially, to Brian. He is one of the Best Technicians at All Time Air.
I called them when my AC conked out on a hot weekend. They are one of the few who will actually dispatch a tech on weekends. Unfortunately it was bad news, the ac was on its last legs, which I had expected. Their tech, Mike, did what he could and gave me a very fair price on replacing the units. I waited weeks until I could not take the heat anymore, and finally accepted their proposal. They had me on the schedule within days. Justin and his co-worker were quick and thorough, replacing both units and rebuilding the plenum as needed in one day. I highly recommend this company.
Outstanding service and so fast, my AC Stopped on a Friday night 9 PM, I searched Google and saw the rating so I decided to call for an estimate, I spoke to Liz the operator, she was amazing so compassionate and caring and helpful, she provided me with all the information and I told her yes please send the technician. She called back to confirm he would be here within the hour, he called and was here in 45 minutes, located the problem fix it and within a=one hour all was running perfectly and I had AC, The young man name was Moe, delightful, professional and quick. I can only give them 5 Stars, If I could they would have a 10 Stars rating. Great company, service and prices are the best. Do not hesitate to call upon them. I will get an estimate from them as well soon to get my dock all cleaned out.
