This was the quickest dispatch that we experienced from a plumbing company. Mark was able to identify the problem and research new parts for our situation. He was extremely pleasant and patient. We look forward to the installation.

Gentlemen who came out initially was very friendly however, over the course of the next two days, I had requested to speak with a technician (or anyone with the company) four times and no one returned my call. And during this time, had no water. I had initially used my home warranty and found that this wont be covered - found out from the warranty company. No one let me know from AZ. I would have still used AZ even without the warranty had they returned my call. They lost my business because no one could simply call and speak with me.

Our technician was on time, made sure that the work was done properly, and checked with me and my wife that we were fully satisfied with his work before he left. We are always happy with AZ Remodeling and Plumbing!
