I am really pleased with my hair! The woman who did my hair was helpful and did a great job. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the cussing that was happening by others, it just made the experience a little uncomfortable. Still a great place! Just not an atmosphere I like.

Got my hair washed, cut, and styled for a great price! Loved the environment and work they did on my hair! Definitely recommend Elle Martinez!

The girls were super nice, but my regular manicure only lasted about two days before it started popping off, and the nail polish left my nails stained green, like they didnt use a good enough base coat. Not high enough quality for the money.

I paid $70 before tip for a pedicure and eyebrow wax... I dont think any hair was removed with the waxing as I had to go home and pluck them myself! It was the worst pedicure I ever had! My feet looked exactly the same minus a nail color on my toes. Plus, no massaging chair!!! Flushed $70 down the drain.. never will go back

It seemed like they couldn’t get me out of there fast enough. Made an appointment for a haircut and color. I was very nervous considering it was my first time getting my hair done from someone else other than a girl whose done my hair for years back home but I live in BG now. Walked in and the girl was going to just cut my hair, no color or anything. As I sat there confused, she said she would not have enough time to do my hair... there was an hour and a half before closing.... needless to say I left without getting anything done... seemed like the girl didn’t want to do her job anyway and wanted to toss me aside and pawn me off to someone else another time. I will not be booking anything there ever again and will take my money elsewhere. Big lack of professionalism.

I’ve never died all of my hair before, my friend did a good job for an at home dye but there were spots that weren’t fully colored. I came in for a quick fix to have the color spread evenly throughout. I was going for bubblegum pink and received hot fuchsia.

This establishment is very professional and personal. They are always willing to accommodate their patrons. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the work done. The hours of operation are extremely convenient for busy schedules, and there is usually openings for walk-ins.

Very satisfied with my brow wax and gel mani. Great customer service throughout entire experience and excellent attention to detail. Had a small issue with my nails and it was fixed with no problem! Extremely high quality professionals in all regards. I will definitely be returning.

I am extremely happy customer!! The best salon in BG. I went in to get my haircut and Kerrign was my hairdresser. She is the BEST!!!! She is very professional and I can totally see that she loves her job so much. She really knows what she is doing plus she is really friendly and approachable. I would recommend her to you all!!

Worst experience ever. I went in to get my hair colored and I had wanted to go a red. I had some blue patches in it, the girl said she was just going to dye over it. When it’s all said and done, my hair is not the color I wanted but decided to just go with it because I had been there for hours at this point. Paid almost 200$. It’s been about a month and my hair is still bleeding, falling out and breaking badly. And it has nothing to to with the shampoo/conditioner I use, I have salon quality color safe stuff. But it’s bleeding to where it’s bright purple! It looks horrible! And my hair is coming out nonstop.

I just got a shellac set this afternoon. I called to see if they had any availability today and they were able to fit me in! The woman who took my call was very nice and helpful. Kylie was my nail technician, and she was amazing! I had a great conversation with her and she is so friendly. She even helped me make decisions (something I’m not very good at). I picked out two colors and she knew what I wanted and got a color that matched what I wanted more than the one I picked out! I am a very happy customer and I’ll be back soon!

As a bald dude, I knew Id get weird looks entering a salon. The girls working there were amazing. I mean the lady waiting to be helped was a bit surprised I was there to get my brows waxed, but we laughed it off. Elisa was an artist. Im not gonna lie. Kinda shed a tear or two. But considering it was only my second time getting those brows waxed, I think I did okay lol!In all seriousness, this place is fantastic. They got me in and scheduled in minutes. Fantastic service.

I went in to have an all over color for my hair. Gal assured me Balayage was the best way to color my hair so I wouldn’t have a hard line where my regrowth came out. Not only was this method more expensive, I still can see the regrowth line and graying at the temples. The gal also cut my hair dry and I have so many short pieces I can’t do a ponytail without a dozen Bobby pins. I contacted the store via email (was away and had no cell service do to my location- to call) and heard nothing. It’s been three weeks. Another week and I can have another salon fix this mess. #thanksforanexpensivelesson

It looks nice inside and the staff are friendly BUT I did not enjoy my experience. I told the lady my armpit hair wasnt long enough for it to get waxed & she assured me it was & after she waxed it she said I shouldve waited longer to get it waxed...I also got a Brazilian wax and she only waxed 3/4 cause apparently some of the hair was too short but I still got charged full price!!

Nice environment and friendly staff. Collin did a good job on my hair, although he didn’t line up my edges and neck whatsoever which was kind of a let down. Cleaning up sideburns and neckline make or break a haircut for me. 28 dollars for my neckline to be furry and not straight (the way it grows naturally) was a bit disappointing. Overall good experience though.

Getting my hair cut here has been leaps and bounds better than my experiences elsewhere. The staff is super helpful, friendly, and talented. Mariah makes sure I always get the best cut possible.

I had a pedicure done. She missed a step. The base coat of polish. Kind of a big deal. Still.... The place IS nice. People are friendly.

Last summer I had a perm done...not even sure the girl who did it. The person that scheduled me said there was this one person who did them. So I am thinking...ok, maybe she has done a few and knows what she is doing. Wrong! She burned my hair, fried it! My hair is still recovering. I have never in my life experienced anything like this. I wasnt going to send a review until I could write one and not be hurt or angry.

Not a place I would recommend. I bought my student a classic facial for Valentines Day and that is not at all what she received. While they were kind to me, the office manager explained she would have to speak with her girl and with my daughter to see exactly what happened. Today they notified my daughter that she would not be able to have the classic, even at a later date as their products will clog your pores!! Who goes for a facial expecting that!? Buyer beware!

I havent had an appointment there yet; but I have talked to them in person and on the phone, and everyone has been so friendly and helpful.

Ive been there three times for Hair color and they Never ever did What Iwanted. Every time I paid $140 for nothing.Everybody telling me what happened to your hair!!! Half of my hair is BROWN and half of that is RED!!!! I am so upset and angry to did a big mistake to returned there. I definitely wont be returning.
