Took my daughter for mother daughter spa day before her graduatoon from WKU they did my daughter feet first and rinsed off instrumenys to use the same ones on my feet instesd of using sterilesinstruments on my feet also. Because we are African Americans

Worse experience of our lives visiting this place. My daughter visited on 7/8/2019.. she did not receive the service she requested, she was over charged, and sanitation practices were not followed . No gloves, hand sanitizer, alcohol, and dirty tools used. I returned with my daughter to request a refund and younger girl cussed my daughter and I multiple time. For weeks they’ve announced they’re under new management and I’m not sure if they really are since we’ve never been before. I really hope someone reads these reviews and does something because these people who were there today were very unprofessional and unsanitary .. nasty to be more specific.We did receive a refund. The pictures and video we have explains all, word of mouth travels quickly in Bowling Green Kentucky and I WILL BE CONTACTING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT

Omg!!! I moved here about 6 months ago and I’ve been searching for a nail salon!! I finally found a place I absolutely love!!! Cindy is the best!!!!

Wonderful experience with Cindy. She did my nails exactly how I wanted them and even did some nail art for Halloween. Might be best to make an appointment if you go in the evening but even though my friend and I didn’t we still were seated within half an hour.

They look all good but on the phone they said if we come they would get us right in and we have been here for a hour

Severely disappointed. The nail tech I had not only did not know what she was doing, but she also did not take into account my opinion on my acrylic set. They don’t care about the health of your nails, either - Ive had a lot of sets and no one had ever gone ham on my nail beds like that. After she got the shape wrong the first time around, I showed her pictures of the shape I wanted and she continuously got it wrong that I just gave up. Same with the design. I showed her a picture of a fairly simple geometric tip design, and she said it was “too hard.” Then, when I asked for a simple accent glitter nail, it was executed so poorly that I asked for the accent nail to just be painted with plain color like the other nails and she REFUSED. Then she charged me $60. $60. for an acrylic set of red nails with a poorly-done accent nail on each hand. It was ridiculous, and I definitely won’t ever be going here again.

Every time I come in Cindy always gives me great customer service. Also very clean and follows COVID precautions. I definitely give this place a 10/10.

Nails arent a week old and the paint is already chipped on two of my nails. Shalic is supposed to last longer than a week. I left with bruises on my arms and legs. The lady was rough.

Only drawback is the tips fall of when grabbing anything like a cup or even putting my glasses on...call to see about putting them on and I was told Id be charged between $5 to $10 each nail...they are friendly but my nails are not sturdy enough to do basic things I will not b returning

Saray is a great nail technician. Friendly, courteous, and attentive. I never feel rushed. Beautiful nails and pedicures. I know for a fact that Jennifer Cowles is lying about sanitation, alcohol, gloves, etc. I have been going here since April and all of these items were present in full view and used every single time on me as well witnessing use in other clients. This type of slander is vindictive and mean. The salon has cameras and should be accessible and published to protect this business against such slanderous lies! Shame on you Jennifer Cowles!!!!!!

I’ve never been to a salon where they timed their pedicures. The staff was friendly, but for a $35 deluxe pedicure I really felt like I was shafted. Massage was about 2 mins long, and they didnt even take the time to get all my cuticles on my toes. Ive had plenty of pedicures in my life and never had an experience like this. I just feel very cheated for my money. I also just watched the lady wash off the dead skin scrubber in my friends dirty foot bathe water. That is absolutely disgusting.

This place is absolutely terrible and they do not care personally about the health of someone’s nails. I would never recommended. The lady was extremely unaware of my friends discomfort. I tried to hold my posture but the lash was unprofessional. Period.

I give this place a one star because there very slow I came in at 6:15 after asking them first if they had rose gold polish and she said they had 500 colors to choose from and then Im still sitting here waiting to get my nails done at7:58 the girl that did my pedi could not get the water right nor did she put foot soak in it til I asked her to the first chair I set in squeaked and didnt work good at all u just cant find a good nail tech anymore will not be back

Lisa is a girl did my nails terrible job. She cut & run over my skin many times bleeding. She on the phone whole time with her ear headphones, did not pay attention. Very bad service ever . I will tell all my friends not come back this salon again
