I’ve had 2 scheduled interviews here that I was early to both times. I go in for the interviews and they don’t have my job both times. They literally scheduled me for a job that they gave away.i am so frustrated with this place. I don’t know if they don’t communicate or what but when you have an interview it’s normally for a certain job that the company is aware of. I filled out an app Friday and was told it was activated and it wasn’t so I called back Monday and had to redo all the paperwork, job history,etc. was on the phone for about an hour setting everything up for this interview. I really don’t understand what is going on at this place.

They offered me a $500 bonus when I completed 25 scheduled shifts in the blow mold department at Henkel as a machine operator. I successfully completed the task and they would not pay me. They make excuses and ignore me. Its been two and a half months. I dont like being cheated. I worked very hard for that money and didnt get it

If i could give Resource a negative star review i would Ive never worked at a factory before i normally work at restaurant but due to COVID-19 i had to look into other jobs and as soon as i got my first assignment at Georgia pacific i started to notice the incompactness there wasnt a resource lead there and if there was they definitely didnt make themselves known and anytime i had a problem like if i missed a clock in/out punch or if i was sick anytime i let the lead at Georgia pacific know and all he would say is` well you need to call Amanda and that wasnt going to happen cause i worked nights so i then get another assignment at Henkel and this is when i realized how much of a joke they were the leads they have act as if there stressed out 24/7 and take it out on us like i cannot tell you how many times Ive been on my way to clock out and have been yelled at by the lead on the shift after mine just for being there like they dont yell at a specific temp just everyone as a whole but while only one person is talking to them also Ive told my lead on 2 separate occasions i wanted to get my electric pallet jack certification cause thats all we use in my area like the pallets are way to heavy for the hand jacks and i try to be as useful as i can in my area it was like talking to a brick wall like it went in one ear and out the other so i told another lead who comes in to help she works the other night shift and she said shell email the equipment room and i still havent heard anything back also it is 100% true they will screw you over on your hours and when you get into contact with the branch (which is very hard to do beings they DO NOT wanna pick up they phone) all they say is sorry theres nothing we can do until next week its not us its Henkel it has happened to weeks in a row and if they screw up on my check tomorrow itll make it 3 weeks in a row also with pay when you call the branch office and ask them about pay they always say Friday at 9 am i have never been paid on Friday always on Thursday also when you get a assignment to go somewhere call that factory and find out what time you need to be there both the times i got a new assignment the times i was supposed to be there was wrong honestly if you want a good laugh go work for resource cause there a big joke

They have a better rate of pay than most business of the same type. The only thing that would bump my rating up so far would be the fact they need to either raise their sign or make it larger so it6easier to see.

They won’t pay you your money. And when you try to call them, they won’t answer the phone. They play with your money a lot.

I make all mistake on the decision on changing job at Sun Product but seem I have forgot about a pass about 7 years ago on a conflict which will not explain why at way. I been bad situation falling in hard time and to explain why but it will listen what I have to say and knowing this feeling that it going into a nightmare their death ears with no heartfelt and understanding what I going though, just let me go which seen unfair. My recommended is not to get involved with these people that really done care which never know what assignment to a job, could be good or bad paid.

Wasted a day and a half a tank of gas driving to an interview for a job that had already been filled. Agency couldnt be bothered to let me know. Said that they had tried to call me, but didnt get me on the phone. Except they did, and I gave a positive response of wanting the job. Also received texts confirming the interview. I show up and they say they have nothing. Complete waste of time, shoddy business practice.

Had a orientation there then at the end of it they didn’t have aj ob for me or my husband, but had jobs for everyone else wanting to go to the same place as us, I even called them about a hour later and told her I could work a different shift, and apparently all of the jobs were filled.

I enjoy working for resource MFG been working for them2 years they always treat me right if I need anything they are always there for me

Place is horrible. I was placed at a job for 13 a hour and they are paying my me less. And when I bring it up they constantly dodge the question... Ive worked on and off through then for awhile and every time they manage to screw me out of my hard earned money. Im going to petition to have this branch in bowling green shut down!

Horrible people skills, I went in for a interview, and they just made me fill two feet tall!! Very disrespectful and rude please do your self a favor !! Find a better temp service !! This is by far worst Ive ever been too

This place said I cant work for them anymore because I went to a orentation and found out about a company and decided I didnt want the job...so they said I couldnt work for them...U can turn down a job cant u...U got that right...but for then to tell u ..U can no longer work for them is straight BS....I see why they got all negative reviews...

Updated: Ive had 5 separate occasions where I either didnt get paid or got shorted on my check.I started for them last week through Ahead Staffing (a subcontractor) and was supposed to get paid this past Friday and have yet to receive anything. I have nothing to eat because I was counting on my check to get a few groceries now im left starving.

Terrible place to work for. Was employed out at Henkel. Been there over a year, screwed out of holiday pay, treated like a nobody. They have no clue where people are going. Full timers have their favorite temps. Cant say anything against anyone, somehow the lead finds out. No cussing is allowed inside (which understood), but to be fired cause a person cussed outs8de is so bull.Apparently a temp can rip into 2 fulltime supervisors. The assistant to the Resources supervisor physically gtabbed another temp and pull them out of a chair, nothing was done. But cuss and youre fired.Run dont walk awayfrom this place. Better temp agencys around BG.

My gf has been there for OVER a year, they told her that she would be hired on after 400 or so hours ! She now has over 1000 hours and not once have they tried to help get on full time, NOT ONCE!!! Even when she calls them about overtime they say contact your work!!! And they cant tell you nothing neither .There all rude and to be honest all B****s . ive complanied so many times to corporate and the problem it still there!!!! If you wanna go on full time and not be lied too, then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!!!Done tried three times dont get all sick and grumpy over a review!!!! Get something done at the bowling green office about customer respect and you could have better reviews, I dont review just to be a butt I review because companys need too be aware of this lack of skill they hire for. And yes ive been to corporate about the same problem with a different account.the same rude smartness attitude, that a person looking for a job shouldnt have to deal with .

I have been called in for orientation for a job 3 times and was told all 3 that everything was filled. And the last time was today. I had rescheduled because my mother was ill and i couldnt make it last week. They told me i needed a doctors note to reschedule my orientation. Why would i need a doctors note to reschedule?? So i went up there and they said nobody had sent me a message about coming in at 8 30 this morning. They even asked to see the message and when i showed them they still wouldnt let me do my orientation without a doctors note!!!! Plus were very very rude!

They pick and choose who they actually want to help out & never really seem concerned when a temp has a real issue. Ive seen multiple occasions where a select few didnt get paid on time but the rest did.

Worked at Franklin for 6 days only got paid for 5 days then when I want to talk about it they say it’s my responsibility, the people there aren’t humble and think they can talk to anyone however they want 👎🏾 Worst temp service in the city never have jobs in Bowling Green
