My experience with Greenwood spans several rental houses and my own personal residence. I find the crew to be very knowledgeable and informative. Over time I have interacted with at least 8 of their staff and each has been friendly and eager to solve the problem.I highly recommend this organization.

I had this company come out a few weeks ago to tune up my A/C, very timely and professional. Fast forward a couple weeks, weather is warming up and I turn on the A/C and it isnt getting cool - called up Greenwood and they sent a guy out ASAP no charge, ended up being a breaker that was turned off - who knows how. They were very easy to contact, very nice and professional, and solved my problem ASAP. Highly recommend!

They are very professional and friendly, they got the job done in a timely manner. The techs was very nice and knowledgeable. But beware they charged us $140 for a $20 capacitor.

We had a unit installed by Greenwood 5 years ago and they were so good to work with we called them for service on the other unit in our home. When calling for service they are always helpful and responsive. When they visit your home they are respectful and explain your options. The old unit had to be replaced this year and I wouldn’t think of calling anyone else. Jake explained the process and options. The staff at Greenwood Refrigeration really earn the 5 stars. They are kind, courteous, professional, and do an excellent job. They have made every accommodation for us while the completely redid the duct work under our house and replaced our unit. I honestly have never had such an overall positive experience with this type of repair work. They are reliable and trustworthy. They do extremely high quality work for excellent prices. The quality of their work and their attention to detail was very refreshing. They want the client to be fully satisfied and they will do whatever it takes to make the client happy. 100% recommend them for any heating and air needs you may have.

I can’t imagine why there would be any negative comments about this company unless people are just making them up. GR has done my work for over 30 years and I couldn’t be happier with their promptness, courteousness, and knowledge about their products and equipment. Most of all, I know these guys personally and they’re as honest as you can get and will not give up until the job is done completely to your satisfaction. Nothing but 5 stars from me!

I have hired Greenwood Refrigeration to do two relatively significant service projects for me, including a full air conditioner replacement in one instance. I was very pleased with the quality of service, promptness, and price both times, and they are also high quality professionals. I would readily recommend them.

Take this opinion as you will but I was talking with a family member that had her ac conditioner changed by greenwood which she said cost more than her car. She’s a single parent and was charged over 8 grand for a air conditioner. I was blown away by this cause the average is around 5 grand according to my research. Is that really fair priced? Then she informed me that things had come up missing in her home. OMG people’s. That’s completely crazy reading this reviews and how they are either really high or really low. And I thinks it’s funny how the ones that post bad reviews don’t ever show up in the system. I wrote this so my family member won’t be recognized and or retaliated against since she is still paying on her loan. She don’t even know that I’m doing this but I feel so sorry that she was taking advantage of. I guess you get what you pay for. I just feel so bad for her and thought everyone should know.

On July 11th its 93 degrees and both AC units are not working and the house is getting warm. Called Greenwood and within 2 hours they were out and patched them temporarily. We decided to replace the upstairs AC ASAP and do the main unit with the upscale AC/heat/humidifier/ thermostat as it cooled off outside. Greenwood was very accommodating and involved us in the decision as well as answering all our questions. They were very nice and easy to work with. We are very pleased with the end result and recommend Greenwood without question.

If you ever need a honest and fair priced company to work on your ac or heating unit its Greenwood! Not only are they good at what they do, they do it the right way and dont try to cut cost by taking shortcuts around things to make sure it doesnt cost you in the long run. When my furnace went out they was there in no time diagnosing and fixing the problem while I was at work. Not one time did it cross my mind to be worried about them inside my house while I was gone. I wouldnt trust any other company to do work on my furnace and ac other than Greenwood. Top notch company!

Ive had an annual contact with them for a few years. When Ethan does my spring and fall check hes always on time, friendly, efficient and through. When it came time for a new unit Jake worked well with me as we went through what he wanted to do and the few changes I wanted. Cody, Matt and Brandon took out the old unit, installed the new, vented my clothes dryer from the ceiling to outside, added some vents and duct work. They kept my home and area clean and organized during their three and a half day project. They answered any questions they could. They were polite and respectful of my furr baby. I recommend Greenwood Refrigeration.

One of our AC units hade a large leak and would not hold freeon any longer. The unit was 21 years old and was a 10 SEER so it was time for a new one. I always use Greenwood Refrigeration for all my repair and new installs. Jake came out right away and took all the measurements to do a load analysis on the house to see what ton unit we should get. The old unit had trouble keeping it cool when it got into the 90’s. Sure enough the old unit was under size and we ended up with a 3 ton. When they came to install it Jake was there and supervising the other install. The crew did a great job on the install and made everything look nice and neat. They changed the ducks to improve air flow and the system is very quiet. Very happy with the new system and the install. Thanks Greenwood!
