I was very impressed by the service. My carpets and rugs were long overdue for a cleaning and look amazing!! Eric Johnston and Gage Sevigny were fantastic. Not only were they here at the scheduled time, both men were very personable and extremely accommodating . They walked me through the entire process, repeatedly asked me if I had any questions and told me not to hesitate to call if questions arose after their visit. I would definitely use this service in the future. Thumbs up!

Very professional and friendly, and I even added a service to clean the carpet on my stairs while they were here,, which they were able to do without a problem. They were very efficient and my rug and couch came out great as there was a lot of traffic this summer at the house, so it was in need of a deep cleaning . He was very timely, friendly, and professional. He made sure to ask me to check the carpet to see if I was satisfied with the cleaning. There was one area that was questionable, and he had no problem starting up his equipment again and going over that area. I feel he went above and beyond expectations. Had 2 different crews with wildly different results. Cleaning carpets and tile floors (grout). The first crew was good. The second crew was bad, lazy. They shampooed over the plastic desk chair mat. Didnt bothet picking it up to shampoo the carpet underneath. They didnt move any night stands or end tables to shampoo under themPoor job!Had to catch them as they were pulling out of driveway to come and finish the job. They ran hoses in thru propped open screen door and had packed up and were in their truck with screen door still propped open.

The job of cleaning my wall to wall carpet by Stanley Steemer was done very well. The carpet looks better, is more sanitary and prevents mold and dust mites from forming. This is the first time I used Stanley Steemer and I am more than impressed.The technicians they sent were professional, thorough, extremely knowledgeable and went over everything that was to be cleaned before they started.I had a large area rug, room rugs, and furniture cleaned. Everything looked like new when it was completed.We also had them take our imported Turkish area rug/runner with them to be cleaned.Daniel brought it back today and it looks great.Daniel is a perfectionist and makes sure that the job he does is the best it could be.I will definitely ask for him again.It’s been about three weeks since they came and I want to also include his assistant who did a great job also and I think his name was Jason.I give them an A+!I have used another company for years and they said they wouldn’t be able to get some of the stains out of my cream colored micro fiber chairs which were very expensive.Well, these guys removed them immediately and they look like new.I highly recommend this company.
