The new manager Tom is very kind and did an AMAZING job on my nails. Multiple times throughout the experience he made sure that I was 100% happy with the way they looked. This is the second time Ive been to this shop and without fail they have made me feel welcomed. Thank you!!

Loved going they were so nice. And I will definitely be going again. It did take them like 20-30 minutes to get started on my nails but they were really busy and at the end offered a free fill on my nails because of how long I had to wait.

Worst nail job ever. First of all I made an appointment for 11:45 they didn’t start till 12 and the lady who did my nails left my nails soaking in acetone for 15 minutes while she waxed someone eyebrows. She barely talked to me. And when I told her I wasn’t happy with my nails, she was very rude and quick with me. They still charged me and refused to fix it. And o felt I wasn’t even being rude I just simply wasn’t happy with my nails, and they wouldn’t even remove the polish for me. Worst experience ever, don’t go here.

I had so much fun. The staff is very friendly and take as much time as they need to make sure your nails are just the way you like! They listen! Its not a cookie-cutter place. I plan to go again!

Jess has the most amazing customer service. Even when slammed, she doesnt rush you and makes you feel like a priority. The #2 pedicure is my favorite. My feet leave happy, pampered and looking clutch!

The lady walked away with my phone not telling me where she was going also I showed her a picture of a simple nail design with flowers I told her I wanted all pastels and she gave me neon colors I didn’t ask for do not go here I do not recommend

I went in for a manicure and this place was so clean! Luckily, i was able to come in when not many people were being serviced but the workers were so nice and actually made me feel very comfortable. Every time i go into other nail shops they are unhygienic and make me feel judged and uncomfortable but pearl nails was so welcoming. Again, i was so ecstatic over their sanitary habits. All the files were new, the tools were in sealed bags, etc. such a wonderful experience, I’ll be coming back soon.

Can I rate this less than one star???? I showed them a picture of what I wanted my nails to look like. I wanted them short with a ballerina shape. I got long nails with a square shape and very slightly rounded corners. Also I got my nails done five days ago and they are already pealing. 100% never coming back.

My sister and I came here and we had the best time. Everyone was kind, professional, and very skilled. Everything was very clean and sanitary. Our gel manicures cost $30 each, which for this place was well worth the money! This included excellent nail shaping, beautiful gel application, and a paraffin wax dip and hot stone hand massage. We had an appointment at 6:30pm and they close at 7pm. Rather than rushing, they took their time and provided us with excellent service and beautiful nails! We kept apologizing that it was past their closing time but they were so kind and took great care of us. Definitely coming back and bringing friends!

I went in yesterday to get a full set of acrylics. They are so thin that two of them have already snapped. And my thumb nail started lifting immediately. I will NEVER be returning.

I tried out this new place to hopefully find a new nail place closer to home. When I went in they have a very limited selection of color in acrylic so I had to go with gel. The nail tech didn’t glue the tips on correctly or straight. The acrylic application was a MESS from the start. I have cured acrylic under every nail and gel polish attached to my cuticle. none of the finished nails are the similar lengths I have some that are much shorter than the others and have to get them fixed elsewhere. Their pedicures seem great, and well done. I just wouldn’t go for a set of nails again...

I went in for a mani/pedi. All was very nice and they were courteous (even to the point of opening a door because they could tell the strong odor was making me sick). I tipped them very well (30%). BUT I wish I had known that my gel manicure would last only a week. At exactly one week all the gel started peeling up around the edges. It caught on everything, thus ripping off the gel. I’ve never had this happen and don’t have time to go back in to have it fixed.

I travel quite a distance to go to this salon! Always have a great time and my nails NEVER lift when I get them done here. This is not something I can say about other salons I have visited in the past. I am always undecided about what I want, yet my favorite nail technician always makes my nails look awesome! I have never had a single negative thing to say about having my nails done by these professionals. In fact, I have had them do my nails for years prior to them opening their own salon! Make your appointment NOW! You will not regret it! ♡♡♡

I have never been so impressed with the way my nails have come out ever and for only you $46 for as many jewels trinkets everything its amazing!!! Ive been in twice for a pedicure. Really nice experience both times. Beautiful and comfortable space. Great prices. They even fixed my broken off big toe nail so it looks normal while its growing back. No complaints, Im a happy customer

Very nice salon. Everything was clean and tidy. Its mom an daughter owned and run and they are so nice! They were both very attentive and did an amazing job. Definitely give them a go, theyve only been open a month they said so thats why there are not many reviews but they deserve 5 stars 100%

This is currently my favorite spot for a pedicure. My feet always feel soft and rejuvenated. They have 3 levels of treatments (I always get at least the middle level), but the basic pedi has more pampering than other places deluxe options.

1st visit today, So new & clean! I am very impressed to see all instruments sterile and wrapped along with the pedicure bowls/chairs. Staff is so nice and friendly. These ladies are the best! The salon is clean and neatly ran. They are very friendly and extremely talented. After a bad job done at another salon I found Pearl Nails and quickly realized i’d Found my new favorite, regular salon. Today they even stayed late for me, all while never rushing or making feel like I was a burden to them. They provided me amazing service, quality nails and a friendly environment. Love this place! Very disappointed!! The gentlemen who did my pedicure and nail fill were very nice but were lacking skill!The deluxe pedicure massage was very short, only lasting long enough for the lotion to be rubbed over my skin. It was just a surface massage, not a deep massage.The fill was terrible! The technician barely filed the sides of my nails, did not shape them like I wanted, did not grind my real nail growth behind the acrylic nail, and left air bubbles in the gel polish on two of my nails. The simple flower design I requested looks horrible! It looks like my four year old grandson painted it!I spent $87 dollars, including a generous tip, because the technicians were nice and I know they were trying their best, but they need a lot more experience!The best part of my appointment was the very nice pedicure massage chair!I came to Pearl Nails because of the high reviews, but left feeling totally scamed! I do not like being negative and have never written a negative review, but feel I need to warn others that this salon is apparently a gamble as to wether or not you will get your moneys worth. I am going back to my regular nail salon...they do a far better job!

Went here with my sister and had the BEST experience!! They were so kind and very professional and polite. Very clean and modern environment with great lighting. I loved the old fashioned black and white tv shows (Andy Griffith!) They Gave us the Deluxe gel manicure which came with great nail shaping, a hot stone hand massage, a paraffin hand wax and gel nails. We loved how friendly and kind they were and even though they closed at 7:00, they stayed an extra 30 mins to make our nails look beautiful! Wonderful place; I love my beautiful nails! Definitely will go back!! Thanks for the lovely nails!!

First and last time I come and get my nails done! My nails came out crooked and uneven! When I told the nail technician about the mistake she smiled and didn’t try to fix the problem. I had to come home and fix my nails!!!

My friend and I went to Pearl Nails last week and my nails still look amazing that I felt I needed to write a review. We got the all out amazing mani/pedi package (I forget what it’s actually called) and it was so worth it. The lavender and orange scrubs and oils smelled fantastic and massage chairs are so relaxing. Oh and I have to mention it’s so clean I there. That’s so important to me when I go for a pedicure. So if you’re due for some self care and pampering, go to Pearl Nails. Jessie and Jeanie are so nice and so good at what they do!

Horrible experience. The lady I had didn’t do what I wanted, cut my nails way past where I wanted them and also didn’t even file the straight. On top of all of that I got an infection from her cutting my cuticle with the nail sander. Don’t waste your time or money at this place.
