Not a bad place however the shape of my girlfriends nails were all a little different, however they do pretty decent work

I didnt call ahead and followed the hours posted online. They close at 6 pm. I arrived at 545 and they still took care of me. I will definitely be back. Amazing customer service and they dont charge a whole lot. Thank you!

Their hot stone/ paraffin wax/massage was so relaxing and worth the price. The pedicure and nail art look fantastic! Their massage chairs are nice. They are taken all safety precautions with COVID and use clean new tools. Reasonably priced, with good service, and great overall value. We’ll definitely go here again!

I have not had a pedicure this good for a long time. She took her time. Was thorough and was patient with me while I chose my color. Best for me yet.!

Update: Unfortunately, the last few times I’ve been there the quality has gone down. Not only was the nail dryer lamp that you put your hands inside dirty and disgusting, but they also used them on someone else before using it with me without wiping it at all (so you’re laying your hands right on top of however many other people before you). I was grossed out because it looked like it had never been cleaned. Also, the last 2 gel manicures I got (with different nail techs) developed cracks on them soon after getting them done, and basically were ruined despite me taking good care of my nails. I tried a second time after it happened once, and the same thing happened again. Cracks happen when they put on layers that are too thick or when the polish is old. Either way, I didn’t pay all that money to have my gel manicure last less time than if it had been done with regular nail polish. I’m sad this happened to me twice and I wasted my money.

My nails were made poorly and the texture was rough. The nail polish was applied carelessly. I went to get them fixed and later in the same day my nail broke for the second time just by doing a simple task. I do not recommend this place at all the service was bad and the nails are poor quality.

Sometimes I feel like if we change our minds on a color or what ever. Nail Tec don’t like it they get annoyed.it did not happen to day very pleased. but in the past. Just remember we are paying you all. Other than that I love the service

I have had pedicures at day spas and high end salons, but nothing compares to Liz’s nails. It’s in a strip mall in Bountiful and may not be considered ultra luxury on the surface.. inside you are greeted by a friendly staff, it is clean as a whistle, they have newer massage chairs and the deluxe pedicure is the best we have ever experienced. At about 50 bucks, plus gratuity, it’s a bargain for what you get in return. Make the drive from Salt Lake City, Northern Utah, Idaho! It’s worth it!

Im really impressed with all theyve done to be safe while also doing a great job with nails. I went with my 5yo and we both had great pedicures.

The girls are usually great, but I had a guy do my toes last time and all he did was paint them. The color was sloppy and peeling by the third day.Not happy.I could have done a better job at home- especially for the price!

I usually receive good service here, however today I received my manicure/gel by a male who seemed annoyed at my feedback on how I wanted my French manicure to look. He cut my skin & didnt even clean the blood off my skin. The white part of my nails are not even on the corners. He kept forcing my fingers to fit his comfort, rather than mine. I was very disappointed to say the least.

Didn’t love my experience at Liz’s nails. Although the place seemed clean, they were not very friendly and did a sloppy job. My nails and toes didn’t look like I had them professionally done. My shellac nails were peeling by the next day, and I had to repaint my toes they looked so bad. I won’t be coming back.

I’m really bummed because I used to love this place.however, by last experience was horrible. My pedicure lasted a whole 25 minutes and that’s with the application of shellac. Upon getting home and showering I realized the shellac didn’t go in the curing light for long enough and it completely came off...

I am very disappointed, because I was a frequent customer and I went for a refill cause I was going to travel didnt have time to come back the next day..and the lady said..come back in a week😲 seriously..what a great appreciation!👀

Great service. Associates are very nice and customer comfort is their main concern. Only thing is they have a very small regular nail polish selection.

Ive had a couple of manicures here from different people, and Ive had nothing but positive experiences. Its clean and neat and theyve done a great job with my acrylic nails. Super nice and helpful people.

Usually go somewhere else but since I was in the area and I had things to do. I needed my nails done fast. My daughter and I went in for a manicure and were done in 20mins #perfect She was fast and my nails looked amazing. I didnt even get her name but she was definitely a pro. The staff was not very friendly. The set up was horrible had to keep moving so people could leave. The acrylic nails I had done were crooked and all my nails broke off or popped of my nails. Huge waste of money.

I got there 10 minutes early to choose a gel color and the woman insisted I sit down right away. She started in immediately on my nails. I had no time to choose a color before. When I kept trying to take time she turned me over to someone else. This girl worked fast and sloppy. I hate the color. Cuticles are still a mess. (We had just spent 2 weeks moving so you can imagine how my nails and hands looked.) Ill look for another shop.

Took my baby sister (17 years old) to get her nails done for the first time ever, I was nervous for her first time experience. At the end...we didn’t like it. We ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!! I have lived in the bountiful area for 18 years and have gone to them for nails, pedicure, eyebrows and they are great. i would recommend this place.

Ive been a little hesitant to resume services with the Covid-19 crises we are facing, but I felt very comfortable with everyone in masks and plexiglass protecting all the work stations. I would recommend getting your nails done here.

I love Liz`s nail salon one of the best salon here in the state i would say,great service,pedicure,manicure are wonderfull i love to go here with friends,and family.

The pedicures here are average but this salon is clean in the ladies are nice. My favorite part about this place is that they are open on Sundays she makes it really convenient for the working class.If you plan to visit on Sundays, make sure that you schedule an appointment

Very nice attentive staff. Brought my 86 year old mom in for a pedicure. She enjoyed the experience and her nails lokk sooo much better. Pretty red polish too!

My mom and I have been going here for years! Never had a bad experience they are always fast to get us in and taken care of! They take good care of the salon updating frequently and its always very clean! I have a little one that comes with me on occasion and they are always so sweet to her, and are very kind to lend a hand (while mine are being painted)! Love this place!

I come every 2 weeks, Tina knows exactly what I want every single time.The service is great, the salon is very clean & nice.I do not go anywhere else. Everything I need done is here, it’s fast, cheap & good work.They deserve all 5 stars.

This was one of the best pedicures my wife and I have gotten in a long time. The staff was excellent at their job and were very friendly. The massage chairs actually did a great job and the salon was very clean and well maintained. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great pedicure experience.

I come here often and they are always great but this time I made my husband come with me. He was so nervous to go but they made him feel welcome and he loved his pedicure.

I’ve gone here for over a decade. They do a great pedicure! I drive down from Ogden because I can’t find anyone I like near as much close to home. I recently started getting my nails done in a coffin ombré. I get no less than 5 compliments a day when I am at work (Cashier ) people see my hands all day. I go to Tina and sometimes Mariah. They do a wonderful job! Very consistent work!

I had a pedicure done by a male technician. Attention was no given to any detail. My toenails were already at the length I wanted them. He took a file and just went through the motion to make it seem like he was doing something to help. Really, that is all is seemed to be with all the steps, just a motion. The worst part of the whole service was that he trimmed the sides of my toenails on the right big toe. He created an ingrown toenail. The following day, it hurt to walk or even put on shoes. The polish job was sloppy and I left with polish on my skin near my nails. I understand getting it on the skin,but no removal was done. I will not return.

My granddaughter and I went to get a set of acrylic nails today. We were totally impressed with their customer service and the our nails.The nail technicians did a wonderful job.We will certainly go there again.

It was a nice setting the ladies seemed friendly. But I dont like that they dont speak to each other in English they do a lot of snickering and whispering. My nails I looked at them and and one of then needed to be fixed because it had a weird bubble in it and I showed the girl doing my toes and she said the manager is the best and laughed it off.so not my favorite here would not come back wasp they were telling me prices and I looked In the book before I paid and the prices they said did not match with anything they said so when u get there please let look at the books prices.

Jessica is wonderful. I went in with no natural nail length, gave her carte Blanche on my nails and now theyre almost 1/4-1/2 inch long. The product doesnt lift and no breakage.Pleasant and fun, always busy...have no complaints.

Not the best nail place. Work is sloppy and very quick. It is not clean. The ladies were friendly. If you want perfect nails, pick a different place. If you dont mind a scrape and a kind of sloppy polish job stop by.

Best nail salon Ive ever been to. They do a great job, and their shellac nails last a long time. The massage chairs actually give a good massage. They do try to sell you on more expensive pedicures (not worth it), but if you politely and firmly turn them down, its not a problem.

Made an appointment, they told me they gave me the time and they were still late. I understand things happen but they GAVE me the time, they said at 4 o’clock; I called at 3:00 pm.

We had an appointment at 3, and we showed up about 10 minutes early. They were extremely busy, we were told they were running behind it will be about 15 more minutes. We were in our seats about 3:40. It was worth the wait. We had a good time.

The first time I came in for a mani pedi, I got cut on both my hands and feet to the point I bled. I chalked it up to a bad nail technician. I came back again, new stylist—got cut AGAIN and bled. I’m done. They aren’t careful, hardly apologize and still charge you full price. I leave thinking “gee, I hope this doesn’t get infected...” Not. Worth. Your. Money.

I went to get my nail and my eye brows and my feet done as my boyfriend was treating me for my birthday, after being there for two and a half hours and the lady half asssed everything I’m displeased.My nails are clumpy and wrinkled in spots, the Spa was about 5 mins long, the lady next to me was still sitting there even though I got there AFTER her, the lady put no effort. I remember why I haven’t come back in 10 years! And I do not appreciate being told to get out of the chair while my nails were drying because new people came and it was just so rude how they did it too.Safe to say I won’t be coming back and hope more people wouldn’t either. Waste of $80 and tip which she shouldn’t have gotten

Do not waste your time or money! They were so rude and unprofessional. They did a horrible job - not to mention, I am pretty confident they re-use all of their tools and do not sanitize. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Not satisfied. I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and they called me in then wax them very quickly and wrong literally they took almost half of my eyebrow off.

I have been to Liz’s Nail for seven years now. I always request Nancy to do Acrylic and pedicure. I love the way Nancy draw nails art and massage my feet. However on October 9, 2016 I went in to have my nails done the manager Lynn did not let Nancy to my nail service anymore. Lynn gives me bad attitude and I will not come back to Liz’s Nail if Nancy cannot do my nails anymore. I have to give Nancy five star and Lynn one star.

First and last time Ill be visiting this nail salon. I told the woman the water was too hot for my pedicure and she told me it was fine. It was all rushed as if they were trying to get me out as soon as possible.

Just moved to Bountiful, got my nails done at a different place and didnt like the design so I came to Lizs to see if they could fix it. Walked in as a new customer and noticed it was busy but was asked what I wanted done. I showed the guy what I wanted and he looked at the picture I had for a couple seconds and then said we cant help you were too busy. No sorry, nothing. Walked right out of that place and I will NEVER go there again. Ive never been treated like that, I understand they were busy but how he said it was so disrespectful. They lost a customer that hasnt even been there yet.

From the time my friend and I walked in to the moment I walked out all they were trying to do is get both of us to purchase something that was more expensive. I had three different ladies tell me what I should get and would not drop it even after I said no over 6 times. What they were trying to get me to spend was almost double the amount. I couldnt understand some of the things being said and both ladies just kept laughing at me and then wouldnt speak in English so I could understand them. They told me the manicure I was getting would only last me one day which is not the truth at all, but it is the principal behind it. So I said no thank you and walked out. Just be prepared to be told that what you are getting there is not the amount of money they want you to spend.

Worst place ever!! They never clean the tools and stuff they use... (GO TO END OF REVIEW FOR RECOMMENDATIONS) the girl that did my acrylic cut me 3x and one was REALLY bad... was bleeding and she just kept going and cut the same place again and when I pulled my hand away she looked at me and laughed and said I was being a baby. It got blood all over the stuff she was using and finally just put glue on it so it would stop bleeding, without cleaning it. I got a really bad infection from it, my entire finger was huge and swollen, had to go to the doctor (nail fell off nxt day bc of infection) where they used a syringe to drain the infection. Within 3 days most of my nails had fallen off, I went in to have them fix it and the owner was extremely rude and said they wouldnt fix them or do anything because if there was a problem I needed to tell them before I left my appointment (which makes no sense - no one expects to have most of their nails fall off and left with a huge infection before they leave the salon). I will never go back!!! Try Spa Nails or USA nails- theyre the best and in the area!

They work hard to get you in even when theyre busy! My nails were perfect, not too thick or thin.

My nails dont look as good as I wanted, the ladies I couldnt understand a word, the one doing my nails used the wrong color she did really bad at cleanig the pain off my nails with the pain before and after the process. I dont recommend this place.
