I switched to Ryans State Farm office when they were the lowest for car insurance when I filled out one of those online forms to find insurance that was less expensive. I trusted Ryan totally and called him when I inherited a condo and had no info about it because my brothers were mad and hiding all the info I needed but told me I had two days to insure it. Ryans team jumped into action and found out what my HOA required and emailed me a policy the same day. Ryans kindness made up for the kindness my brothers lack. **EDIT UPDATE ON REVIEW**Ive got to say, with how long and crazy this has been, Ryan has been amazing to work with over the last couple of weeks! He really has gone above and beyond to help me get this claim taken care of. As it stands, he has called me or sent me a text everyday since last week. Ryan and his staff, have been very attentive and I really do appreciate all of their help over the last week. So, because of this, I am changing my rating from a 1 star, to a much deserved 5 star review!I started a windshield claim 3 weeks ago. I was told I had a zero dollar deductible, but I was still charged $400 for a deductible. (The glass company gave me a $100 discount for using my insurance.) I went in on 4/16 and talked with Shayla about it. She started the refund process for me. Since then, I have left more than 6 voicemails, sent several emails, and now have resorted to giving a 1 star review, just in the attempts TO GET A PHONE CALL!!!! Ive spoken with the 800 number customer service, and they say, that they have tried to call and have sent emails. Yet here I am, 3 weeks, and still out $400!!! Im going to call a different state farm agent and see if I can get better service from them. Ryan HAS NEVER CALLED back on one of the emails Ive sent. I even called today, 5/6/21, at 9:02am, and got the voicemail!! I dont know how you have such a HIGH rating. Wish I could get the same service that everyone else goes on about!! Lets see if this message goes unanswered as well.

I drove around for six months without insurance under the impression I was covered so it appears that good employee pocketed the money I paid, Im still waiting for my phone call

They dont treat you like a total stranger, very friendly and helpful. And prices are amazingly affordable! I highly recommend going here. They do everything they can to help with meeting a persons needs.
