The best insurance agency in the area.

They wanted to charge me 700 a month for 3 cars liability only and when heather herself told me she wouldnt do it so I moved insurance companies and they are trying to come after me for money for moving

Six stars, I made the mistake of going to another insurance company. There might be a few cheaper options but you get what you pay for. This agency and its employees treat me like family. Very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. I am so incredibly happy I chose to call them and come back. Also the only company ever who has called me just simply to check in and make sure everything is going well, or the occasional call to wish me a happy birthday.

I will never do business with this freaky lady again. She calls and yells at you when your auto payment doesn’t happen when your going through a medical crisis and she could care less!! She over charges you and then doesn’t fix it and then has the nerve to want you to be her client again. I don’t think so. 😡

I absolute love this agency and staff members. They have helped me all my concerns and issues that have arise. I recently had a claim and shortly after, they called to see if everyone and everything was good and that I would hear from my adjuster. Throughout the claim they called to check in to see if they could help me with any questions I had. I highly recommend this agent to everyone and anyone.

I normally dont like to give bad reviews. But I was with this company for a few months, and moved back to California and promptly cancelled my policy with them. I then received a call from them after my policy was cancelled telling me that they could not renew my policy because of a non-moving violation that I received in May of 2017, in California. It was before I had my policy with them. I really dont know what their problem is, but they need to organize their office. When I was a customer, I tried calling and sometimes they didnt even answer the phone. The phone call was highly offensive and unnecessary.

Ive never felt much cause to rank insurance because Id never had a claim. Well, now that I have I can tell everyone it was only six days from wreck to check. Hows that?

Heather has been wonderful. She knows the ins and outs of the insurance world. I highly recommend comparing your current insurance company to her prices and making the switch! She saved me $$$ monthly. She is so fun too!

I bottom out my car went through my insurance they took care of me road side got a tow truck to come get my car to take to body shop this tow truck was not doing good and so I let them know they got me new to w person to take my car pluss a car for me to drive all in all I was taking care of and if you should go through American family insurance you should go to Heather Hansen at 110 n 500 w Bountiful all the ladys their are so helpful and they do their best to find u the best deal to use thank you American family insurance in Bountiful

Is giving 0 stars an option?I contacted this office to get quotes for multiple home policies. They quickly quoted great prices, and I agreed to switch from my current provider. We set a date that the policies would be effective, which led to me canceling my policies with the provider.About a week later, I get an email telling me that one of the policies came in at $680 instead of the $520 you were quoted. Additionally, because I had made a $2,000 claim in the last few years, they were unable to bind my primary residence policy unless, and until, I switched my auto policies to Am Fam as well. So, for my trouble, I got a policy that was significantly higher than quoted, MY PRIMARY HOME NOT COVERED BY ANY INSURANCE FOR A WEEK, and a mandate that I move all of my business to Am Fam. And yes, and I had disclosed the claim when trying to get a bid in the first place. I would not use these folks if the insurance were free.
