Ive worked with Seth and Karen at this location for many years now and have only great things to say about my experience! During my years in working with them Ive bought and sold multiple cars. After a quick 5 minute phone call they add and remove my car insurance policies with ease and prorate it so Im not stuck paying the whole month. So easy to work with and the prices are fair! Would highly recommend!!

I love John Henry Smith Insurance. My son had been serving a mission and with the excitement of having him home, I forgot to call and add him back to our policy. Luckily, I got an email from my agent saying, It has been about two years since we took Joseph off the policy. Is he home from his mission yet? That was certainly above and beyond! I am so grateful for the amazing service I have always received.

I never write bad reviews... because I feel like there are better ways to spend my time... but this is the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. Poor quality in communication, I tried working with my agent for 6 months and finally gave up and switched to a different Bear River location to someone who works for my commission. I’m pretty easy to please, but when errors were made they always made me feel like they were my fault. They told me my bank account information wasn’t correct when they never asked for it, but they read me numbers that weren’t even mine?! Then they said “well you signed the document” I signed a document for a policy change NOT for bank account information. I would never recommend this location to anyone. All I’ve experienced is poor attitudes and disorganization.

Do not go through John Henry insurance they added someone to my account without my permission that does not even live with me and does not even have a drivers license and has a record of dui and drugs and he totaled out the car and others from running from the police he was wanted now it is causing us problems with my insurance and going to be canceled now so do not trust them I even talked to the manager and he did not care that he did not have a license and would not do anything
