Bella Strength is definitely one of the best studios I have ever been to! The environment is super high energy and welcoming. The instructors not only provide good workouts, but they also really place their focus on your form as an individual. Ive been able to walk away from both classes Ive attended with so many new tips and tricks to workout effectively.

After working out at Bella Strength for ~1 month, heres what I like about the gym:1. The facility is always clean & organized, and the equipment strikes a nice balance of conventional options (Olympic rigs, rowing machines, etc) and less-conventional options (kettlebells, sandbags, turf + sleds, maces, etc).2. The ownership puts a ton of effort into member experience. You will be greeted (by name) every time you walk into the gym, and the vibe is always positive. In my experience, creating this type of communal feel is insanely valuable because it provides unlimited motivation to keep showing up and challenging yourself on a daily basis.3. The coaching staff is highly educated and place a true emphasis on functional fitness. They are excellent teachers, very personable, and operate without ego. I had a series of personal training sessions with Daniel, and he did a fantastic job of identifying plenty of areas for improvement. Each session was a perfect balance of breaking down movement patterns and then putting them into practice.4. They dont pawn off cheap pizza and bagels on their members as an incentive to show up and exercise.If you are looking for a gym in the Boulder area that will deliver tangible results, Id highly recommend giving Bella Strength a try.

Ive now been working out at Bella Strength for 2+ months and am loving it! Jon, Karen and the team have figured out a way to connect great instruction with an intense workout all while keeping a very relaxed atmosphere. All of the coaches are approachable, always there to answer questions and always seem to be having fun. I actually enjoy going to the gym again:)

This gym is fabulous! I feel so lucky to have found it. The vibe is great and super friendly, which means a lot to me. It had been over 10 years since I had been in a gym, and Bella Strength is welcoming, encouraging and supportive! It does not feel intimidating, competitive or like a scene! I always get a ton of hellos and smiles when I walk in, and everyone knows everyones names.I started because my old long endurance routine wasnt mentally or physically doing it for me anymore. I just wasnt seeing the results that I used to, and couldnt keep putting the long hours. So I decided to try something out of my comfort zone.I was a bit nervous and intimidated about it, because there arent treadmills or the machines that I normally would gravitate too. But my trainer Daniel was awesome and taught me a ton of new things. The focus on form, correct movement, and learning proper technique is exactly what I needed as a newbie. He also made it really fun and is super encouraging. I strongly recommend working with him.Everything we did was adjusted to my ability level. The atmosphere there makes me excited to try things I have never done before and then inspired to improve. I dont really worry about looking silly, weak, or not being able to do something.Im a 44 year old retired professional athlete, and work a desk job now. My fitness goals have changed a lot. I just want to feel good, look good and be able to do 10 chin ups in a row (because my favourite 6 year old can)!! Most importantly I need to have fun and not get hurt while doing it. This is my place.Having classes and 24 hour access means that this gym totally fits my life!

The coaches at Bella Strength are full of knowledge and are there to keep you injury free! They are compassionate and interested in what you want to accomplish. They also host many workshops (many times open to the public and not just their members) to help educate the public and increase awareness on various topics . I highly recommend this gym...and it is more than just a gym! Its a supportive family!

Came to Bella Strength feeling like it was finally time to add some strength training into my routine. Bella makes lifting so approachable and fun and is a workout I look forward to going to every day. They catered to my friend and I wanting to workout together and Helped us both work through injuries from running. Bella is a gym that feels like home! The best part is that now I feel comfortable working out in any gym I find myself in. I cant say enough good things about Bella Strength, all the trainers who work there, their programming style, and the awesome community they build!!!

This gym is awesome! Clean and the atmosphere is great. There is a true sense of community within the gym, which is difficult to find unless you go to a CrossFit gym. The individual and group coaching is awesome and it feels good to be coached on lifts for the first time in almost eight years.

Bella is the gym Ive always wanted. Here are just some of the many things I love about this mecca of all things strength and conditioning:1. The Staff: Everyone at Bella is really friendly, super smart and passionate about training, and really helpful. Rather than giving you cookie cutter advice and programs, they meet you where youre at in your health journey so you can reach YOUR goals.2. The Facilities: This gym is EQUIPPED. Theyre loaded with barbells, kettlebells, squat racks, gymnastic rings, sleds, pull-up bars, rowers, bikes, and so much more. Basically everything you need and nothing you dont. Also, everything is in pristine condition, and the gym is kept clean as a whistle.3. The On-Ramp Program: Before you start training, Bella hooks you up with a trainer that teaches you how to use all of the equipment they offer. They give you personalized coaching and movement demos based on what you want to achieve in the gym.This program is super important for helping people feel comfortable and get acclimated, whether theyre former athletes or people who have never trained in their lives.4. Accessibility: This gym is non-dogmatic AF. Are you into workout classes? Theyve got em. More of a lone wolf? No problem—come in and do your own workouts any time. The fact that you get a 24/7 access pass so you can fit your training into your schedule is awesome.I literally could have never asked for a better place to train or better people to train with. I love Bella!

I have been working out at Bella Strength since December 2018. I started because I was tired of creating my own weight workouts and also felt like I needed some personal training sessions to work on my form for various exercises. The staff here is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. I have spent most of my time personal training with Dom who is a fabulous personal trainer. She motivates and pushes me without being too extreme. I also really love the Bella Strength facility. The equipment is top notch and it’s a no-nonsense facility where I can go in and do my workout and not be waiting around for a squat rack like I was at my previous gym. My husband goes here too and has had a very positive experience as well. We are both so happy to have found our new fitness home.

Bella Strength hosted CU Chaarg for the second time and the coaches were amazing!! They taught us how to be safe while working out, and the proper form to use with lifting weights all during a circuit workout. Left feeling sweaty and strong. Highly recommend checking them out, they rock!!

Ive gone to several group classes at Bella Strength and have the best time! All of the coaches are fun, friendly and experts in fitness. Workouts are challenging but engaging. I never find myself looking at the clock, and before I know it the class it over! I would highly recommend Bella Strength to anyone!

Personal training the way it should be, the way you need it to be, the only way that ever worked for me. Bella strength is a private, quiet place that focus first and foremost on my health, abilities and needs. My trainer (Jena) customize trainings to my needs and carefully adjust each session to my physical ability that day. I used to always injure myself with personal trainers before, but in my +7 months with Bella strength, I got healthier, slimmer, and more importantly stronger, without ever even pulling a muscle (its about knowing me, and customizing the trainings). The people there are like family, the trainers and other trainees, which makes it a fun place to come into. I highly highly recommend Bella Strength!! Once you go Bella you will never go back to a Gym, I know I wont.

I have been a member and client of Bella Strength since 2018. It was the first time I sought out personal training. My trainer (Jena) assessed my strengths and weaknesses and then came up with a individualized plan for me. The entire coaching staff is attentive, kind and has a wealth of knowledge in this field. With the help of Jena, I was able to come back from an injury feeling stronger and confident in my movement patterns. With them adding 24/7 gym access to their membership options- this gym really is one of a kind. If you prioritize your fitness, or just want a change of pace- I highly recommended checking out Bella Strength.

I have been to many gyms and I’ve worked with many trainers. I can say with absolute certainty that Bella Strength is among the best. The gym is always clean, the equipment is state-of-the-art, and there is a more than ample selection of dumbbells, bar bells, kettlebells, weight plates, etc. The group classes are challenging, uplifting, and innovative. The best feature of this gym, however, is the people. The trainers are incredible. They make you feel welcome, they care about your goals, they motivate you to keep going and they make it fun! You will never feel invisible at Bella. Even in a group class of 20 people, you will receive one-on-one attention. Do yourself a favor and check out Bella Strength. You will not regret it!

Bella Strength truly empowers you and makes you strive to be the best! All of the coaches have years of experience and it really shows when they teach you the right form to have while working out and while doing anything. I personally had never lifted weights before very much, and I loved the support and instruction I got when we learned how to properly lift as well as lunge and squat! If you are looking for a studio that focuses on strength both internally and externally, this is the place for you! What is amazing is that whether you are a solo or group workout person, they make it feel tailored to you and much more personal than other studios.

Bella Strength is by far the best gym Ive ever been to. It offers a personalized experience where the coaches know you and your individual goals and injuries or mobility limitations, with the fun of a group ex environment. Everyone is laid back and friendly, but also serious about proper technique. Im constantly being challenged and learning something new. After 6 months at Bella, I am stronger than I have ever been.

Best gym in Boulder. Every workout is coached by an expert who has tons of experience. Emphasis on strength, endurance, mobility, explosiveness, and core. Great community of members, young and old. Awesome state-of-the-art facility. Programming for daily classes is excellent, all with a purpose in mind. Workouts posted a week in advance, so you can schedule your workout week. I was lucky enough to attend a fitness workshop at Bella Strength and let me tell you, the staff and facility really made the whole experience!The facility is super clean and has the best equipment, including a study Rogue cage, barbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, and steel maces.Owners John and Karen not only hosted an incredible workshop with amazing guest trainers, they participated in the learning and workouts too! You can really tell that they are committed to health.I also got the opportunity to work with and along side trainers Meagan and Jena, whose energy and enthusiasm really helped push me through the hardest workouts. These girls really know their stuff.Even though I live in southern Denver, the commute was well worth it. I cant wait to go back.

Great facility with an even greater staff! I did a weekend seminar and it was incredible! The gym was full of Onnit equipment so they automatically started with a special place in my heart, then the weekend solidified that. Highly Recommended!
