It is great..but needs a little improvement.

Needs some updating of facility and equipment all in all it was pleasant depending on the person in front

Could definitely use a few new machines and a good cleaning. But the staff is always nice and its free with my rent so I cant complain.

Outdoor hot tub was closed :/ and theyre pretty strict but the saltwater pool was fantastic and the sauna smelled like fresh cedar

Residents only get 4 guest passes per month. The environment is hostile and the equipment is ancient

Worst gym ever. There is almost no equipment, and it is all disgusting.

Best place to live in boulder.
